I bought a crown from here for my daughter's quince, we ordered it brand new from the factory and…read morewhen we got home and removed the crown from the bag it came in, we found that there were a total of 12 crystals that had fallen off the crown (and it hadn't even been tried on yet.) when we called to ask if they could fix it they said they could, we waited around 20 minutes browsing the store and the flea market next to it, but when we came back we found that they had HOT GLUED the crystals back on. It was done terribly and looked better broken.

We went in on Halloween day due to my son deciding last minute he wanted/ needed a suit for his Halloween costume. Hands down Bailey was & is the best. She was knowledgeable, helpful, kind, & patient beyond measure. my son didn't have a good idea of what he wanted but I knew it would have to be comfortable, good quality, & to his style. He's quite discerning about his clothes, especially his formal attire. Bailey pieced together suit pants, tuxedo shirt, blazer, vest, & a tie that my son not only loved, felt confident in, but was also comfortable. My son tried on so many things & we were in the store for what felt like hours (it was under 45 minutes thanks to how knowledgeable Bailey is) but Bailey never made me feel rushed or bothersome. Her no pressure, calm, & kind sales approach is why we left happy & will return again & again. My son looked epic on Halloween & at the opera! I can't say enough good things about this store. She didn't have my exact color in stock, but not only did she give me the color number so I'd know what I was looking for when checking elsewhere, she also showed me how to repair and maintain to hairpiece I already had, and gave me tips for styling my short hair so that it would look long and Victorian! She took so much time helping me, even though I wasn't buying anything-- it's clear she has a passion for costuming, and enjoys sharing her extensive knowledge and experience. When I needed an exquisite crystal sash to go with my Monique Lhuillier wedding dress I didn't know…read morewhere to turn. The Monique L. boutique in Los Angeles only had certain styles available and for a hefty price tag of $650 each and the one that I wanted was discontinued. I then searched wedding websites galore to try and find used ones that might be for sale.....no luck! I eventually found Marina's wedding sash rental company. My prayers had been answered and I got to rent the exact Monique Lhuillier belt that I had been hunting for.....for a fraction of the cost! What a genius she is for creating a company of this sort. She also had belts and sashes from "Vera Wang" and other high end items like "Toni Federici" veils, "chanel" brooches and things of that nature. Everything that you could want to complete your couture look. She was very helpful in advising me what would go best with my dress and she also gives discounts for renting multiple items. I ended up wearing two different Monique Lhuillier belts....one for the ceremony and a different one for the reception. Marina was very easy to work with and made the whole process very simplistic.

I stopped by David's bridal to look for a veil. Makenna greeted herself to me and I asked if I could try my dress on and try on veils with it and she said yes, which made me so happy seeing as that my dress is not from David's Bridal. She sat me down after I put my dress on to do a cute little half up/half down hair-do so that I could really envision myself on my wedding day. Makenna went the extra mile to find a veil that fit my needs and made me feel confident throughout the whole process. I kept getting compliments after compliments from her other co-workers and that was a confidence booster as well. So, thank you for your patience and helping me pick the perfect veil, Makenna.
