Yes its clean, but ridiculously expensive. Was around 4.80 per load in the washing machines and .30 for 6 minutes in the dryer (which was nice) but still added up to me paying roughly 20$ just to do some laundry. read more

This place is extremely clean and always attended by very gracious staff. They also have a drop off service where they will do your laundry or large items for you. Various sizes of washers and dryers from 2-load to 4+. Free coffee, wifi and TV. Vending machines on site. Air conditioned. They are almost always busy so check Google before you go. It will tell you the current flow of customers. If you have to do laundry, and we all do, this is the place to spend your time. read more

Sometimes you just have to wash your sleeping bags after a week of damp/muddy camping. Washers range from small to super large loads. And, that's what I used for my 3 sleeping bags. They came out clean and then dried in large dryers. Cool idea to put money on a re-loadable card so no coinage. The place is well maintained. Definitely will come back for big laundry jobs. read more

Wow! I've been to a lot of laundromats, but the level of service offered here beats all. In addition to clean machines, floor, bathroom, and lounge area, there are plenty of spacious folding areas, and chairs are never far if you need to take a load off. Well done! read more

We had to find a laundromat in Salem while our home was undergoing a remodel. We had seen this one several times in the past while going to Winco and Trader Joe's, but never had a need to visit it or any other laundromat in town. After reading the positive reviews about it and its staff, we decided to use it. After taking two weeks worth of laundry there, we were very impressed with not only the cleanliness of the place and number of very well maintained washers and dryers, but also the helpfulness of Pam (the manager). She greeted us warmly upon our arrival and immediately offered to help us understand how to use the machines. In short, she made the experience we were somewhat dreading very easy. We noted that during the entire time we were there, Pam was busy keeping the place spotless and cheerfully answering the same questions over and over that we asked when new customers arrived. Will we go here again if our washer and dryer isn't installed before long -- definitely yes! I might add that over the years working in the field as a geologist, I have used many laundromats throughout the US and Canada -- and this is clearly the best one by far I have ever been to. My recent frequent experiences doing laundry here have been very positive. The machines are clean and easy to operate. The premises are kept tidy, and the attendants have been very helpful and courteous. The nice folding tables, wheeled carts, seating areas, free wifi, and TV make doing laundry easier and more pleasant. My clothes get clean and dry, and nothing has shrunk . It has been quite some time since I 've needed to use a laundromat, so I was a bit shocked by the cost. But talking with other laundromat users, the prices here seem typical. I am thankful to have such a nice laundomat nearby! read more

I feel compelled to write a review here because I relied heavily on the reviews before I came here. I've never had to go to the laundromat and I think the last time I went was when I was young (like 25 years ago). I researched and found that this laundromat had good reviews and an attendant which was huge for me. I needed to wash a down comforter and instead of paying 60 plus on taking it to the dry cleaners, I decided to do it myself (which by the way costed me a little over 9 dollars total, in case someone was wondering) and I had no idea how to work the machines. I was glad I didn't have to collect quarters and immediately when I got there I went directly the the worker and told her I was lost on what to do. She walked me through everything and was very kind. I was here about an hour total as it takes a while to dry. I was pleasantly surprised how clean and good smelling it was. So to anyone who is researching a good laundromat- you found it here! I read such bad reviews about another one further out south which is within walking distance for me but decided against it because of the reviews here!! Thanks everyone! A little on the expensive side for laundry but the machines are good and the staff are helpful. Jamie (sp?) was a sweetheart and helped me and my mom load the pay card and register it in case it's ever lost. Would definitely recommend. read more

Family was visiting and I needed to wash a big, bulky sleeping bag and a half dozen pillows. I knew my home machines were not up to the task and I'd spent a pleasant hour or so at E-Z Laundry for a similar task a year or two ago. I was even more impressed this time around, enough to sit down and write this review, just because it is such a great place. This laundromat is clean, well-lit, easy-to-use and well-documented, and with extremely responsible and helpful staff. It is clearly a family place, with lots of room, conveniences (TV, vending machine, clean bathroom, folding/sorting areas, etc.) and the clientele are friendly (several times when I thought to help someone at the door, other customers managed to get there first!). I saw the one of the gals at the front interrupt her work just to clean up a bit of the floor--I assume she is the owner, but perhaps she is just a very responsible employee who takes pride in her workplace. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to get some laundry done and wants a clean, pleasant, and supportive environment. I have used other laundromats in Salem (or in one case, *tried* to use), and this is now my go-to place. read more
