I was immediately greeted by a gal at the counter, she had a very warm and welcoming smile. I ordered the number 9 meal, a Taco, Cheese Enchilada, Rice and Beans, and a large lemonade. The meals are served on a tray with a disposable plate that has three sections. You are given plenty of napkins, a disposable spoon and fork. Servings are very gracious and the food is nice and hot. Rilu-B's is at the corner of Punal and Cottonwood, which is a pretty busy intersection, there are entrances on both streets, so that makes for very easy access. Kudos to the staff and the shift leader, Nicholas, if I remember correctly. There are many reasons people protest and boycott CFA. The service, food taste and quality are not included.
