Horrible! They should not have a guy standing outside. Asked the guy to move away from my car and he refused, told him to pls not touch the screen as I wanted to read it and he kept touching it. I don't know what he was choosing and I can't leave because once you pull in you are trapped. He had his phone out which should be against policy who knows if he is trying to take pics of card numbers. Why wouldn't you move if a customer doesn't want your help? I get you are there for those that need the help but I asked him to pls step away and he refused multiple times then started mocking me. read more

DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THE DASH CAR WASHES IN MARICOPA!! After the rebrand my vehicle received damages and they refuse to address the issue. I've gone to the site multiple times to which I've had employees chuckle because they claim they don't know what I'm talking about. I tried getting into contact with manager and district manager and no call back. Reached out to corporate and all they say is that there would be no damages to the vehicle as their equipment is made to protect the vehicles. That the damages were already existent. Being the sole owner to the vehicle and never been in an accident and the part was ripped off by the wash to which the employees only found half because it snapped it in half. They refuse to fix damages. Definitely VERY HIGH at risk of having your car damaged and then given the run around to not accept liability and address the issue. BEWARE!!! Better to wash your car at home. read more

I had to go through that car wash two times just for it to be clean. Also, the second time when I went through there, my mirror molding was pulled off. I just bought this car two days prior to me going to the car wash and no one still has not caught me back about this situation. I am pissed. I don't wanna have to go up there and snap on these folks, but something needs to be done. I'm sick of waiting at this point. read more

Within a week after this business rebranded to Dash, the equipment malfunctioned and caused a deep scratch right down the middle of a new windshield. My wife filled out a claim card alongside another customer in line for the same grievance, and they were told management would reach out to them within 24 hours. Ten days later, we still haven't heard anything. My wife has tried calling them after several days, and Dash neither answers the phone nor returns your call. Horrible business. We immediately cancelled our membership. It's a shame, because we never had issues before this location changed management. I encourage anyone to skip this place unless they are ok with risking damage to their vehicle without recourse. read more

I attempted for over 2 weeks to cancel my membership. but no one had clue one how to get that done. I visited the Dash car wash website and attempted to update my membership and was unable to cancel. I went back and spoke with employees at both Maricopa City AZ locations and they were unable to find my membership via phone number, email, lic plate. I was told I'd just have to keep trying. in the meantime time I attempted to use the was again as I was being charged for it and the employee was unable to properly turn off part of the wash because of my roof rack. so it continued to grab my jeep and hold me back to the point the car behind was literally less than 7 inches off my bumper. this caused me to miss the rince, all the fancy waxes and spot free stuff. so I went through a second time and addressed it was employee inside tunnel and he assured me he had turned everything off that was needed. as I started going through for the 2nd time I saw he had not turned it off and again it kept grabbing the roof rack and holding me back. this time it happened 3 times and the car behind me was so close I could no longer see their hood and it was all windshield. all this again caused me to miss being rinsed off and all the stuff like seals, spot free and tire shine. I then attempted a 3rd time to go through and I was locked out because I was attempting to exceed 2 washes in a day for my unlimited washes. I explained to the employee why I needed to go through again as I pointed to all the soap left on my jeep. he stated there was nothing he could do and I wouldn't be able to go through without paying. they finally allowed me through to use the cut through so I could park. I went inside and explained the situation and was told they couldn't correct their mistakes and errors. I asked to cancel my membership again and told my only option was via Dash car wash website. i explained I've attempted that without succes. I was told gain that was my only option. I left and drove to the other location to explain I needed to go through and get rinsed off. I had been going to both these location for years without issue with my jeep. while waiting in the line to talk with them I decided since the others in line were also canceling their memberships and this young lady know what she was doing and chose to just ask to cancel my membership. she was amazing while canceling my membership she asked why I was canceling and I explained everything. she apologized to me and had my membership cancelled. I have complete video of what happened. I had been paying for the top tier wash and wasn't getting what I was paying for in that membership.... no towels, no wipes and no air fresheners. maricopa had hopes Dash Car wash was going to better. unfortunately aside from lipstick on the pig its actually been worse. read more

I use Fast and Friendly due to the convenient location. The monthly membership is useful. The customer service, however, is non-existant. If you need to contact someone, good luck! Their message and email says they will respond in 3-5 business days but you will not get a response. Last year I wanted to put my membership on hold for a few months. I emailed them several times until they charged me again. When I finally got a response, the manager said they do not put memberships on hold and I would have to cancel each time. So this year we are leaving for the summer and I have followed their online email process of canceling and again NO Response! It says to wait for a confirmation email, but It has been 7 business days and I have filled out the form 3 times. I am fed up with this place! read more

The customer service is fantastic! The man at the kiosk was very friendly and complimentary, an absolute sweetheart and the embodiment of hospitality. I got the basic wash for $9, so that's pretty standard, even in Phoenix when I had a membership elsewhere. You receive an air freshener, and once you're done, there are free vacuums. No towels though, so I'd recommend bringing your own microfiber towels (which I forgot because I traveled recently and cleaned out my car). My only quibble is that the trash needs to be taken out more, but otherwise, it's a quick and easy experience. read more

The car wash does a pretty good job. After purchasing a one month unlimited washes plan, my van is looking very shiny and almost bug free. I would like to give the manager, Alfredo an awesome review! He's very friendly, helpful, and always smiling! He even helped me scrub the dried on bugs off of my van, without hesitation!! He went above and beyond and has great customer service!! Please do not visit this location. They have mat holders at every station made of metal. Barely opened my door which the owner argued and said they saw footage of me opening it slowly at first and continued resulting in damage. So of course they blamed me for doing it. I've never been to any car wash that had metal in the area you open your door. I was so excited for my new car that week and it resulted in pretty bad damage which dented and took a large amount of paint off my car. Not only that it's dangerous metal sticking out. They won't help with any of the cost after I begged them to. Please take your business elsewhere this place damages your car and they won't fix anything. It's 800$ worth of damage if not more. Please see picture of Dangerous area literally next to where you open your door. Someone is going to end up getting seriously hurt or their going to Continue to damage cars and not help to pay to fix them. Please do not come here! Oh & they come on here in the comments asking you to contact them so they can help you to make it look like they'll help you and they ghost you. read more

IMPORTANT DO NOT GO HERE. Their water is hard and will damage the paint on your car and leave spots. System has been broken for months and they haven't bothered to fix it. Most places have quality water softening systems that they maintain well! Go anywhere else, not here. read more

I have been a member here for years at Fast & Friendly. I don't know if new owners just bought it but the last few months it has taken a dive. The vacuum hoses at any given time are broken. The attendants could care less when you let them know. They went from stellar to terrible. Thinking of cancelling my member. read more

If you want to get your car WET then come here. If you want your car WASHED then go somewhere else. I have a white car that clearly shows dirt when it's missed and this place leaves 50% of dirt behind. But nobody here seems to care. I went to the other location but unfortunately it's the same issue. Car wash I had in gilbert area did not have this issue. Also, I was charged $9.99 and $29.99 the same day I subbed up. Machine said $9.99 first month. When I went inside there were 2 people escalated the same issue. Employee said He can't do anything. It's a known issue and they do NOTHING to resolve the issue. read more

I'm done with this location. They got rid of the bug brushes, so you can't clean your bumper or windshield. Manager's Special has gone from $10 to $15 since it opened 2 years ago. The washing tunnel is completely anemic... like all the equipment is running at 30%, so the truck basically gets wet, but not clean. Save your money and hand wash it, or spend more elsewhere and get a properly cleaned car. Very disappointed. read more
