I super appreciate that the pay station takes credit card and offers a small discount (25c cheaper for washer loads if you pay by card at pay station) but I'm not happy that the bathroom charges a quarter per visit. The dryers there have completely ruin some of my clothes by burning them or ripping them or both! There are also weird orange/brown stains on some of my towels that weren't there when I put them into the washer/dryer. Might be a rust stain? Not sure. I tried finding the attendant but she was no where to be found. 1 family was there using about 50% of the washers there and about 10 dryers as well. I only liked this place cause it was the only one listed to take credit cards but eh. Go somewhere else.

The positives: clean and well kept, quarters available in the coin exchange, snack dispenser, many washers/dryers available, not crowded. The negatives - my credit card was charged twice and the charges were immediately authorized. My partner used his credit card in a different machine and he was charged $0.50 more than the listed price without adding any "extras" (e.g. no extra rinse, no heavy duty, etc.) and the machine still wouldn't work until I added a physical quarter into the machine. We ended up spending twice as much to wash our laundry here than we should have. Please fix your machines - I'm glad we could afford it, but some people can't afford to pay this much.

I am from San Jose, CA and come into Corvallis for business and stay for a couple of weeks or more…read more I have had a my shirts laundered and I have to say they are the best I have tried so far. Their shirts come out clean and crisp even without starching (which i hate). None of the collar stays go missing, none of the buttons are broken off. They managed to get the collars and cuffs cleaner on light shirts than other place. Their hang or fold option is good, that way i can just slip them into my suitcase and not worry. I do have to say that their prices for Polo/Knit shits are a little pricey, but I think its worth it. I have not tried them with leather/suede or wool/cashmere yet.

I said "I have brought this for dry cleaning because if I wash it the linen will shrink more than the cotton , and it will no longer be flat ". They washed it - the whole thing shrank , and the linen pulled out entirely . The modern , graphic look was destroyed , even if the linen had survived . Clearly it didnt go to the show , but whatever . After a few weeks they said they could refund the cost of "cleaning" $13 . The quilting alone would be $80-$100 in todays world , and that doesn't count the materials or my labor . Tammy told me it was poorly done - I beg to differ as does the woman who chose it for the show . Although I am not a professional I do think I am competent enough to know that mixed fabric types need special care . If they had dry cleaned it as I asked , and the linen fell apart , too bad , so sad , I would say should never have cleaned it , but treated it as an "art quilt" . Its not just that we disagreed on what was fair compenastion - things happen , its the insults . Tammy kept saying not only was she going to do nothing but that I was bad at my hobby (86 quilts in , by my count ) and that she had no time to talk to me . Prbably best not to talk while I was struggling to figure out what to do -- why did she need to add insult to injury .?
