I did receive the information HOWEVER, I followed up with "great how can I make a deposit? Can I swing by to view the space?" Never received a reply. I figured it's a business they are likely busty. So I made it a point to visit to hopefully secure a spot for the birthday party. I was advised to visit after 8pm as someone to help would likely be there at that time. In addition I was told to try calling the number I had already tried connecting with. My issue isn't so much not being able to host an event here as much as it's the lack of communication. I waited a few days as I usually like to give the benefit of the doubt...which then lead me to lose potential other locations for the event. Just not great business.

Just a week or two ago they were able to press one of my jersey. I didn't have the number kit and advise me to get one and they would be able to press it I mean I'm reasonable, and I understand rules can change, but I did buy my jersey on your website and still not be able to get it pressed is a bit disappointing. After I left the store I called two of their other locations. Both of them told me they could press my jersey and that I would just need to pay for the jersey number installation. That left me confused because I was getting completely different answers from different Nicky's Sports locations. I called back to speak with the manager Jason hoping to get some clarification. Unfortunately he didn't seem very concerned and simply told me he had to follow the owner's instructions. I understand there may be some risk involved with pressing customer jerseys and I respect that. My issue is that there doesn't seem to be consistent communication or policies between locations. If the policy has changed it should have been communicated clearly to both employees and customers. What should have been a quick and simple service turned into a frustrating experience. Because of this I won't be doing business with Nicky's Sports anymore in person or online.
