Typical. Relatively clean. Didn't need to see the cashier but she looked bored as all get out. The pumps worked as expected. No problems.

I don't wanna be a Karen, but I'm genuinely pissed. Bruh I tried to get gas using my points. The credit card I have doesn't work at the pump so I had to go to the cashier, Brian. First he said he couldn't check my rewards without a transaction. Then, I calculated how much gas I needed with the rewards I KNEW I HAD. The attendant here said I didn't have any. Wouldn't apply it. Used my debit card on the pump... would you look at that I had $0.30 off a gallon. I had to pay an extra $13.38 for literally just the incompetence of a cashier, or whoever trained him. I genuinely hope this is a system error because I don't like blaming customer service workers, but Jesus Christ. I don't wanna have to put in an extra $13 in my budget. I'd recommend this place if they can fix this. Don't fire Brian, make him do better. The minimum wage here is $13.85, I doubt they pay him more. Be better, Fry's. read more

Whatever genius you guys have working today 7:05 Monday 11/6/23 saw me and 3 other people behind me in line and said he'd be right there to help as he proceeded to clean 2 gas pump stations and make us wait for like 5 minutes... I have a job to get to I don't want to stand and watch you clean a pump that you could do after you tend to customers. Terrible service read more

Update: This was seriously uncalled for. I am unsure how to go about speaking to management at this facility. First off, I am someone's daughter, mother, sister and wife. I do not care how bad of a day your having at work! It is just that, your place of business, a place you don't bring your prejudices to, you personal matters or any other bullshit you're dealing with. It is a place, depending on the type of business you're in (this job seems to have customer service written all over it) you do not bring the things with you and let them affect how you conduct business. I think it's insane to think that you have to only have a credit card to purchase gas! First off this location states nothing of the sort! I had cash and plenty of it. I was in a hurry to the emergency room due to one of the two rare diseases I have acting up. Needless to say, I was in a great deal of agony but still somehow, as the goddam customer whom is always supposed to be right anyway, found the will to bring a smile to my face as I reached into my coin purse to find the correct $ bill to pay to put some gas in my vehicle. I had not planned on the days events leading me to the emergency room, in which I as admitted into the hospital for close observation due to sickness until they ca n get my levels adjusted enough for me to go home. When I got into my car and started to the emergency room, I noticed the gas light was on and the mileage I had remaining until zero, I was at 3 miles. I figured it might not be exact so I pushed it past the 3 mile point but then worry kick in as I saw this Fry's gas station and decided it best to stop and get at least $5 worth of gas to make it to the hospital, from there someone would take my car and gas it completely. I just needed enough to make it the emergency room and as quickly as I possibly could. The pain I experience at my worst times is something I wouldn't even wish upon this evil hearted woman! Not to mention the vomiting I experience as it is happening. So I was unbelievably nauseous to say the least. Again, still trying to respect that others may have it worse off than me?! As I had pulled up, I remembered I did not bring a debit or credit card, just cash. So I purposely picked the gas pump #2 that is right by the window to pay. Didn't want to have to try and walk very far and then have to walk back to a further pump as inside I was sure what I was feeling was what a slow agonizing death feels like. I jump out of my vehicle and take like 4 steps and I was at the cashier window where inside was a young girl, maybe 20's if that, with a beautiful blueish teal hair, pale complexion and I believe piercings in her face. I smiled at the girl at the same time I went to fumble around my coin purse for the direct bill. Next I hear a ladies voice, I had noticed before exiting my car the older curly brunette haired woman, in her bright pink vest, doing something with the outside things they sale. As I kept shifting through all the bills just looking for the goddamn $5 I had looked up to say tell the young blue haired girl, $5 on pump 2 but she was gone. So I looked to my left where Mrs. bitch face was and she refused to look at me directly or talk to me directly, so I said, excuse me? In a soft friendly tone, not expecting what took place next. She just shouted at me, "I said WE ARE CLOSED!" As I look around to a fully packed service station! "I'm, sorry, I needed gas." Is what I replied with. She yelled at me as she continued shutting down the sales displays, "WE CLOSE AT 6:00 NOW" Wow! I just looked at the back of her ugly head..... tears welled up in my eyes.... vomit began to rise in my through and I began sweating uncontrollably. "Awesome! You completely fucked me! Is all I could say and got in my car and screamed much worse things. I looked at the clock on my cell phone It was 5:48 when I got back in my car after her yelling at me they were closed. Wow! I drove off and had to pull over shortly thereafter to vomit. I cried as I sat on the side of the road puking and wondering why in the world they couldn't just let me get $5 in gas to make it the hospital safely???? Why??? Instead, I ran out of gas and while I was waiting for AAA I had a really bad seizure because I was unable to make it to the emergency room in time. Just hope someone talks to this lady and let's her know that's not a good way treat others when you're the one who choose your stupid job. Maybe she should not be working with or around people if her attitude is that bad towards other human begins. The world doesn't revolve around you needing to get home early because you had a bad day.
