He wore the new pair around the house and on one walk around the block and unfortunately got a blister on the top of one of toes. even with adjusting the buckles, he wasn't able to get a comfortable fit on the shoes. He refused to provide an in-store credit saying it would be the same as giving us money back and how would that be fair to his business. His solution was for my husband to wear socks with the sandals. He has no return or refund policy posted at the counter or on his receipts so customers are aware that he won't take product back. Now I know how he can afford to open another business in Newberg. I was intentional about shopping here because I had been helped in a purchase of a pair of Birkenstocks only a few weeks prior to this purchase and loved my experience and the shoes I got.
