I was using the self-checkout, and the supervisor came over because I was purchasing 4 alcoholic beverages. She asked me for my ID (I'm 58) and I provided it without saying a word (I get it, that's how it is in today's world). Then she asked for my wife's ID (she's 47), but my wife didn't have her ID with her. The supervisor stated it is company policy to ask for both people's ID. Really? I don't think so!! There's also an area for fountain drinks if you're looking to quench your thirst. This is a great place to stop and support a true local business.
