I was like wtf so I said "how's it going" and he said he needed to see ID. Ok so first off I'm 27 and a. Dude with a bunch of tattoos and a beard don't think i look 20. But even if thats the case ask for my ID. Why are you just staring like a weirdo. Awkward as hell. Then today I go in there, I walk in and without glancing at the register I stop at the front to look at some lemonades I had never seen before and decide I wanted a Powerade so I head to back and this dude b lines it back there , he's wearing regular clothes so I thought he was a customer at first, he is pretending to look at alcohol, it really just seemed like I was planning on stealing and was watching me how he came to the very back of the store and was just fiddling with stuff. Which I'm not sure why he'd assume that. Anyway i grab my drink and have to go up front and I'm looking around trying to see where the person working is. He walks up from behind me and is talking to me in some condescending tone like he prevented me from stealing or something. We signed up at another Cobblestone nearby, and I've loved being able to visit any Cobblestone location to get my car cleaned whenever I want! This Cobblestone Auto Spa location is hot and new. I believe it opened just a few months ago and is even closer to us, so I've been going to this location instead of the other one, and I like it a lot more! Not only is it shiny and new, but the staff is pleasant, my car looks great every time, and the towels are always stocked. Plus, this location has almost double the vacuum bays compared to the other one, and it's less crowded. And did I mention how much closer it is to us? I haven't seen anyone getting their car detailed yet, just the self-serve, so I'm not sure if they have that option. But as soon as they do, I'm definitely trying it!

However, I must admit if you already plan to wash your car at least twice a month at one of these spots, it's worth it to just get a membership. Swung by this brand new location today after dropping my son off at daycare and I must admit, I LIKE it way more than the location in Chandler. More spacious and easy to drive into. It's also convenient that it's next door to the QT gas station. Their vacuum and wipe stations are so nice and the suction power of the vacuums are top notch here. My car feels brand new!

Cars lined up behind me and then backed up to leave. Looks like the employees were inside the car wash with a broom and trying to get something from ceiling. I just decided to follow suite and backed up to go vacuum my car. My car actually wasn't too dirty, I just cleaned a few sticky spots from the kids and called it a day. Amenities (4/5): they have your standard cleaning tools (vacuums, air tool and towels). Some other locations offer dash wipes which would be nice. Luckily there was a car in the bay before me so I got to watch how this one worked. The entire machines moves from the front to the back of the car. You can see in the video that the soap was dispensing unevenly. The middle spinner on top wasn't spraying any water out of 3 of the 4 arms (not sure what to call it). Not sure if any on the right side weren't fully spraying water. Left side seemed to be working fine. I chose the Deluxe Wash $12. The dryers seemed powerful but I still had soap on my right side mirror when I left. I do like that this machine gets the wheels a bit cleaner than the other place but I never drive off with soap still on my car at the other one. Pros and cons to each place I guess. The only way to get your car 100% completely clean is to have someone detail or hand wash it yourself. It's way too hot during summer for that though. This will suffice if you're just needing a quick rinse.
