What an incredible dry cleaners do not go anywhere else! I…read moredrive here from the coast and I absolutely love it. They had the best prices and they are the sweetest kindest people I've ever met. I hope they'll be here a long time and if they aren't, I hope their kids or family members will take over because this place is a jewel to find. I love the vintage feel it's old-fashioned, which is really cool. An old parking lot with big shady trees and inside beautiful kind people who will dry clean your clothes perfect. I've never seen my clothes so clean. I can't even believe it because the place I went to before was famous for cleaning clothes in an environmental way And then they closed down. I've gone through two dry cleaners that have closed down. Dry cleaners are extremely important and hard to find. Again, I drive from the coast I hope they're here 10 to 15 years because I'll keep coming back and bringing all my beautiful vintage clothing and coats which they clean so perfectly. They even found my bracelets and put them in a small pouch which I was so happy to find because some people would've stole them so they are very honest And they pack your clothes so carefully. The only thing I wish they didn't do is use as much paper on the hangers, but what can I do? I took all the paper off and recycled it and I'm keeping all the hangers and recycling and returning those as well to another dry cleaner nearby since it's kind of far for me. I don't regret the drive. I really love this place and I will be a good customer here for years and years to come.

The positives: clean and well kept, quarters available in the coin exchange, snack dispenser, many washers/dryers available, not crowded. I sure as hell don't have money to throw away, which is what I basically did. Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake times 2. Brought my white coat in, again. I really was hoping they would change my mind this second time, but no. The just reaffirmed my initial assessment that they do a really crappy job here. Also, the lady I complimented in my tip wasn't as nice as I thought and is a complete fraud. As is their advertisement for spot cleaning. Fraud. And the story goes: I bring white coat in. White coats apparently no longer get student discount. Fine, whatever. Just get my shit cleaned. #1 I kindly request that they do not stamp my last name on my precious white coat again. #2 She asked me if I would like my coat to be starched. I answered yes. #3 I mentioned that I dropped my white coat in a rain puddle and there were some dirty spots (as they advertise they spot clean... on their sign.. out front). She said not a problem and that they would be able to get the spots out. I return a week later to pick up my coat. #1 No name stamped. Good start. #2 It's pressed and starched. #3 Puddle spots are totally there. It looked like my jacket was just pressed and starched. I pointed this out to the lady and her reply? "Yea, you wanted your coat to be starched. That goes to laundry service. We don't do that here. If you didn't want starch we would have cleaned it here. IMO we do a better job." WHAT??? I told you about the spots!!! You said they would be cleaned before I left!! To continue, she told me having the coat spot cleaned and getting it starched were separate. Also, that if I wanted the spots cleaned next time to not have my jacket starched. Beezy, there will be no next time. This is absurd! Mind blown. This place has bad business practices and does not deserve my patronage. Two strikes. I'll be damned to give you a third chance.
