Pretty standard gas station. As with any gas station around the world these days, prices could be a bit lower. But it's clean, it's right off the interstate and has a good store attached for all your quick travel snacks and needs. Quality is decent. Services provided are what you'd expect from any gas station really. It's always hard to review gas stations because there's nothing like surprising to report - they serve gas. And snacks. WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AT THE GAS PUMP. I just filled up and the pump said $2.47/gallon (great deal right?). When i got my receipt they had charged $2.79/gallon. I went inside to tell the cashier and she and the manager said I had selected an upgraded fuel, which I did NOT. The prices for this gas station deserve 5 stars! I haven't seen gas under $3 in quite some time. The rest of the gas station here is a zero star! The pumps are disgusting with layers of filth and grime all over the handles and screen. The building itself where the mini mart is and where you pay inside is very rundown. The glass case for the fire extinguisher out by the pumps was broken and graffiti was everywhere! read more

IF I COULD PUT NO STARS I WOULD!! AVOID!! Pulled up to this gas station as I was almost out of gas. Walk up to the door and there's a hand written sign that says not open til 4:20 and the door is TIED SHUT with a trash bag!! Ummm ok?? I wait til 4:20, the 4:22, it's cold out here. So I finally knock on the door. The lady thats working finally comes over all huffy and opens the door saying very rudely " the sign says not open til 4:20" I said ok and it's 4.22 and she comes back even ruder " ok well I can't do anything until I can clock in on my register at 4:20". I was like ummm but it's past 4:20, it's 4:22. " Well my register says it's only 4:09 and I have to go off of it". As she's literally running around trying to clean like she hasn't been doing anything all day and her boss is fixing to show up. When I set the money on the counter and said I need 30 on pump 5 she said well you can take your money and get out because my computer doesn't open til 4:20 learn how to read". Like excuse me?!?!? YOURE OPEN 24 HOURS!! AND you lock the doors on your customers and are rude AF??? Such terrible service don't go here if you have cash! Screw you lady! read more

Horrible experience... They charged higher prices for their subpar gasoline. Cash only, should be the motto here. If you use plastic they'll charge you additional fees. The building, restroom, drinks and food are soooo outdated. This place is no competition for the numerous service stations on this street. Staff treat you like they have better things to do. No customer service given here. We left here & went right across the street where Circle K made us feel like welcomed and appreciated customers! We dont recommend wasting your time or money by stopping here, just keep going elsewhere. read more

It was a horrible experience. The card readers on the pumps do not work. And the attendant was pretty dumb, was slow and didn't understand that I just wanted $50 in gas. I'm sure there are many better options off this exit in Cassa grande. read more

This was so disappointing. We were in Casa Grand because my fiancee had a show for a local charity. The show was an all nighter. So, the only place to grab a small bite to eat was at this AmPm. So, when we walked in we wasn't greeted. Next, I head for the bathrooms and they just haven't been taken care of, all it would take is wiping everything down and they would be acceptable (see pictures attached) . Next, we start looking for snacks the shelfs were a mess (see picture) and the condiment bar only had one serving device for about 15 products (see pictures). When we initially checked out the guy was short and didn't say thank you or have a nice night. We went out and had a seat in the out door seating which was clean well lit. I decided to go back in and get one more item and a customer was waiting at the service desk and the two service people in the back and the older one was cursing like a man meeting the in laws. She finally yelled you have customers; the older gentleman came back he didn't say anything to either one of us. All he gave us was total and no" thank you, come again" or anything. I was very disappointed with the service here. I hate giving 1 star, so I'm going to return when I'm back in town. I want too see if this was just a rouge team member or just a poorly run store. read more

As horrible as most AMPMs are, this one cuts the cake. I've been to this location plenty of times, but recently their service has gone down the drain, their machinery never works, their staff is always not taking car of customers, and wait times are terrible. I'd rather pay a few cents more and get gas elsewhere. These are two of the reasons I wrote this review and also the reason why I walked away from the cashier line and drove across the street for gas: 1) I can't ever use my debit/credit card outside. The new system they're trying to roll out where you can pay at the pump is terrible. They work or they don't. For me, they don't. My cards are always declined or a message prompts me to "see cashier" though my accounts have way more than enough money for a couple of dozen tank fill-ups. 2) when I am forced to go inside and their machines continue to have his issue you'd think they staff the place to handle the volume of people they see. NOPE! There's always a line of 10+ people: some buying products inside and some just wanting to pay for gas. read more

Place is as stated in another comment packed,day or night,most of what I see is passer bys...the fuel is cheaper priced and I have noticed that my mpg goes down Abit when fuel used here compared to Love's...I think it's the additives in it really.as for food or drinks I haven't bought any here I go to circle k...lol....if your in a rush don't go here,if you got time then this fits. read more

This place was swamped today at 12:45 pm. They were getting a gas truck delivery and had two employees at the counter I saw. I was purchasing two packs of cigarettes and was .07 cents short. I told Holly I had the .07 cents in the car I would get It and be right back. I returned in no more than 10 secs. with the .07 cents and Holly said I had to wait to complete my transaction. I said sure. She waited on the gentleman and he left. Then she took the next person in line, with my money and cigarettes on the counter and me standing there with .07 cents in my had to complete the transaction. (Yes the other cashier was also waiting on customers.) Holly then proceeded to wait on the third customer in line with my money and cigarettes still on the counter. The customer couldn't get the pump to work so Holly told her through the window to restart the pump by putting the nozzle back and then to remove it. She at this time was taking the next person in line. I then stepped up slid the cigarettes toward Holly and said as I picked up my money I didn't want them. Then of course she was all of a sudden ready to complete the transaction, which consisted of her taking the .07 pennies to complete the sale of $12.37 which she lost because she was to upset by the rush to take the .07 pennies to finalize the sale. I realize they were busy and they were getting a fuel delivery. But that is no reason to loose a sale because you are to frustrated to finish a sale of $12.37 by being unable to accept .07 pennies. I called immediately and asked to speak to the manager. I was told the manager was at lunch and would be back in one hour. That was at 11:57 am. I said "thank you". and hung up. Moral of the. Story is.... " If you can't handle a rush and wait on the customers you don't need to be running a cash register. During a rush is not the time for management to go to lunch if the staff can't handle the customers. And yes I have worked many years in this type of business as a manager. read more
