He said "I need your whole bank statements to stop this payment". I explained that's a fraud activity, I work in finance. So I went in person as requested from John, who said this was done. It's not!! If you would like fraud done to your bank account this it the place for you! I've been trying to have this place who does fraud to its customers to STOP pulling from my account. I signed up with a credit card and this place got access to my back account. I've disputed this with my bank & had had cards replaced. It's still not working. This is a terrible service & place to go. I'll never trust this place, or the man named John that shook my hand on good faith!

They had a self spray wash, self vacuum and drive through car wash option. I decided to use the drive through car wash basic that was $8. They started out with a prewash. They pre washed it more than other places I have been to in the past. I preceded to drive through the car wash. They did have two men that dried the cars off. I usually just dry that car myself. I liked that upgrade. I also asked for a vacuum cleaning coin. The coin was for 4 minutes so I suggest you have everything organized before putting the coin in. It came with my $8 car wash. I would give this location 5 stars but the vacuum cleaner suction was very weak. I think it would be a great value if the vacuum cleaners were stronger.

On top of that, none of the trash cans had bags in them, making the entire facility feel neglected and poorly maintained. It's frustrating to be paying for a membership when basic services and amenities aren't even usable. What made the experience worse was seeing an employee focused on selling memberships instead of addressing the obvious issues around the property. The priority should be maintaining the facility and creating a positive experience that actually makes customers want to sign up. Overall, this visit was extremely disappointing and felt like a waste of money. I hope management takes steps to address these issues and improve the quality of service at this location.

When I went inside to address it, I was told cancellations and refunds could not be handled in person and that I needed to go online. Unfortunately, the website was down at the time, so I wasn't able to cancel right away. It has been 8 hours and I still am not able to cancel- the website is still down for "maintenance." I later found out that several of my neighbors have had similar experiences. I would strongly recommend that customers carefully review all options on the payment screen and that the business improve transparency around membership enrollment and cancellation.

This campus is smaller than our Signal Butte location yet familiar. Score today I deducted a star from my rating today for the tunnel entrance employee who was preoccupied with another employee as we were trying to line up on the track. We managed w/o his assistance. My other deduction was for the exit blowers that failed to remove the water from the roof and rear window. Time to make an adjustment.
