The balloons, table setting, decors etc was also done by great event (separate fee applies on top of the venue rental). I highly recommend this event place if you are planning on your next initimate party! You will love the place, and if you decide to also hire them for organizing and decorating the venue you will surely love it. The owners are very proffesional and really nice.
