I had three separate mega washers and after it was all said and done, so far I have paid 63.00 dollars. What should have been 27.00. The app kept asking for payment before it would start the wash cycle so dummy me thought it just had not gone through. Nope. It was charging me each time. Also, machine # 1 never did a spin cycle so even though the machine was "done" and the app said it was complete, I had a 80 lb mattress pad that there was no way that I can attempt to get out of the machine or dry for that matter. So I had to pay for another cycle and hope it spins this time. The dryers are gross BTW. Also no where to wash your hands. I will never be back here.

Loads of clothes had piled up, months of unfinished work was in dire need of being tended to. I went with my daughter, who said there were plenty of machines and convinced me that we could knock it out together. We were greeted by an attendant who came to our vehicle with a laundry cart to assist us. Upon entering, I was shocked at how clean everything was! We unloaded our hampers and went on to determine what size machines we needed to tackle the job ahead of us. We used an 8 load machine for the overabundance of towels I'd somehow accumulated, then selected a 6 load for colors, and a 4 load for jeans. The payment process was a breeze, no more plugging a roll of quarters, these Speed Queens were set up for ePayment. Better yet, if you're a frequent customer, you might want to download the app for bigger savings and deals. I should've known that the power and temperature of these commercial dryers would be intense, but let me share a lesson - DO NOT use high heat unless you want your clothes to shrink! That cute babydoll tee can now literally fit a baby. While waiting for our clothes to finish, we watched Minions on the big screen tv. What was missing? Screaming kids running around. This place was super chill, and never got too busy, but we got there early evening on a weekday. By the time we had all of our clothes folded, it was pushing 9 pm. Deadline for the last load in is 8:30 pm. Shout out to Babette, who was super helpful sharing the info about the app, and spent the rest of the time cleaning dryer vents and wiping everything down while we were there. The experience was pleasant and I was finally able to get all of my laundry cleaned in one evening.
