If that bothers you, just a heads up but my truck was pretty clean to begin with (apart from the sap) so they went ahead and pressure washed it. Afterward they polished and waxed it. It wasn't at the level of a paint correction specialist but for the price I could hardly complain. They even cleaned up the frame rails inside of the wheel wells On god, the car looked like it just rolled off the lot. Well done, Stephan and gang. Not only did they come the same day, they split the job between our work and our home so we could finish our shift. The truck is fabulous clean! Removed the soda, grass and dog hair. Then I moved the dial to power rinse and the vacuum came on so I tried normal rinse and it worked. After I used the normal rinse cycle, the attendant came by and told me that you have to make sure the dial 'clicks' when you turn it to the action you want. Then I had to hand dry my vehicle (luckily I had my own rags). I paid $8.25 for a wash and rinse that a car wash closer to me charges for a wash, rinse, and dry without having to get out of the car and the vacuums are free. I like to support the mom and pop type businesses in my area but when its as expensive as a bigger chain and you're doing the work, it's hard to justify. The attendant was very nice, tho.

The young woman that checked me in was so great explaining the process and answering all my questions. I got the ceramic duck wash and my car came out great! I love the damp rags that are available to wipe the car down after it is washed. The vacuums have great suction. One of the workers came and chatted with us and explained about the membership plans. I did not feel pressured at all to buy in. She also explained how they adjust the top brushes to protect my large roof rack. I will definitely go back again.

warning @!!!! 1. this company provides zero customer service to help with billing issues 2. they…read morewill respond to this by saying how happy they are to help i should just email support. 3. nobody will respond. they did not respond to the credit card company or beter business bureau and attendents at the carwash couldn't help. 4. they overcharged me by $10. trying to take care of this minor error i spent multiple hours. 5. things just got worse. i will have to close my credit card that i've had for 20 years, as they keep trying to bill for the next month even though i said ":cancel my acct" in the many emails i sent. now everyday i get multiple notices from my credit card that a charge was declined because i deleted that virtual credit card. only way to stop that was to delete the underlying card. my best advice is use a diff carwash just in case you might havbe a billing issue. seperately i recently saw a post of a woman that got her antenna ripped out putting a hile in her car. they did not respond to hetr either. so....you may be better off using a car wash that actually responds to customers. response to caitlin business mgr response you neglected to mention the root problem. the $10 overcharge that it was impossible to get taken care of including via the email address you not respond gave that nobody responds to or the bbb and credit card company which you failed to respond to either. i closed my credit card to be rid of your company.

ORIGINAL POST: The washes at this location are GREAT! But trying to cancel the membership plan has been an absolute nightmare. Their membership system cycles to dead-end corners and when you go to the main site to cancel, it has a button to cancel, but leads to another cycle page. It has been super difficult to get in contact with anyone to cancel and has been super frustrating. I won't use them again for this reason--be forewarned if you are considering a membership. I had way way better service and easier communication with Cobblestone, who I'll be going back to. I had switched to Super Star because I thought the location would be more convenient. Cobblestone, I see now, though, is worth the drive.

She basically said she needed it for the subscription because it is cheaper if you wash your car twice a month. I restated I didn't want it. I have never had someone try to slide a sale in like that. Shady sales at best. There are a dozen other car washes around, I will be going to one of them.
