Thankfully our party small (15 people) so we didn't have a lot but they only have a mini fridge & a small freezer/fridge that we stuffed all food, drinks & cake into (we brought a tiny cooler last minute). The patio area is big but the huge fridge outside doesn't work, the furniture looks worn (the metal tables were fine). I just suggest going onsite so you have a better idea of what's available so you can plan for it.

I replied right away to correct it, only to be told he "doesn't use the phone for communication," even though that's how he sent the confirmation in the first place. I even called back within minutes (Zelle has daily limits so I could only send part of the deposit at first), and he assured me verbally not to worry and that no new confirmation was needed once the remainder was paid. I paid the rest 1.5 months before the event, called two weeks prior to check in, and he again confirmed that "if you paid, you're booked." A week before, I called to adjust the time. Still confirmed. Day of the party, I texted asking if we could bring TVs to watch the World Series -- he calls back and says he has no idea what I'm talking about and claims my booking was for a totally different day and time. Kids, families, and food were already lined up to celebrate. Complete scramble. No accountability. No offer to fix it. Instead we were told we wouldn't be getting our money back. We ended up relocating the entire party last minute to another venue. I'm not writing this to be spiteful -- things happen -- but the way this was handled was incredibly unprofessional. If you book here, get everything in writing, double confirm dates, and don't rely on verbal assurances. The inconsistency, lack of responsibility, and unwillingness to acknowledge the mistake is what made this experience so disappointing. Oh and guess what? Also the goal net has had a tear in it for week, allowing my son to escape (dangerously). They've not attempted to fix it at all. After finally being fed up, I fixed it myself in under 5 minutes. It's ridiculous that the manager can't even do simple things like answer emails or put up a couple caribeaner clips. Also the trash can outside looks like hasn't been emptied in at least a month. The bag underneath is torn and the trash is overflowing onto the walkway. It's disgusting. I would probably overlook that if the manager wasn't so lazy and unresponsive, but alas... We probably won't be signing up for the next session.

They have co-ed and women only as well. It is arena soccer which is fast and you can use the walls. It gets hot in the valley so I like that they have a small shower on the side to cool off. They also have bleachers and a section for team to leave their stuff. They have tons of parking which is nice as well. For $20 you become a member and you get two nice dri-fit shirts with their logo which you can use to play dark or white during pick-up. Great place to play.

So I made it a point to visit to hopefully secure a spot for the birthday party. I was advised to visit after 8pm as someone to help would likely be there at that time. In addition I was told to try calling the number I had already tried connecting with. My issue isn't so much not being able to host an event here as much as it's the lack of communication.
