Never been to this spot before, but was pretty satisfied with the time I spent cleaning my truck. The Manager in Training was really kind & sweet. I actually hopped on their website and got a WeatherGuard Ceramic Wash, completely free of charge. So i'm pretty happy with how the truck turned out after running it through the bay. The blower dryers are super strong, making it easy to go around and clean up left over droplets. They use quality air guns, and the vacuums work pretty well. This car wash used to be great...! Then it got sold to the people who own and manage it presently. It has noticeably gone downhill in the past year. The real nice rags have disappeared , replaced with much less quality RAGS. Now, it's more often they say "we're out of rags.." I want to start by saying, this is a car wash. How can anything really go wrong. I love coming to the location next to Walmart, the staff is real friendly. The outside stays nice and clean. I did have one problem before with my membership and I brought it to the attention of one of the employees. First thing he put me in the car wash and gave me the area managers name & phone number. To my surprise the manager was very professional and took care of my problem just like he said he would. I'm glad my wife and I get are cars washed here. On 9/13/2025 at apprx 7am (Opening). I came in after a long 10hr drive from the Bay Area (California). My car badly needed a wash, so I paid for the $20 wash like I always do when I'm back home. The machine did not print a receipt, (the middle lane) which means I don't get the discount for my next wash. I personally spoke with staff member Cheryl who witnessed the machine not printing a receipt. She stated to come into the office for my receipt. After drying off my car, I proceeded inside so instead of giving me the proper receipt with the discount, she handed me a duplicate & stated she couldn't do anything else. I asked if she could note it on the back of the receipt for the discount, she refused. This isn't my first issue here, but I decided to give them another chance after a past problem. Unfortunately, the customer service hasn't improved. After this recent experience, (6) cars my family have, I will be taking our business elsewhere to Chandler, they do treat their customers way better. I feel like they took away the benefit I paid for, which is unfair. I went to get my car washed here the other day and it took about 5 minutes just to get into the tunnel and I was the only car in line. The card reader wasn't working so the guy had to swipe my card multiple times and I had to move to a different lane and the card reader still wouldn't work. I eventually used cash and even that kept getting spit back out by the machine. Luckily, the worker was there to help and was apologizing profusely. According to him, this is a reoccurring issue. The actual car wash was decent. Although, it didn't dry my car much at all and there weren't any towels I could use to manually wipe my car dry. I used the free vacuums and they were okay but not strong enough to remove sand I had on my car mats. For this being one of the only car wash places in town, I need them to improve ASAP. read more

Ok, I tried to avoid this review, but I received no response from management via the ultracleanexpress email with two separate attempts a few weeks apart; not including communication with staff three times. About two months ago I was going through the carwash and received this screen message that my membership expired and asked me to renew. There was communication a few months ago that the carwash was going through some maintenance or upgrades and a few accounts may have been deleted by mistake and may require rejoining. I don't recall the exact message. So I thought maybe I was one of those few; so I selected, 'Renew My Membership'. Well, a few days afterwards I noticed I had two charges on separate bank accounts for $29.99 each for my monthly membership. I've been fighting to get reimbursed the overcharge since the first week of July. I still don't know how I got charged on the account I haven't used for several months. The car that I used that account for was sold last year, which is when I canceled membership for that car. Today, I went to get my car washed and I received the same on screen message that my membership expired (which it didn't because I have an automatic payment plan) and wanted me to renew. Screw that! I heard loud thunk as the side rollers pulled away and when I drove out from the car wash, I heard a dragging noise it ripped the rocker arm panel off of the bottom passenger side of my car. I filled out a form for damage and they came back and said oh we're sorry we can't cover it because your car is more than five years old so I guess if you were a car is more than five years old you take your chances big time at this place Their car wash malfunctioned and severely damaged my car and they refuse to even refund the wash. Friendly attendant when I paid , When I pulled up to the actual car wash machine the attendant was rude, yelling and acting like my car was going to break the stupid machine. Went through the car wash and it seemed ok, parked my car to dry it and they don't even give you towels to dry. In chandler l, where I live it's cheaper to go through the wash and they have towels. Something is wrong here. Cars come out dirtier than they went in. Nobody seems to care about the issue or the customer feedback. Their solution is to run your through the tunnel car again. Their billing is also wrong, but employees on-site said they can't help with billing issues. There only reason this still has business is because it's the only one in town. WAIT until the better companies bring better machines into town, then they will try to fix the issue to keep their customers. read more

With all the bugs we get on our windshields and front bumpers, they did away with the brushes and buckets. HOW can we get our windshields clean? I am 70 yrs. old with an SUV, do they want me to come home and get on a ladder to clean my windshield? RIDICULOUS!! Instead of putting up a sign to use brushes at your own risk, they inconvenience everyone else. GO to Riggs and Arizona, they have Windshield brushes, great vacuums, rags and window cleaner so you can also clean your interior for the same price. Website will not allow for communication with Owner/Manager. Stops you at "CAPTCHA" and does not allow you to enter a verification. ADA was blocked for over 1 week excuse was a down vac. my ADA is a right under Federal Law and being a 100% disabled veteran I expect that space to be available. not good at all. my brand new car is scratched from the hood alll the way back to my rear bumper. I asked for corporate and the owners number and was told that they don't have it. that they communicate with them through an app. the scratches are all the way into the primer and 2/3 shops say the paint job to fix it is going to be over 10 grand.
