My guess is that the owners have sent the more seasoned, better cooks or chef to the latest location in Greece. While this may seem like a wonderful strategy, it comes with a hefty price. The food I received today was not great. First issue, I noticed is that the shrimp are now medium instead of large. Second the smell of cinnamon was overpowering the rice. They added way too much. Lastly there was a hair in my food. Yuck! seriously what happened? What they had was working, . I'll try the new location in Greece. Hopefully, the original cooks and chef are there. I also hope the cleanliness and food quality is up to standard. What do we have to do to get decent quality from Halal-n-Out. Otherwise I won't be visiting the East Ridge location.

The chairs are wide and overstuffed, and the tables are just the right height. It's a, "have another bite" atmosphere. There are long prayers coming from the speakers. Even a non-Arabic speaker like me knows that, "Bismillah" doesn't rhyme! The better half's take on his kebab? "This is the best lamb I've ever had!". I thought the shwarma and fries were great, but the hummus served with warm pita, some fruity, green olive oil, and a sprinkling of sumac/ za'atar really knocked it out of the park.
