This is a very well kept laundry facility, always has been. I also swear I've reviews this place before! Yelp ate it, honest. I personally have never seen a broken washer or dryer here, and there are plenty of each to get the core done fairly quickly. The FasCard system is easy to use right from your phone, so no need for quarters. Machines also accept Visa/MasterCard. I also believe there is a "plastic" card you can recharge to use as well. I've been here countless times before and never had a problem until today. I Attempted to get quarters before doing laundry, as I do live 10 minutes away and had stopped by Winco before doing my laundry because I still needed to purchase laundry detergent and sort my clothing (at home). I find it's easier to have my quarters ready before grabbing my laundry, as it's a lot to carry into the store. As I was stopping by the laundromat to get quarters, one of the employees was extremely rude (an elderly woman with grey curly hair). She asked if I was doing laundry to which I said "yes, but it would be about 30 minutes before I came back with my clothing". She then proceeded to get very angry and told me that I am not allowed to get quarters if I am not doing my laundry there at the moment. I said okay, asked if I had done something wrong, to which she answered "I do not want you getting quarters here." and I let her know "all right then I'll do my laundry elsewhere" and she said "good. We don't want customers like you anyways." (mind you, I have come here weekly for the past 6 months- I have never encountered this woman in my life, it has always been another employee). Sucks when a good place turns bad due to its employees. I'd really like to remind the employer that everyone is different, some people have OCD and have to do things in a certain order and they shouldn't be punished for that. And now I have to find a new place to do my laundry because she just ruined this store for me. Hope her employer is aware of how she treats her customers! I don't know if it's because I look a little bit disheveled due to it being my laundry day and my day off but like that quite literally ruined my day and made me cry. Went to yelp for reviews and found this business with a high rating (most laundromats are very low.) Made the 18 mile trip and Man! was it worth it. Washing machines for days. I like this laundromat. The lady they is there on the weekends is very nice. It's a clean establishment and there are always attendants in site. My only complaint is that I have seen customers walking around with their Covid face masks worn under their chin while 90 % of the other customers are masked and abiding by the establishment's requirement to wear a mask : there is a sign in the door. I saw one of the attendants carry on a conversation with an unmasked lady ( customer ). Have you changed the requirements ? I understand some places allow vaccinated folks to wear a mask as an option - but I don't know if this is the case with this laundromat. I like this place for the most part except one woman that works there will mix chemicals with no ventilation. My lungs and nose burned. Some people started coughing. Also she always reserves the top dryers even when she isn't using them. Usually not a problem until it gets busy. read more

I was happy going here until I saw they were ripping me off. You slide your credit card and they charge a "placeholder fee" that should be adjusted when you are finished. I noticed a few times they kept the overcharged "placeholder fee" without adjusting it. They expect people don't check their credit card statements. It's not wealthy people who use the laundromat and they are being taken advantage of by the company already making money off of them. Use quarters, never give them your credit card if you go there. She walked me through the different kinds of washers (small load or big load or medium load). She even helped me get a card and get it loaded and then showed me how to use the machines and told me all about the special days to come in and pay less... Manager Pam became enraged at us due to my husband accidently put money in a stopped washer she left clothes in. She began ranting loudly couldn't we see clothes were in ,why did we put detergent in. When i objected to her tone she became unglued.Not in my life have I ever been screamed like this. We almost called the police. When I told her to stop screaming at us she screamed louder. I could go on and on about how humiliating and shocking it was. She took pictures of us and refused to take them off . I'm not sure what the point was. I thought I could calm her down by advising her I did not put detergent in machine but she started screaming gain ordering me to sit down..Shocking of course she barred us coming back as if we would have. If I could give this laundromat anything less than a 1 star I would... Omg.... never ever going back in my life. I've never been to a laundromat before but today I had to go. The local humane society's dryers broke and they had mountains of laundry and called out to volunteers to help them. I thought, "Sure, why not?! I have the entire day. No big deal".... Well, I went here to try and get it done faster instead of my own home. The lady was a b*tch to put it lightly. You could tell she didn't want to be there and me asking her questions just made her absolutely pissed with me. Treated me like a child, absolute no customer service. I walked out, I'll take my service somewhere else any day. As previous reviews stated, it isn't the stereotypical dirty laundromat but the lady who runs the place needs to be thrown out in the trash. This is my first time here and this is the most price efficient laundromat. It's amazingly clean, there is free wifi, large and small washers, and you don't need quarters or coins. What you do is either give the attendant the money you have and they will give you bills or give you money back. Then you take your cash, put it in this thing that normally would give you coins, but instead it gives you a card, like a debit card, with a total on it. It cost 99 cents for the card but you can reuse it or get your 99 cents back if you return the card. I will be reusing mine as I will be coming back to this laundromat from here on out. Also, there is free coffee, vending machines, and an arcade game if you have kids. The attendant woman was very, very helpful and made sure I understood the process as she could tell it was my first time. Great atmosphere, very clean, nice prices. read more
