The restaurant portion is under construction still but there are plenty of food/snack choices available in their store as well as other vehicle accessories like stickers and cables, etc. This location is relatively in line with surrounding gas prices and quite busy, but not too busy as we were able to pull into an open spot without waiting. With must travel stop locations the semi truck entrance is separate and gas located in the back of the building with the automobile gas located in the front. They offer both diesel and regular gas. I did not see any electrical charging stations in the front. This location is located off the highway with easy access to/from highway. I saw open space in the back and towards the side of the building where other drivers let their dogs out to relieve themselves and stretch their legs. All-in-all go check em out!

I called this location and the lady asked if I paid at the pump. I said yes. She said it would be adjusted by my bank in 24 hours. Luckily it was adjusted and luckily I used a credit card as this could overdraft a checking account. I've seen a $.01 or $1 hold but never anything like this.

After reaching N & B on Yelp, I called Yanai and they said they could wash it. They hand washed a 45ft Custom RV Coach and made it looked new. I want to preface by saying that the staff was very congenial. That is why they have two stars…read more I took my vehicle in for an overall inspection. It had an oil leak and the a/c needed Freon. I am an Arizona newbie and wanted to make sure that everything was in tiptop shape. The first bill came in at around $400 and I was ecstatic. But the next day I still had an oil leak and the a/c was marginal at best. I returned to the shop and mentioned that these problems still existed and expressed my disappointment. I reiterated that I wanted a thorough inspection of my 2005 Cadillac De Ville. A different person assessed the vehicle and came up with a new quote. It was. $3k+. I agreed to the repair that included front brakes. $4k later and my engine is idling so rough that it will barely stay running when I start it up. Lucas octane boost has helped a tiny bit. But not enough to clear out the injectors or smooth out the rough idle. I called the shop back and the response was, "Bring it in and we'll give you a cost estimate." Cost estimate?? Are they kidding? $4k should have covered front brakes and a tune up don't you think? Let me conclude by saying my father bought this Caddie brand new and always took brilliant care of it. I inherited it when he passed. It had 56k miles on it when I acquired it a few years ago. I want to take care of it with the same conscientiousness that he did. I've never had such an enormous repair bill in my life and perhaps I could have lived with it if my car ran smoothly. But it doesn't. It's a good thing I can drive a stick because I've had to drive this car slightly pushing the accelerator with my left foot on the brake at red lights just to keep it running. It has always been a lovely, dependable vehicle. I want to hear it running smoothly once again but on a fixed income further financial investment seems crazy and they didn't offer to correct the problem at no charge. In my opinion, $4k should have been enough to cover an inspection, front brakes and a tune up successfully.

One of my first problems arose when I brought my car in for what I thought was an electrical issue due to the car needing jumped even after I had a new battery put in. I already had the battery tested and alternator tested and they tested as both fine PRIOR to taking it there. Charlie assured me the alternator was bad and replaced the alternator and I drove away only to have to car need to be jumped an hour later. I took it back and they informed me the battery terminals were loose and that's what had been causing the problem. So I paid for a new alternator I probably didn't need because they didn't check the battery connection. Second I took my car in for power steering going out and it running a little warm. Not over heating but the temperature gauge was a bit higher than normal. I also asked that he check out the dash board switch for the backlight on the instrument panel. When I picked it up they said they had put a new power steering pump in and replaced some lines etc. he also said the dash would need a new switch and I could bring it back for that. While I was driving off the lot I realized the casing around the instrument panel was cracked and the switch was bent. Likely from them trying to take it off without the proper tools. I didn't make it 30 miles before it overheated and I was going through a gallon of coolant every 4-5 miles. I took it back and they stated they fixed the problem. But a few months later the power steering is completely out again after they said the whole system was replaced and everything looked fine. Mind you think vehicle only has 80,000 miles on it and had been impeccable maintained. I probably should have never gone back but the ease of location and my idiocy at believing it was just a bad coincidence screwed me. Third I took my truck there after it was in a small wreck cosmetic damage but it was drivable. Never had trouble starting it took me a few months to get it in because of $$$ during that time it never had a problem being driven. I asked them to check it over and tell me what all the mechanical damage was from the accident not the cosmetic. He was nice enough to take the damaged bumper off for me. They informed me that I needed new ball joints and struts on the front end. After paying the $1200+ bill I was informed that the truck has suddenly started stalling out when started. Mind you I drove the truck there and had been consistently starting it and it had never done anything like that. At that moment I realized I needed to just get my truck out of there. So now the truck that just needed cosmetic fixing does not start and stay started. Lastly after less than 6 months the car the had the whole power steering and cooling system replaced has no power steering and gets warm when it idles. So save yourself time aggravation and money and go somewhere else.
