Around the place before a venue. They could even just plant mosquito plants to ward off the pests. The atmosphere is pleasant and the decor has an oriental ambiance with the koi pond and lighting. For the venue I attended the food was great and the table settings were elegant. Overall, a terrific place to book your event provided they do something about the mosquitoes.

I recently celebrated my daughter's baptism at Verdi and I have nothing but positive things to say…read moreabout Verdi Restaurant! It is such an amazing outdoor venue with a beautiful atmosphere, but what truly makes this place stand out is the incredible manager, Karina. Karina is absolutely amazing. Her customer service is truly out of this world, and she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. From the very beginning of the planning process all the way through the event, she was there every step of the way. She was always just a text away, ready to answer my questions, help with anything I needed, and make sure I felt supported and comfortable throughout the entire process. The servers were also amazing and very attentive. Did not mind heating up food for me to eat at the end of the night when I got a chance to sit down. I visited several venues before finding Verdi, and the moment I walked in and was greeted by Karina with so much warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality, I knew I didn't need to look anywhere else. She made me feel so welcomed and confident that I had found the right place. There truly aren't enough words to describe how wonderful Karina is and how much I appreciated everything she did for us. If you're looking for a beautiful venue with an amazing atmosphere and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Verdi. You will not be disappointed!

I've been to plenty of great parties and events and you can't hear loud, thumping music 8 blocks away. This Tarzana location was actually really nice too - it's located along Ventura Blvd (closest cross street is Wilbur Ave.) right after McDonalds and next to Dominos Pizza and right across Lady C's Cafe. The closest fwy for those travelling from another city is Tampa ave. exit. The venue is really pretty, very well maintain, very clean and very aesthetic design and has its own restroom inside. The size of the venue is perfect for intimate parties with a group of 50-60. There was space for buffet table, bar for the drinks, Sushi bar, Photo Booth and DJ booth and a decent dance floor size was setup and it didn't feel like crowded at all. The balloons, table setting, decors etc was also done by great event (separate fee applies on top of the venue rental). I highly recommend this event place if you are planning on your next initimate party! You will love the place, and if you decide to also hire them for organizing and decorating the venue you will surely love it. The owners are very proffesional and really nice. There's also a lot of parking spaces as well as on the side street - from my own personal experience, we didn't have a hard time finding a parking spot and the part was on a Saturday night.

She was wonderful to work with--always responding promptly, sending additional photos whenever I had questions, and offering extra rental items on-site so I didn't have to coordinate with multiple vendors. What you see online is exactly what you get, which I really appreciated. The venue itself is beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The indoor space was perfect for our event, and the kitchen easily accommodated our professional catering team. Everything was clean, organized, and ready for us when we arrived. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 has nothing to do with Teena or the venue itself. My only concern was the surrounding area. While unloading decorations, we were approached by a homeless individual who was shouting nearby, which was a little unsettling. Parking was also somewhat limited, and I found myself worrying about our guests. Having worked in Northridge about 10 years ago, I remember it feeling much different than it does today. That said, this isn't a reflection on Teena or Athena Event Studio. She was an outstanding host, and the venue exceeded my expectations. I simply wanted future guests to be aware of the surrounding neighborhood so they can plan accordingly. I would absolutely recommend Athena Event Studio and would gladly work with Teena again.

Many venues were either fully booked or simply too small to accommodate our needs. Thankfully, we found Queens Banquet Hall. From the very first phone call, we were met with kindness and professionalism. Estela, who answered the phone, was incredibly warm and understanding. After hearing our situation, she didn't hesitate to provide all the information we needed and scheduled a time for us to view the venue the very next day. Once we saw the space, we knew it was the right place. Despite having only one week to plan, Estela went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready and perfect for the day of the event. She showed empathy and care throughout the entire process, always making sure our family felt supported and that the celebration ran smoothly. Queens Banquet Hall provided not only a beautiful setting but also a sense of peace and comfort when we needed it most. A heartfelt thank you to Estela and the team for helping us honor our mother in such a meaningful and memorable way. Estamos profundamente agradecidos.
