The negatives - my credit card was charged twice and the charges were immediately authorized. My partner used his credit card in a different machine and he was charged $0.50 more than the listed price without adding any "extras" (e.g. no extra rinse, no heavy duty, etc.) and the machine still wouldn't work until I added a physical quarter into the machine. We ended up spending twice as much to wash our laundry here than we should have. Please fix your machines - I'm glad we could afford it, but some people can't afford to pay this much.

Just opened the bag November 2020 to find the queen size comforter shrunk to 1/3 the original size. The silk fiberfill inside was nothing but lumps and clumps. I returned to Campbells today and they absolutely refused to offer any compensation or even admit the slightest responsibility. Tammy said it was my responsibility for not checking it when we picked it up. She said , " I do all the dry cleaning and I would have never sent this out in this condition". She further asserted that we or someone else must have done something to the comforter after picking it up. There was no compromise or negotiation whatsoever. As a side note the tag said what the fill was and to dry clean. My guess is it went into some kind of machine that shrunk the comforter and ruined the silk fiberfill. I won't go back to Campbells and would advise caution if you have nice things you want dry cleaned.

Each started at the same time with the same amount of time on them and the same heat setting. At the end of the drying time one load (my heavy clothing) was perfectly dry, but my lighter clothing was not even half dry. There was nobody on site so I had to go across the street to get help. the woman who came to help me told me that I had not used the dryer correctly, without adding how she'd come to that conclusion. she would not look at the evidence of my dry v wet clothes and told me she didn't have the ability to add time to my dryer. She left and I went over and asked for a refund and she refused. She was ignorant and rude. I have been using that site for over a year and won't be going back
