They acknowledged how bad it was at the time and issued us a credit. When we arrived tonight, we were told our credit had expired. That made no sense considering it was issued because of system failures on their end. After asking the employee to contact a manager, they said they would "honor" only half of the credit $165. I don't understand why only half, when the original experience was completely ruined due to their equipment not working. We paid the remaining balance and proceeded with our three booked games. From the moment we were assigned our VR host (Austin), it was clear he was frustrated and bothered. The first game wouldn't load properly and took a long time to get running. There were constant glitches, delays, and technical problems just like our last visit. Instead of being supportive or apologetic, the host kept making negative comments, complaining, and even using profanity under his breath. It made the whole experience uncomfortable. We weren't rude. We followed instructions. At one point I even told him, "We're not here to annoy you, we just want to have fun." He didn't respond. By 10:45 PM, over an hour and a half after arrival, we had only managed to complete ONE experience because of all the technical issues. When we asked about a refund for the two games we couldn't properly play, we were told they don't give refunds. The only option was to reschedule. There was no real apology for the inconvenience, no accountability for the repeated technical failures, and no effort to make the situation right beyond rescheduling. We were even told that the previous staff member "shouldn't have accepted" us for three games and that the host just wanted to go home. At this point, it feels like customers are inconveniencing the staff, not the other way around. We gave this place a second chance after a very bad first experience. Unfortunately, it was even more disappointing the second time. If you're thinking about spending your money here, I would strongly suggest thinking twice.

She was not looking for a bowling party at first,…read morebut I suggested we just check it out, seemed to have a cool vibe and the bowling would be a fun addition to the party. The center itself has a retro feel to up, but also updated so as not to feel out of date. They have everything lit with cool lighting inside and all the lanes. They play great music while bowling, we were able to even request songs while we were there for the party. They have a full bar as well as a full kitchen. They also have a large game room, which is a great throw back for me growing up in the 80's. The party planner as well as the Management was super cool and friendly. Made sure we had everything we needed, kept checking on us, refilled the drinks and the food as the night went on and we were even able to bring decorations and our own cake. Which they gave us a sparkler candle to put on top as our regular candles. It was really fun. The party package was a set price of $49.95 per person, which included unlimited pizza, chicken tender, fries and various drinks. Towards the end they brought a giant platter of funnel cake fries with dips, so yummy. It also, came with 2 hours of bowling, shoe rental and $20 in game credits for each person. There are lounge style seats and surf board tables behind the lanes too. I would recommend having a party here or just come and have a get together with people and have a good time. The parking lot seems a bit sketchy though, I would park close to the front, they have a couple security guards here and I thought I saw some people lingering in the lot, so keep you valuables out of your car to prevent anyone from doing anything. Other than that, and it was just a feeling I had, (which I am almost always on point with my feelings) it was a great time and we will for sure be coming back to bowl and hang out. Enjoy!

They're always playing great music, too! My game, Iron Maiden is still there! Management is good because it shows, especially when the servers have been working there for years. Love the quality of meats, prices and the variety of delicious banchans. Their kimchi is fresh. One thing I do miss is the complimentary bite-size froyo dessert. Please bring something back! It's just sad because I literally loved my little treat at the end of dinner. It was also a specific vanilla tart flavor that you can't find at any local frozen yogurt vendors! We're loyal customers because of the quality, pricing and awesome staff. Yes, Customer Service is ALWAYS number one!

I believe lunch time pricing is around $30. You get 90 mins and a set menu. You can pay for premium à la carte items as well! I thought the inside was interesting because it had an industrial, open feel/layout with a few arcade games. Also there's a bar area! It's been super hot in the valley and it didn't feel like there was air conditioning in there. It could've been a mix of the weather and all the pits going on, but it was unfortunate because it made me uncomfortable during my visit. The spicy bulgogi was very tasty and cooked super fast. I enjoyed the sides they brought out. The spicy garlic noodles had a nice kick but lacked in overall flavor. They were thicker noodles than what I am used to, but texture was fine. The gyoza was extra crispy/fried. I liked the vegetable tempura but I didn't get a good variety of veggies. I thought it was mid and expensive for what was offered. Perhaps I'd give it another shot but during lunch. Parking is nice because it's a shared shopping center lot. Plenty of spots available.

However, we had to get our own table, and it took forever to get a server to come to us, which was a shame because it was a slow night. When the server did come, she took our order and went on her way. We waited for 20 minutes and never received our drinks. Then our food came, and we still had not received our drinks. I was upset because it was not a busy night. When I finally flagged her down, I told her, and she brought our drinks maybe 10 minutes later. She did apologise, and then the drinks were removed from the bill, but waiting all that time on a slow night still sucked. On the plus side, they have their new eat-and-play deals; get a card and a meal for only 5 bucks more. We got the $55 all-you-can-play and added a burger with fries for $60 total. That's a great deal. We spent about 3 hours playing with that $55 all-you-can-play card. The bad thing is that tickets do get capped at 1500. Once you reach that, you can't get more to get more prices, which sucks. Overall not a bad place, but I prefer the Arcadia location: bigger, better, and nicer staff.

They added a new play area which is great it give kids an option to play instead of playing the video games. Third star Now I counted about 10 games that were out of service but everyone kept tapping their cards trying to get them to work. I notified a person at the counter and all they did put 3 points on my card. I think if the games are down they should put up signs or make it a point to try to fix them, especially when it's a full house. The whole point system is rigged but the what isn't these days. Each game costs a point and the most you can win on most games is 1-5 points. When you go exchange your points every decent prize is 1000 or more points and according to their math 1 penny = 1 point. The house always wins. Hopefully next time we go in more games are available
