Came here on New Year's Eve so my kids could have a little fun before all the mayhem. We got there right at opening and it was so nice... felt like we rented out the whole place to ourselves. Everything was clean, not crowded, and filled with all new prizes. We didn't dine in because it was just too early to eat anything that wasn't breakfast. Fun was had and we can't wait to come back.

I've been to this location a few times. The food is ok and the drinks are really good. However, the service could be better. Yesterday was the first time that I had good service but.... I sat at the bar and it wasn't crowded or super busy). The bartender was great and very attentive. The first drink she made was not good, it was missing an ingredient in which we both discovered it was the simple syrup/sweetness. I also felt like the alcohol was missing as well but she said she included it. Anyway, I am thankful she was able to switched out my drink so I ordered my usual.... Henny Nirvana. I also ordered lemon pepper wings which came out hot and fresh ... made to order. This is not a place I would go out of my way to eat or have drinks at .... But if in the area or shopping at the mall, I would stop by for a quick bite to eat or a drink. It also gets really crowded during football and basketball season so if you want to catch a game, get there early.

Came here with family and had a fairly smooth time getting my Powercard and getting right into the gaming. The games (at least the ones that were working) were pretty fun. Shoutout to the Top Gear Maverick arcade game! That one was the best. Unfortunately there were a good amount of games that I wanted to try out that were out of commission, so it sucks not being able to enjoy everything. We then had lunch at the dining area, and were sat very quickly. Our waiter checked in on us right away to get our orders as well, but once the food came, we were hardly visited. We kept having to look around to see where they were so we could get some more water and pay for our bill. They were pleasant to interact with, though. I had the Crispy Goldfingers and they were decent. It wasn't exactly mind-blowing good but it was what I expected. The dining area seems like a solid fit to watch sports games. TVs everywhere, noise level pretty high, dim lighting, billiards area. It's literally a bar attached to a large arcade. I'd be down to watch a few games or combat sports here. Wish they had more bathrooms, though! Especially ones closer to the dining area. Having to go across the entire play area with greasy hands and a need to go to the bathroom isn't the most ideal.

It's the @light_skin_dragon coming with a great review. I've been a few times I typically come to visit friends. There was once I came with my love and met my friends here with my daughter. And we just played games. So I come here to meet my friends because this is a great place to come watch the game which me and my brother did while he order the spinach deep which he didn't like so then he recorded the margarita flatbread which he did enjoy. And the waitress I forgot her name she was kind and very sweet. She came around often checking on us. I would definitely come back and have fun. This is an adult Chuck E. Cheese in my mind where we can have drinks and play adult games and they even have a pool table which is new to me.

We got the gold Summer Pass and it was so worth it. It was great. The only "bad" thing was the 1000 cap tickets. Sometimes we'd hit that right away sometimes it might take a while. If they have the summer pass again next year, I'd get the higher pass that has the 2000 ticket cap. I think it's worth the money because you can easily spend $50+ a visit for one kid. We tried to go once a week to get our money's worth. My daughter really enjoyed it. Going so often in a short time frame you start to notice a few things. Thank you for the hand sanitizer stations. The staff is super nice. Food is pretty good. They have ICEE's! There are games out of order a lot. So not sure if that's a staff issue of the quality of the games. I think it would be helpful to add a feature to the app that allows you to report broken/not working games. Also to report spills or broken glass on the floor as staff isn't always easy to find right away. You can report the spill then be able to add exactly where it is like next to a certain game or pinpoint your location. I'd rather take my kids to D&B's vs CEC's any day so I'm so thankful that there's a location in Northridge. ;)

THIS IS THE MANAGER!!!!!!! She was like a two out of 10 and everyone else was a zero out of 10.

If I could give zero stars I would. This Dave & Buster's in Northridge is one of the worst run establishments I have ever set foot in. We came excited because it was the kids first time, but from the moment we arrived it was chaos. Half our group had been to Arcadia's Dave & Buster's before and actually had a smooth experience, but this Northridge location is dirty, unsafe, and completely unorganized. Costco should be ashamed to even partner with them because it makes members think they're buying into something decent when in reality this place is a disaster. We had Costco gift cards that worked perfectly fine, but the problem was that the staff had no idea what to do with them. Every time we asked a question we got a different answer. One worker told us to go upstairs. Another said to use a kiosk. Someone else told us the meal deal was no longer available. Nobody gave a straight answer and all it did was waste our time and send us running up and down these huge unsafe stairs with kids. The elevator line was so long it was impossible to use. From the start it already felt like a safety hazard. Upstairs, the hostess staff could not have been worse. Two women working the stand literally skipped right over us while we stood there waiting. When they finally noticed us, they threw us on a so-called 20 minute waitlist that dragged into almost an hour. We tried to kill time with the kids by playing games but the machines were half broken, balls missing, scanners not reading, and nothing designed for small children. This place calls itself family entertainment but if your kids are under five years old, don't even bother. They will have nothing to do and you will just waste your money. When we were finally seated, it somehow managed to get worse. We sat for twenty minutes without menus, without water, without any sign of service. When the food finally came it was lukewarm and tasted like it had been sitting out for ages. I ordered appetizers and even those were awful. My family's food was worse and when we complained, the waitress acted like we were lying. She gave us a look that made it clear she had no respect for us or our concerns. At that point we had lost our appetite and just wanted to get out. Checking out was the final insult. Instead of a server handling the bill, they shoved us toward a kiosk like we were supposed to do the work ourselves. With the gift cards it turned into a circus because the employees didn't know how to process them and gave us no help. We stood there waving for assistance for another twenty minutes while everyone ignored us. Finally a manager came over. She did eventually apply a discount but only after I demanded she stay with us until it was resolved because at that point I was done with being treated like garbage. This place is not family friendly. It is chaotic, unsafe, unclean, and staffed with people who are either untrained or simply don't care. The layout is miserable, the service is nonexistent, and the food is disgusting. I regret bringing my family here and I regret recommending it to anyone. I will be returning my Costco gift cards and I will make sure everyone I know avoids this place. This location is a warning sign. Do not waste your money or your time.

An amazing time was had! My dentist is in Northridge, so I decided to take her out for the holidays. She said she hasn't been to Dave and Busters since 2003, so I was determined to show her a good time. The games were clean and mostly operational. You can't expect an arcade to be perfect, especially around the holidays. I can only imagine the wear and tear on these games. We played basketball, Jurassic park, top gun and Mario Kart. All the classics. Jurassic park never gets old! For food we had the cheese stick stack (amazing), calamari (okay) the salmon (great) and the teriyaki steak (great), and the brookie Sunday (amazing). Tiffany (waitress) and Ashley (bartender) was above and beyond. Great customer service throughout. Managers Mike, Tyler and Jenny were all fantastic. Down side is that it's so far from home, but now I have sometime to look forward to every time I go to the dentist (3x a year)!

Had mixed feelings about this visit. While the game selection is great, it's frustrating when few machines are out of order. Service was a bit slow but it's expected on a Saturday night. Didn't have any food. Just came for drinks and some competitive fun. A fun concept, but could be better with more maintenance.

Celebrating 13th Birthday in the back area buffet style food for 60 to 70 people on a Sunday 11am.

We had a fun time celebrating my niece's 13th birthday at Dave & Buster's in Northridge on a Sunday at 11am to 2pm. We had the back area reserved for 60 to 70 people with food set up buffet style. Excellent customer service from all the waiters that tended to all the guests. The children had fun playing after eating with their Power Play Cards. After playing the arcade games and other entertainment options they came back to the reserved party area to eat again. This is why we love the buffet set up for birthday parties as easy access to food for everyone including all the adults. The children can play while the adults can mingle and eat. Food served buffet style were Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo, pretzel dogs, ribs, chicken tenders, pizza, cheese burgers, mac and cheese, fries, onion rings, salad, fruits, juice, soda and other food items that I may have forgotten to mention. This is the third time we've celebrated a birthday party here including our child's. We highly recommend it as all you have to do is show up and have fun.

D&B - Northridge is a slice of fun. Located on the north side of the Northridge Fashion Center Mall off Tampa Avenue between Red Robin and CPK (California Pizza Kitchen) with loads of shared parking. You can enjoy this spot solo, with family, friends/chosen family, co-workers, or that special someone. The have a great happy hour daily from 3pm until 6pm. Awesome deals like their Eat, Drink, Play $19.99 Combo deal - the bar area is stellar and the bartenders and servers are pretty cool. Having had both two Dave & Buster Power Cards, including a digital card from the Hollywood location I definitely enjoyed a variety of what Dave & B's has to offer. The food is popular nationwide restaurant meets bar club, almost if Applebee's had an arcade... Think burgers, loaded fries, fried pickles, fried eats, flatbreads, pastas, salads, appetizers, and desserts. I've enjoyed bites here in the past, but mostly partake in libations and game play. A place where adults can be as kid like as they want and kids can enjoy all the arcade, table top and VR games they were meant to. There wasn't anyone on the main floor when I enter... Which there sometimes is, but as soon as you climb the stairs (elevator also available just beyond them)... You'll be greeted. You can purchase and recharge/reload power cards downstairs self serve and/or with the D & Buster's crew. They offer a variety of packages and deals for events from birthday celebrations to holiday parties to work gatherings and more. Aside from planning a party, you can join in on fun nights like Trivia Tuesdays, enjoy sporting events and even play some pool (billiards). It's rarely as busy as the Hollywood location here and the service is nice though it can be a bit delayed at times, especially during holidays, sporting events and such. Easier layout than other SoCal Dave & Busters. Restrooms are fairly clean like the entire arcade meets sports bar restaurant itself. I'm not always in the area, but when I am I'm definitely don't mind popping into Dave & Buster's - Northridge. Let's Power Up!

Don't come here if you want your food to be served cold. Only 1 item ( bone in wings) came out hot. Soda was flat. Server seemed to have attitude when we told her that our food was cold. I would avoid this Dave and busters and go to one in DTLA. Never coming back here again.

The drinks looked good but I decided to save some calories and just had a glass of water. For food I started with clam chowder. I'm thinking it was a special since it was on a piece of paper on the table. It came in a bread bowl...it had lots or clams, bacon and potatoes. It was delicious. It could have been a meal with a small salad. So for my entree I had the lobster Mac and cheese. It was good as a well. Ooey gooey and seasoned nicely. I was almost full from the chowder so only at about 1/3 of it but would definitely recommend. It was my first time coming here and I'd definitely return.

Honest review…read more.... Beer options - 5/10 They were aiming for local brews but honestly, not the best options. Food - 7/10 For pub food, it's not bad but not great. Service - 5/10 I'm not sure if they were just so understaffed or what was going on. Food took forever to come out & it seemed as if there was only 1 waiter for the entire restaurant. She also had an ugly attitude. Price - 2/10 Honestly for pub food, it's way too overpriced. You're paying West Hollywood prices in the valley, probably more. I hate that each sandwich/burger is $15+ à la carte. Ridiculous! Cocktails - 2/10 Ordered an old fashioned multiple times & each time it was too heavy on the bitters. Gross! Ambiance - 6/10 It's a cool dive bar feel but the TV sound could've been on for the ball game. OVERALL - 6/10 It's way too overpriced to even want to come back. The food is mid, and just not worth the price. The beer options also are not it. Cocktails aren't great either. Probably wouldn't come back.

Another day another stop for a beer during happy hour. I'm noticing that people are starting to…read morecatch on about this place. Not just the golfers but now locals and wanderers. We been coming for a while now after a walk around the lake. Plus it's a good reason to hydrate afterwards with a nice cold one. And what better way, happy hour. Anyways, it's a great place to just stop by, have a beer and some food and just lounge. If you're looking for sports, there's plenty of television inside with something on. We like to just enjoy the patio seating outside and Just watch the golfers on the putting green. Something mellow and quite relaxing. Positive note, they're pet friendly. If you come on Sunday, i guarantee theres always going to be some kind of sports on. The service has alway been great. All the staff are amazing and friendly. It's says a lot when you walk in and they know exactly what you want. Either I'm here too much or they know their regulars. It's a great way to unwind and just chill after a day of work or whatever. The golfers are all friendly as well. They're all here for the same reason. They use to have trivia night but I'm not sure if that still exists. Regardless, it's alway a great place. I hope they don't mind that I brought a fruit salad from one of the vendors to enjoy with my beer... LOL...

Looking for a sports bar in the valley, took a chance at this obscure location which was hard to…read morefind buried on a small hidden street off the beaten path. Had to make a reservation for 4 people for the Rams-Bears game, and we were sat right in the middle tables near the back, almost touching (and frequently bumped by other patrons) nearby, instead of the more spacious lounge-type 4 seaters that I wanted. The area is deafeningly noisy, stuffy, No A/C. As if a sports bar isn't loud enough, they have a DJ for what reason I don't know blasting music at every opportunity during timeouts and between games...yikes. Super packed inside, but outside seating is very bare and only 1 crappy TV in the corner. Absolute pandemonium inside, dogs, kids everywhere. Love both but just a bizarre scene. Food was passable, nothing more. The asada nachos we were told had beans but didnt come with it, and had a weird liquid white cheese melted and not enough of it to smother the chips. Very expensive too almost 30 bucks! Barely any pico, no guac. Wings are so-so meaty and hot but boring not seasoned. The garlic parm fries are not bad but a pool of oil on the bottom of the basket. The burger seemed to be the best item, I ate a chicken sandwich (fried) it was plain and boring as hell, but not bad. We couldn't make it past halftime it was just so insanely loud and uncomfortable from rubbing seats behind me, can't move vertically. Parking lot completely sold out sharing with the golf course, had to park a few hundred feet away in another small lot, and the icing on the cake as we left some weirdo woman approached the window startling us and asking for money handing out something. Bolted the fuck out, counted our blessings and...see you next lifetime. Did not feel safe walking back to the far-out lot, and another homeless person actually entered the bar and was walking around, barely holding it together to not show his genitals. There was a security guard near entrance, I guess the homeless man parachuted in cuz he got past him. Good grief.
