Wow, PSA Chuck E Cheese is now officially lost its mind. The last time I was here was several months back. Here is the current state of this place. 60 dollars got me: 1. A rude cashier that when I asked her a question (Gabrielle) said hey I just work here. 2. A medium-size pizza 3. A styrofoam plate for my salad 4. A small drink ( but technically a kids size cup) 5. 48 points to play 6. Had to pay for the playing card!!!!!!! 6. Pick up your own pizza in the kitchen where no one is there to greet you. So basically you're an employee and working for free. I don't know about you but 60 bucks better get me a free playing card, cheerful cashier, better silverware, decent size drink, and pizza. Will Never come back here, for service or food. When and if I come back it would be just to play because of my kids but never for dine-in service and you best believe I will be keeping this card foreva. read more

I didn't have high expectations going in. Was there 5 yrs ago and it was going down hills. But wow it has changed, super clean. They were cleaning the machines when we got there. Staff was super friendly. Pizza was really good. Saw lots of DoorDash and Uber eats orders. Will definitely go again. read more

Food is good because it's made after ordering, not before. Service is good. If you ever bump into an employee, Joshua Nguyen, he is awesome! Ambiance is good, not overcrowded. Parking is a plus because there is so much parking. I prefer this location over the Reseda location. read more

I reserved a kids birthday party here and it was great! my little one loved everything about that night and the staff, especially Giovanni, made everything easy. I personally recommend making a kids party here. read more

Austin has great customer service . He was very polite and friendly. he welcomed the guests and he kept the place clean

Sometimes corporations can nail customer service for birthdays . This location went out of its way to create a last minute birthday, and give my son an AMAZING birthday experience with the energy you see in the commercials. During Covid, my son dreamed about celebrating there, but they were closed. He got the experience he was dreaming of and being 9, it was just perfect! Thank you Chuck E Cheese for the excellent customer experience and fun that kids this age need after the pandemic. Thank you!!!!!!! read more

Came on a Friday mid afternoon and pleasantly surprised it was relatively empty. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only a couple of the games were out of order. We had an issue with one game getting stuck and the employee came to help us quickly then proceeded to adjust a few more games around the area on his way back (i.e. redistributing skee-ball balls, etc). The game area was pretty clean. Bathrooms were clean. They monitor the door and check everyone in and out each time. Would recommend! read more

First of all let me start of by saying that they took one hour to give me my two pizzas and wings. (And when they did my pizza was burnt) When I approached the "food pick up" location there was a very rude employee addressing other customers about their order concerns on how long it was taking. When I asked her how much longer for mine she said "it's taking and hour to 45 minutes", so I said I've been waiting an hour already "how much longer"? And she rudely replied "Just wait it will be out soon". And to my surprise this Nayeli rude girl with the red shit is the ASSISTANT MANAGER!!!! She needs to get back to training because she has no respect yet alone manners on how to speak to customers. NO I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I paid $300 and got yelled at by the rude ass. Manager and burnt pizza. read more

Decided to have a last minute get together with a few friends for my daughters 7 bday yesterday 2/28. I ordered food online a head of time and picked up when we arrived. It wasn't going to be a big thing but the staff went above and beyond to make it special! We were only a party of 8 with no reservations. They brought out chuckee and sang to her! They even were nice enough to cut and serve the cake we brought in. I can't thank this staff enough and the manger for her generosity and kindness. My daughter was so happy and grateful! read more

Place with a good team under the supervision of a high professional level manager, Dominic. They love kids obviously and can assist promptly even if you messed up with the reservation or something else happened. I would say the food there is better than many other pizzerias offer. Not that many places near by are client oriented as this Chuck E. Cheese. read more

Overpriced, dirty, and an absolute joke. The only way to play their games is to purchase a 30-minute pass for $17 and pay another $1 for the card. Their pizza is $20, and it's 10 inches. It tastes like something you buy from the freezer aisle. If my kid's teeth weren't loose before, the catcher's mitt with cheese she ate jarred those teeth loose now. The characters on stage broke several times while we were here. I get understaffed, but it's also clear the staff is underpaid based on their attitude. Even the Chuck E. Cheese mascot was half-assing it during the "dance break." Gameplay goes by quickly for each video game, and it's nearly impossible to gain anything of worth from tickets. A lot of games are broken. The Ticket Counter person was very polite and skirted the rules to get my kid better cheap toys and candy. But overall, it was a total racket. Take your kids elsewhere. read more

Worst experience ever, manager was ridiculously rude. Salad bar was empty for over an hour, pizza took over 40 minutes and we got the wrong order we ordered stuffed crust and did not receive it, to be fair they made us a new one which took another 30 minutes large fries were counted the smallest order of fries. Over all management should have helped out but instead said she's on her break. She had a bad attitude and rude. We go to Chuck E. Cheese frequently but won't be coming back to this location, I hope the manager is getting what she wants. Less business. read more

I came here with my daughter so she can have fun. I spent over 200$. Ordered food, after 1 hour and half I had to physically go to kitchen and ask about my order. I was told to talk to the manager, I asked to speak to the manager 5 times , and waited an additional 25 minutes when her majesty finally came out with sour face and rude attitude without even acknowledging me, when I approached her she was so rude beyond the point, never apologized, never looked at me even, just said " our food takes over an hour to make " . Rude, unprofessional staff as well , on the other note , what do I expect if the manager has no people or customer service skills . Never coming here again , in-fact, will write to their corporate office . read more

This chuck e cheese doesn't have a lot of games options. I hit the jackpot 3 times tonight and 1 out of the 3 times the tickets didn't come out. The machine owed me 55 tickets. My boyfriend called one of the worker to come help us. As she was giving us our tickets she said "you didn't hit jackpot and the machine is working fine." From the kids to my boyfriend were just looking at her as of why would we lie about it??? The ball hit the jackpot box and the machine lit up.... Feeling lucky today maybe I should go get the 800 million Powerball :) read more

Austin has terrible customer service and should be properly trained on how to deal with customers during high traffic times. From the 9 month pregnant woman who was patiently following direction since you only had 1 register open for food & ticket prize counter, you told to go to the back of line even though your co-worker requested that you charge me for a $1.99 lollipop. I will be calling the corporate office to provide further details on your inability to work under high pressure and your displeasing demeanor. read more

I've been coming to Chuck E. Cheese for years. I guess, like most of us who were born in the 80's and now have children of our own. I have long waited for a chain to come and knock them off their feet. Yes, there pricing is much better than Dave n Busters, but still a rip off. So now they have these play cards that you can load for 30-45 mins. Which starts as soon as you swipe your card. Not truly giving you the full time be abuse each game subtracts a minute, even if it only takes you 20 seconds to complete the game. Also loaded minute cards shouldn't be an option on super busy days. Like, when is Chuck E. Cheese not busy. It's only so many things us parents can do. We waited in line for so many machines, that the card ran out way before the allotted time. Sucks ass right! Especially when dealing with small children. They will find any reason to let you know you have messed up as a parent. Only for you to turn around and load more money. It's a freaking money pit. Not to mention they charge you $1.50 for each coil band on the card. They don't even ask you if you want it! When you go up to purchase a card, they automatically charge you the fee. I had an additional 5.00 charge to my receipt for damn coils. Let's talk about the bathrooms. Like what the heck. Nasty nasty hot as mess. This is always. Not just cause they were busy, but because they don't care. Come here and spend a load of cash, however we won't have hand soap, tissue or anything else you need in a restroom to have a sanitary experience! Has to change. The food is the same basic mess it's always been. Pizza is only cool when it's hot. The Salad bar should not be called a salad bar. The only plus is they give you wine and beer. Listen owners of Chuck E. Cheese. Something needs to give. Shape it up for us Parents. But, then again keep slipping. Maybe one day I'll put you out of business. read more

Great place but too many people. They should have a limit of people who can be there. The food wasn't bad kids liked it.

Just spent over 20 dollars on a pepperoni pizza, and pretty sure I have food poisoning. I haven't eaten anything else today besides this - and haven't left the restroom. The pizza tasted like I was eating cardboard. The cheese didn't look fully cooked - and the crust was extremely crunchy. Aka burnt. Pray for me...as I write this review from the toilet seat. And cry in agony because Chuck E and his cheese did me BAD! Real bad! I don't know if I can trust another pizza from here. It was amazing when I was 8 but now being 32 it attacked me like no other. read more

New games and new prizes. Plus it's fun for the whole family. Go online to download digital coupons and save to your apple wallet for easier use. Priscilla is the absolute greatest! We have had some small issues here (pizza was tossed while we were playing, wrong order was given 2ce in the same night, the photo game had no paper, our card reflected the wrong balance), but we still come back, because Priscilla always jumps in with her exceptional customer service with a smile and makes it right. From something as simple as an apology or rushing our pizza so it will come out asap. She is always running around serving food, fixing machines, cleaning tables, etc. and all with a smile on her face. Please promote this girl. She's fantastic. She's like part of the family now everytime we go! read more

So far we have come here for both my nephews birthdays. Given that he's 2, we weren't looking to go all out. This place is perfect for an easy fun small party (bigger parties, too). There were 3 kids, my nephew included and about 10 adults. We had 4 pizzas and 3 orders of wings. The food was fresh, hot and really good. The party package we purchased allowed us time with Chuck E. and a host. I believe we also got tokens. Being a Monday, it was a lot less busy than if we had been there on a weekend too. Until your kid is older and has a different preference, I recommend this place for birthday parties. read more

Terrible service and experience I have to say I expect a packed house when coming here on a Friday especially if we are here for a birthday party but to have a hour to hour and a half to wait for your food is crazy not to mention when they brought kids pizza out they wanted to sing happy Birthday 10 minutes after while kids were still eating is it the parties fault that you ran late with pizza???? Then our cake comes out you cut 6 pieces umm hello we had about 16 sitting there I understand they are adults but I would think paying over 220 dollars just for kids not to mention what adults paid we could at least get 10 more slices cut overall this has to be the worst Chuck E. So I have not been to a Chuck E Cheese in over 10 years till yesterday! I took my son for the first time and he had a blast! I have herd positive and negative about Chuck E Cheese so I was not to sure about the place. but from my personal experience I did not think it was bad at all! It was a Saturday so they were extremely busy. we ordered 4 large pizza and party size wings and everything came out great I really enjoyed it just like the good old days lol it about 30 minutes but understandable they were busy. they only serve you one beer a hour which kind of sucks it should be at least 2 but they serve large glasses. Zero stars to this place! It used to be such a nice and happy place a few years ago! But now it turns in to ghetto zoo!!! First of all you should show proof of vaccinations 5 years old and up , they check it with ID !!! (No joke! Very strict teenagers on the doors!) boooo Musk should wear everyone who is 3 and up!!! No more real tickets, everything goes automatically to the card, kids don't understand what is going on, how many tickets they have etc... Not fun anymore, excitement is gone! All buttons and handles on the machines are sticky and dirty !!! Some machines are broken... Place is dirty and nasty! But, 3 years old must cover their faces! Because this dirty nasty place afraid to get corona from them!!!! The looser behind the counter is pointing to little kids (up to 5 years old) and telling them to put on a mask before they can choose cheap crappy prize. Guys, It so sad!!!! Open your eyes, especially you - workers, manager and owners! What are you doing? Little kids came to have fun and it looks like you fill that privilege over 2 and 3 year old ones, pointing on them and telling them to cover their faces otherwise they can't choose that prize. They are just little kids! And don't really understand all this masks.... that don't even help!!! There was a lady in front of us, who's kid was crying and didn't want to put a mask over his face but she put it anyway with all her strength!!!! because he need that fu...ing toy for the points. Poor kid! It so disappointing and sad! Definitely never coming back, there much more fun and clean places with respectful personnel. read more
