Found this guy on yelp, saw the raving reviews and proceeded to book him via his website for a simple $60 wash/wax. As with most shops in the Phoenix Metro Area (from the mom & pop restaurants down to random car shops), I was anticipating some degree of incompetence. Edwin did not disappoint. He was top-shelf in ineptitude. Original Appointment on 2/1/22 @ 2PM [He rescheduled w/o explanation] New appointment on 2/1/22 @ 3PM [He rescheduled, stating he was far away] New appointment on 2/3/22 @ 1PM [Rescheduled at 1:08pm, stating that he was in the city of Carefree, AZ and was on his way ASAP] New appointment on 2/3/22 @ 3PM [Rescheduled at 4:07pm, stating he was far way but would be there tomorrow SHARP] New appointment on 2/4/22 @ 9AM [I canceled] And if I didn't cancel, I'm sure I would have been going back and forth with this jokester until next week. Do not expect your appointment to be honored. Read the other reviews regarding changing appointment time changes! I had an appointment made several days before and he calls morning of to cancel and change to several days later. He either could have called and changed my appointment sooner or made other scheduling changes in advance knowing he would be in other parts of the valley. I can't stand when companies/people make changes at the last minute knowing full and well people have lives to fit things into their own schedule. this is not how to run a successful business read more

But instead have some great advice with no charge to get my clear coat fixed at a body shop. Very solid price on what you're getting. there was a little bit of a hiccup in timing and scheduling but it was sorted in a timely manner. i did notice however there were tiny little spots that weren't cleaned but not everyone can perfect. I was looking on yelp for somebody who did mobile car detail/wash, and came across Edwin and his terrific reviews. I called him up it was very easy to make an appointment, he came here on a Sunday holiday weekend. I have severe allergies to armor all and most car cleaners. It was so awesome that he listened to me and brought over organic products. He's priced extremely reasonable he does a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him! Edwin was terrific, I bought a car for my son for his 16th birthday. It needed a deep cleaning and was a mess. Edwin is an artist. From the way he conducted business upfront with prompt scheduling, a text alert before arrival and an early morning wash and wax before the sunrise to the level of detail and care he put into the interior cleaning of my wife's heavily used 2014 family van, I couldn't be happier with the results of his hard work - restoring a car with cracker crumbs, husky dog hair, Starbucks wrappers and toddler spills from cross-country trips to the condition it was in shortly after we drove off the lot on the 4th of July a few summers ago all in my driveway. I've only given a handful of Yelp reviews - I save them for the best and with this level of service I'd expect VIP Mobile Auto Spa will turn a lot more customers into satisfied long-term advocates. When I pay for a detail, I expect someone to use water and some form of soap (i.e. carwash soap) to wash the car and then use wax to protect it. What I got was someone using a form of quick detail spray on the entire car. No water, soap, or waxing. He said that there was wax built into the spray. My car was clean when he got there, and the main reason why I wanted this service was for a hand wax job and interior treatment. I have used other places that literally use a clay bar to remove impurities from the paint, and then hand wax the car, this is not what you get from this company. read more
