My consultant, Peggy was welcoming, knowledgeable, incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She took the time to find the perfect fit for me, and I left feeling confident and supported. The selection of bras was impressive, and the quality is top-notch. There were some great deals and it was affordable. The store is very clean and neat. The manager was super friendly as well. They give you a card at the end with all the information on your size and types that fit best which is very helpful. I even received a thank you card in the mail from Peggy saying if I need help to reach out! If you're looking for a personalized and professional bra fitting, Lane Bryant is the place to go! I absolutely LOVE this Lane Bryant store! The ladies are always friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help. We had a return today and they couldn't have been nicer. In some stores, you get looked down upon when you return an item. Not here. They help you just as if you were purchasing the entire store. Look-I can buy plus size clothing anywhere. I had amazing service here today!! I went in and was greeted by the people who weren't already helping others, which is always so welcoming. They had a lot of staff which was nice because it didn't feel awkward or weird to walk around and find someone because there were so many option. When I walked into the bra section I was greeted by Sydney who helped me get sized and had me try on various sizes/styles. I hadn't been sized in like 5 years and didn't own a "real" bra but I left with 2 thanks to Sydney. Bra shopping can be a really vulnerable experience but Sydney made sure I left with something I liked and felt good in and constantly hyped me up during the process. Pros: they have one staff member that actually helps you, she's the older lady. Cons: when asked to use the restroom I was told to go to Ross. Another customer asked and was allowed to use there restroom. read more

Ok, so it may seem odd for a man to review a woman's clothing store, but since my wife brings me here for my opinion I see no reason why I can't share it! Most of the lingerie is nice, and about half of the clothing looks nice. The other half has a bit of an "old" look to the styling that probably won't be of interest to younger women. The regular prices seem about average, but they often have sales. Their rewards-type program can be a really good deal, and it gets shoppers to come back (smart!). read more

I have to agree the staff are friendly and helpful, I always find styles that work for my body type. My offer of improvement would be to add size 7 to the shoe and boot deptarment.. They have cute styles but never carry size 7. We maybe in large sizes but feet don't always? The fifth star may be awarded if the shoes were to improve. read more

I had thee worst customer service from a woman named Nikki! It was 10 minutes til closing and she let it be known! Following me around inspecting everything I touched. This woman was horrible! Mackenzie on the other hand greeted me. Asked if I wanted her to call another store when she couldn't find the size I needed. Super helpful! She needs to give nasty Nikki some customer service lessons! read more
