I love this venue! Went here for a holiday party and they were able to turn this venue into a beautiful winter wonderland! Very spacious and dance floor was great. Bathrooms were big and clean. Let's talk about the amazing staff of this venue. Aren & Nick were so accommodating even when we had originally talked about setting 10 chairs for each table and ended up with 12 chairs and my husband didn't give them the heads up, Aren was so understanding and he rushed the waiters to set 2 more chairs on each table as quickly as possible. No attitude, no disrespect, they just did it quickly and everyone had their seats in time. The food is exceptional!! All our guests were in love with the food and we will order catering from them from now on! My kids felt so comfortable around them and the staff. They did a small buffet for the kids even ! We just hosted our daughter's Bat Mitzvah at Etage Venue and the entire experience was absolutely amazing! The venue itself is beautiful, spotless, and has such a great atmosphere with excellent lighting. The huge LED screen was a highlight--perfect for our montage and backdrop throughout the night. Our guests couldn't stop commenting on how elegant and upscale the space felt; honestly, it looks like something you'd expect in Beverly Hills, not Reseda. What truly made the difference, though, was the staff. We worked closely with Aren and Lucy, and they went above and beyond to make everything seamless. They were professional, patient, and so accommodating, even with our many detailed requests. My wife is an event planner and can be very particular, but Aren and Lucy never once said "no." Instead, they worked with us through multiple visits and made sure every detail was taken care of. I had originally toured this venue with my bridal party with a lovely girl named Jenny. She was so polite, out going, and attentive to all of our questions. I had a lovely time with her and we were going to schedule a food tasting so she gave me their number and told me to text her whenever. I texted her that following week and did not get a response. I kept texting her and nothing. I thought she blew me off but I really liked the venue so I call instead about 2 weeks later and a man answered. His name was Nick. He told me I could not speak to Jenny as she was no longer there and that if I was interested in the venue I had to go back for a tour because whatever she told me no longer matters. So I scheduled another tour with him. When I got there along with my in-laws and MOH he was very rude and rushing us. Going through the family style package quickly. I asked about bringing in our own food and he asked why I would want to do that. He said a buffet isn't classy and no one wants to wait in line like that for their food. He said it would not be worth it and that they were the best. I also asked if there was a way to cover up the paintings they had is they do not go with the theme of my wedding and again he asked why I would want to do that. He was bragging about how they would help us in everything we wanted and that they were the best but would be rude when I asked if we could change something in the venue. He made us feel very uncomfortable and overall made the place lose the sparkle I had felt when I first went to see it. read more

Beautiful venue but not professional. Don't book double events like a wedding to include the reception. The staff was moving food, drinks, etc. across the wedding chapel area after all guests were seated. We could see all of it. It was tacky. The sound system and mic were terrible for the MC and dedicated toasts. They had guests wait outside for over an hour to set up from wedding to reception inside the venue. Elderly men and women had to stand in heels and dress shoes for that entire time. Many left. It was too long of a wait. The only thing that was good was the kindness of the staff, the food, and the decor. This venue has a lot of work to do in order to be better. read more

The party was planned in less than 2 months and the staff at Etage really helped us. The hall itself is very elegant and clean. The night of the reception went great. Etage is a BEAUTIFUL venue that truly has everything you need! We hosted our celebration last week and I can not recommend this venue enough. Lucy gave me and mom an initial tour and I immediately fell in love with the space, I toured over ten venues in the LA area but Etage was the perfect balance of modern, elegance and functional. The foyer area is beautiful and open and the hall itself is extremely elegant- my guests could not stop taking about the space. Lucy worked with us to help keep us organized, she even accommodated my schedule with calls as I was in the East coast before the event. Lucy was really communicative and was able to provide us with detailed responses to all our questions. Etage worked with us to make all the small details I wanted come true- they helped curate an amazing menu- I would say the highlight of this space is the food- it is absolutely DELICIOUS. My guests continue to mention how amazing it was and some of the best food they've had at a venue. In addition to Lucy, Aren was the BEST- he kept us calm on the day off and was our go to go during the event. He was an amazing at understanding the flow and vibe of our event and adjusting the lights throughout. During setup he helped keep my fiancé calm and provided us with exceptional service throughout the night. Sako and his wife have a lovely venue and their staff is so lovely. Our only downside was on the day of our event it was clear they were really busy with tours and tastings- it left us with a bit of difficulty in setting up and caused us to behind schedule during our set up. Once Aren and Sako's wife (I am sorry I can't recall her name) quickly realized our stress and frustration he stepped in and helped assure us all the tables and clean up would be ready by the time we came back. We had the pleasure to host my daughters 18th birthday at ETAGE. Vova, Serzh and the staff at ETAGE were very accommodating and gracious hosts. All the guests ranted and raved about the food and assortment of appetizers and main courses - "the kabobs were the best they ever had!" The venue is beautiful and private for the full day for you to set up for your special day. They even allowed for us to hold my daughters practices dance dress rehearsals at no charge, which was not only nice but helpful to prepare the kids dances. I called and made an appointment to see this venue since it was in the valley and it looked really nice inside from the pics. The pics didn't disappoint however I'm disappointed because after the tour, they told me they will get in contact with me to get pricing and they never did. So I called and texted and they responded with "would you like to make an appointment". Don't let the outside fool you. The Etage is a very elegant venue. In early February my husband worked with Aren, Lucy, and Mary to plan a family reunion banquet. We discussed food selection, table arrangements, bar tending, music, lighting, security & parking. A few weeks ago on June 21, 2024 we had the most amazing family gathering of 150 members from all over the USA and from Dubai. It was a magical evening where family members connected while savoring on delicious appetizers and a ton of Mediterranean food. The food was unbelievably flavorful. No one left hungry! The lighting created the perfect mood for dining, evening program, and of course dancing. Thanks, Aren for the screen set up where pictures from previous reunion were made into video. Yarik was our mixologist. He was pleasant and made creative drinks. We hired our own DJ and had no issues setting up. Lucy and Mary were present to make sure our event was going well. Our event was super special as we had not had a reunion since 2018 due to covid. The reunion tradition was started in 1986 and is celebrated every 2 years at different cities. We honored our living elders (85 to 99 years old who were able to travel) and had a memorial table for those who passed away since the last reunion. And the young people danced the night away!
