During my daughters party today their was multiple other party's going on which was very distracting. The staff were rude and unprofessional. We had to go to the counter to alert the staff that we were missing some things that we needed for the party. If you have been doing party's for over a decade you should know how to structure a party. Please hire staff that actually don't look like they would rather be somewhere else. Went into Chuck E. Cheese to get out of the heat for awhile, so that's one star it's nice and cool inside. We got a package deal from online, make sure you have it ready I didn't have service inside at the register and I didn't realize it was a barcode that needed to be scanned versus just showing the coupon. Pizza was good, it was done in a fairly decent time even though it was pretty busy with birthday parties. Second star. They added a new play area which is great it give kids an option to play instead of playing the video games. Third star Now I counted about 10 games that were out of service but everyone kept tapping their cards trying to get them to work. I notified a person at the counter and all they did put 3 points on my card. I think if the games are down they should put up signs or make it a point to try to fix them, especially when it's a full house. The whole point system is rigged but the what isn't these days. Each game costs a point and the most you can win on most games is 1-5 points. When you go exchange your points every decent prize is 1000 or more points and according to their math 1 penny = 1 point. Birthday Party No'No's We had a very disappointing experience hosting a birthday party here. Our party was scheduled for 11:00 a.m., but when we arrived, the game cards were not ready. We did not receive them until 11:33 a.m., which meant the children were sitting around for over half an hour with nothing to do. This was extremely frustrating, especially with excited kids who were ready to play. On top of that, the Ticket Blaster machine did not work at first. We had to wait an additional 15 minutes for it to be fixed, which further delayed the party and took away from the experience we paid for. Overall, the lack of preparation and multiple delays made the party feel unorganized and stressful. Manager Lamone wouldn't honor coupons that expire on 12/31/26. Because the flyer they came on says "fundraiser" and it's not the same day as the fundraiser which was 8/20/26. What!!?? During my visit I felt personally disrespected and harassed by the manager on duty. From the beginning, he was very rude while we were ordering our food. I then paid for my toddler to use the play area. My younger child, who is under one year old, was playing on the mat when the manager came over and physically grabbed my daughter and removed her from the play area. I was extremely upset by this. Two other mothers and I confronted him and told him that he should not be physically grabbing my child. Instead of apologizing or showing any concern he continued to be rude and dismissive. The situation continued when we ordered Dippin' Dots. I specifically ordered a large but the manager used a small cup. When I explained that I had ordered a large and asked if it could be split between two smaller cups he refused and then threw the cup away in front of me. His behavior felt unnecessarily disrespectful and humiliating. Afterward I asked another employee for a spoon. She had to ask the manager whether she was allowed to give me one. He laughed and said yes. At that point, I felt completely embarrassed and disrespected as a paying customer and a member. I have been a loyal customer and a member, but after this experience, I do not feel comfortable returning to this location. Disappointing experience due to poor customer service. I purchased a pizza play combo that included four drinks. When refilling iced tea, both the "sweetened" and "unsweetened" fountains were dispensing sweet tea. I calmly brought this to the manager's attention. Instead of checking the machine or offering any resolution, the manager dismissed the concern and refused to verify it, insisting the unsweetened tea was correct without even tasting or investigating. The issue wasn't the iced tea -- it was the unwillingness to acknowledge or address a legitimate customer concern. A simple check or courteous response would have made a difference. It's been a few years since we have been here. The kids are getting a bit old, but we thought we would give it a chance. They added a new Trampoline Zone a year ago. If you have little ones, it's perfect. 10 dollars including socks. Just the right size for toddlers and young elementary school kids. The service was good. Food came out hot and they had people cleaning the tables pretty often. The food was a hit. Chuck e Cheese used to be known for their bland overpriced pizza. We are now in the realm of kids birthday parties and of course our son wants one! I've always wanted a Chick E. Cheese bday party and never got it. So, I decide our son would get it! We looked at other bday locations but this seemed to fit the following criteria: 1. Had games/activities, 2. A/C a must, 3. A reasonable-ish food/beverage party pack 4. Have a convenient location. 5. Flexibility with guest size and changes. So this was going to be the place. The added perks came after booking: easy booking on-line/app, free custome e-invites provided, party planner for the entire party (2 hours), you can bring in your own cake and decorations and the place needs to be clean and safe. I have to say, the turn-out was great and the excitement was immense! These kids enjoyed themselves thouroughly and the energy was contagious! So for me it was all worth it! I have so many fond memories of going there as a kid, and now that I have my own, it's just as fun as I remember--though I do miss the ball pit. That said, the addition of the trampoline is a nice touch. I've brought my son here for multiple birthday parties, as well as just to spend a fun day out. We haven't signed up yet, but they also offer a monthly program which seems like a great option. Right now, they have a special for birthday parties where you can get six kids for just $99. You really can't beat that deal. One of the things I love about this location is that they offer a sensory-friendly day once a month. They open earlier and turn off the loud noises, making it a great option for kids who get easily overstimulated. The manager, I think his name was Gabrielle was trying desperately to create a good experience, but really they had bad staff who just weren't competent and could not handle the seven birthday parties that we're going on at the same time. He's the only reason for two stars instead of one. They never did our birthday boys name call. I placed a deposit of $55 but then realized they charged me full price and never deducted the $55 deposit. We asked for help to get cake, cutting utensils, or even plate plates and forks multiple multiple times. It never happened. It was a terrible experience and we ended up spending about $1200. My employees have families and I wanted to make sure if I booked a company event my employees would be cared for regardless of the head count, or how they walked in through the front door. Really, the reason this place is getting a 2-star rating is the musty smell. Almost like mold just not be nice. As soon as you walk through the doors, you get slapped with that smell. Came here last week with the kids. It was mostly what you'd expect that being loud, chaotic, but the kids had fun, which is what really matters. Some of the games weren't working right, but one of the guys up front at the check in box, had brown hair and I think his name was Ryan, helped fix a few of them and also cleaned my table when asked to, so props to him. The food was fine, nothing special, and the place could've been a little cleaner overall. Bathrooms were kind of rough and we had to wait a while in line at the front desk to order and ask for water cups. It's not perfect, but it gets the job done for a kid's day out. read more

Worst Chuck E. Cheese I've been to. New to the area, and had the worst experience. The manager angel and the Asian boy need to be fired ! My family and i waited 40 min for the salad bar to be refilled because there was no lettuce. The lettuce was sitting on top and all staff said they couldn't switch it out because they could not leave their post. (they would have only taken one minute or less.) The manager finally came back from his lunch break, and we explained to him the issue that we had with the salad bar because our food had came out before the salad bar was available to us. The manager angel smiled and said "ok, what do you want me to do about it" How dare a manager speak to a paying customer like that. The prices are not cheap so we expect a little bit of better service. They do monitor the entry and exit of children. Bathrooms are well maintained. If going often it is recommended to get a monthly Fun Pass, which comes with additional discounts. There are no coins and tickets anymore, just cards. Food is overpriced and generally not worth it unless to share. The menu could have more options like chicken nuggets. The games and rides are a little dated and could be modernized. One wishes they had a slide and ball pit too. Chucky could also come out more often as well. read more

They got rid of the creepy robots a few years ago, and there's a huge screen in its place with cringey videos of kids dancing, but you know what? The videos are actually very cute. Soda machine is excellent. The people there are nice, of course. We dealt with a patient and sweet young woman named Andrea, who was handing out prizes to a gaggle of children. My son dropped a lollipop I just bought him and it shattered, and she just gave us another even as I was trying to hand her the two bucks for the replacement. indeed, the lollipops are quite brittle. I kind of miss the physical tickets, but I understand of course why they got sick of paying for all that paper and ink! What's nice is how you can buy a timed card so you can play as many games as you like (and resume when you die). Especially for us parents, because when the kids' cards suddenly stop working, it's time to go! One complaint (not a big deal, of course): I dropped a ball into the 1,000-point jug in the clown/circus game on the west wall three times, and it only counted one! Oh well. Might have cost me a few pennies worth of tickets. I must now say the best part of our visit today, as I've pointed out in other restaurant reviews: The bathrooms! Here, it's 100% score on the Jeffrey F. Yelp scale. It was super clean. The sinks had fast running water you could turn on and off with a handle, which was nice and hot; soap you could dispense by pushing a lever (no IR or motion sensors, or whatever it is other places use); and paper towels also with no motion sensors (you can just pull out what you need). Not only that, each sink had its own soap and paper towels right above it. You get the feeling they really care about you. If you want to wash your face and dry off, you can do it easily, which you can't with faucets that spray a tiny bit of water for a few seconds and turn off, or with a stupid air dryer. read more
