We just went to cluck cluck moo moo for a late night meal, it's about 9:30. We came in to order and ate it at home. We only live 8-10 mins away. The service was fine, nothing special. A couple younger gentlemen took care of our order. The food itself? Not a fan at all. We ordered "the works" chicken sandwich and French fries. The fries were cold and stale. And the chicken on the chicken sandwich was tasty however, the bread was soggy from too much sauce. This was my first time and i was pretty disappointed. read more

Once again, I am back at CCMM for an amazing burger. There is something so good about the sauce on the burger here. I am a creature of habit when it comes to things I order. I got the classic smashburger with lettuce. The bun, crunchy lettuce, spicy sauce and the burger all compliment each other perfectly. It really is a work of art for your tastebuds. The service is always so quick. They make everything to order which is great because I know I'm getting a freshly made burger and not something that has been made and heated up. The taste is so much better and you can tell by the work they put into it. I love both locations but the decor and vibe in the Hertel location is so nice and original. It creates a cool but cozy vibe that you want to hang out in while you eat. Each spot has limited indoor seating which I like but most of the time, I get my food to go if I'm in a rush. I said it before and I will say it again, this is one of my favorite burgers in the city and I can't wait to see what they do with their next location coming soon too. read more

I'm a huge fan of the original location and finally made it to the newer location on Hertel. It did not disappoint. Took three additional friends to try it for the first time and everyone loved it. One of them after said that she "doesn't like burgers" and was annoyed that we were going to a burger place. Cluck Cluck Moo Moo changed her mind, she absolutely loved it. If that doesn't speak volumes, I don't know what does! These are easily the best smash burgers in Buffalo, just writing this review makes me want another! read more

Really nice space, and the servers were helpful in figuring out what to order for me and my kids. The kids loved the food, I thought it was adequate. The burgers and fries are decent flavor, but a little on the super greasy side. Price is a little high for the quality, but fair for the quantity. read more

Customer service was cool menu was straight to the point and this was actually the first smash burger spot I enjoyed. The patties were still juicy and cheesy and the moo moo sauce kind of reminded me of Big Mac sauce with a spin. Came in here to grab a late night dinner for myself. I never even knew this place existed, but I guess it's been here for a while. I thought the name was kind of funny, but I was across the street and the bartender told me that he's gotten food from here before and it was pretty good. I took his word for it. So I went in and ordered a classic Smashburger for $9.85 and a hot chicken sandwich for $9.85. I figured that price for a burger or a sandwich, that had to be worth it. I was wrong !! The burger was actually good, but it was so greasy, that made it just gross. The paper it was wrapped in was completely saturated in grease. I had to make sure the paper didn't touch anything on me or my bed otherwise it would've stained and ruined whatever it touched. I had asked the man for lettuce on my burger, and all he gave me was the smallest little tiny piece of lettuce underneath the burgers, and I even taste it. Now for the hot chicken sandwich. Yes it was hot. Spicy hot. But that was mostly the bun because there was barely any chicken on the sandwich. It was a small piece and I saw when he was cooking it, It was a small piece and then when I was eating it, it only took up a little more than half the bun, and the rest was just a lot of some lettuce and all that hot sauce I have had Wendy's, KFC's and Popeyes chicken sandwiches that were bigger,better and less expensive. So as far as I'm concerned, the chicken sandwich was a joke, and the burger like I said it had a really good flavor to it. It was really good, but the grease was just unrealistic. I have never seen that in my life. My stomach was upset for the rest of the night. And to pay $10 for each of those was even bigger joke. I will not be returning there As far as inside, the restaurant goes, it was nice, cute ,clean And seemed like a cozy place to hang out. Some of the BEST fried chicken I've had in WNY. It's crunchy and seasoned perfectly. I have had fried chicken at some popular restaurants and they forget seasoning the flour is key to a good fried chicken!! The hamburgers hit! They just do. The fries do not hold up well if you're eating out but a few mins in the air fryer or oven and they bounce back. Try every sauce choice. They are so good you're going to want to bath in them! Lol I give 4 stars only because they should allow extra chicken options just as they do for their hamburgers. The food was absolutely delicious the sandwiches anyway. Got a moo and an oink which they should really put in the name of the restaurant LOL. Where I feel like we got burned was with fries they were really expensive. We made a to go order to take the pork chop sandwich home for a friend and ordered fries with that and they were barely any in the bag,and soggy. Even the air fryer couldn't crisp them up- it was a big disappointment. So go for the burgers and sandwiches but you're better off getting a bag of chips at home! The two men working there were very nice. There is only seating in the window, a few chairs and a countertop. so plan on taking your food home in case there's no room or you are more than two people! read more

I ordered delivery from their Elmwood location when it first opened and received a cold sloppy mess. Knowing that delivery can be the worst representation of a restaurant I had it in mind for months that I'd try them again. Sad to say that the food is equally bad in the restaurant. The smash burgers taste more like meat loaf, the bun was oily and soggy and the regular order of fries got me about 20 fries. The patties had zero char or caramelization. Also, the ketchup is some no-name brand and they sell Pepsi products. I'm really not sure why this place exists. read more

We went to the cluck cluck moo moo on transit Rd for the first time and we had no complaints on anything we ordered. So delicious and one of my favorite places, we order from here 2 or 3 times a month and have mostly had really positive experiences. I just wish that there was a phone number to contact the store -- the other week, I ordered a junior smash burger, and I added lettuce and onions (for free) and paid $1.50 to add bacon. When my junior smash burger arrived, it had onions but neither lettuce nor bacon. I'm sure it was an honest mistake, but I wasn't able to contact anyone to inform them, and I was disappointed to have paid extra for the bacon but not receive it.
