I first met Matt on the floor, where he greeted me warmly and clearly answered my print questions even though he wasn't working in that area. When I was ready to print, he was helping in Copy and Print, which was very busy with multiple customers. At first, I was looking for a female employee to help me, as the medical images I needed to copy could be uncomfortable. When I spoke with Matt about this, he was incredibly kind, professional, and respectful, and I felt genuinely heard and seen. I expected to come back the next day due to the size of my order, but Matt told me it would be ready in five minutes, and it was. While I waited, I watched him help many people with the same level of care, respect, and attention to their time. He truly seems to enjoy helping others. I don't know his political affiliation, and it doesn't matter, I just keep thinking, I want to be around more people like that. I guess he's part of the "treat people with respect" party. It's people like Matt who genuinely make life better. A very valuable experience.

Cox Mobile referred me to this location under insurance. No one else in line, gave the details to the representative, referred to call Asursion- on site did so, THEY have no replacement or cannot fix on site- okay, no problem. THEY do not service Motorola products. Hmmmmmm. After doing the Kiosk stuff and speaking with an Asursion rep, I told the in person rep let's do a replacement then for $29.99, however I sorta need this for work. I noticed a few other customers arrive and politely told the rep to please assist them and I'll patiently wait. The rep continued to ignore me and assist the next 6-7 customers who seemed to all have the same or similar issues except being Apple related. The rep continued to WHISTLE (endlessly) assisting customers and making up fake gestures to them. I waited patiently and so on. After ONE HOUR of being ignored I finally quietly left back to Cox Mobile only to be referred to the Asurion website to FINISH the claim. In turn, " Sorry we're unable to continue your claim, an error occurred while processing your claim." BTW, it was a male, no name badge-never introduced himself-was more worried about making a commission, making stupid -lame comments to the others or WHISTLING the entire time. I see now the ones I let go after me, the rep was ALL about them and completely ignored me. The rep had endless opportunities to take my payment for a replacement and I would've been happy. Amazing how this happens and is accepted. This is by far ONE of the WORST customer services ever, especially NOW. 06/29/26 after 4PM, waited until way after 5PM.

I've brought my Mac in the past to the Orchid and when I learned that I had another issue and could…read morenot troubleshoot it myself I decided to bring it in. They have two locations, one in Chandler and the other in Mesa so I went to my Chandler location on a Saturday morning to see what the recommendation was in order to resolve my iMac which was a "power up" problem. The issue was a common problem that could be resolved, but it required a part that needed to be ordered and that would've taken me out of commission for a couple days. The tech checked over with the Mesa store and they identified having that particular hardware available so I quickly headed over to and spoke with the agent and explain the problem and issues that I was having and he to believe that that may be the root cause. They provided me what the cost and labor of the repair would be upfront and told me that they literally could have it done within the same day. I knew they had limited hours on Saturday but the fact that he said it could take anywhere from an hour to three hours let me know that they were willing to stay behind in order to accommodate me as some of the content that I need it was recently changed within the last 48 hours and not properly backed up (yeah that's my fault) While running a few errands I got a phone call letting me know that was the issue and that repair been completed. I quickly made my way over to for pick up. I'm back home and powering up my computer was no issue and everything is running just as it was previously the other day. One of the things I like about the Orchard is that they do have available equipment and hardware on hand to do the repairs that are needed but they also let you know about other alternatives that could be done if you're looking to upgrade or move in a different direction with your Mac. No pressure sales but informative. If you no longer part of AppleCare and have equipment I highly recommend using The Orchard as your first line of defense as they have been honest and forthcoming and great when it comes to repairs and they do work at a reasonable price for owning a Mac. I bought 18 new water fittings and someone at the shop ruined so many fittings that they had to use all 18 new fittings. I could tell some one use pliers to take the fittings off the old build. This marred the fittings when instead they should have used the supplied wrench with the monsoon fittings. Alex had a very care less attitude about all the fittings getting damaged. Next when I got the system home the computer would not boot. Kept on getting a CPU fan failure message. I called up Steve and Steve did come over *since I did not want Alex showing up*. Steve could not resolve the issue. So my nephew an I had to resolve the issue on our own. It was an absolutely horrible experience with this company. Last night, when I was printing my documents for today, my printer got an error. I researched and tried a few things. (Toner chip error) When nothing worked I emailed Lance. I figured I'd hear back in the morning, but he responded right away. He let me know that my two week old toner was under warranty and that a new one would be delivered today.
