The samples today were so delicious and I was excited to try a bunch of new foods that I haven't tried before, like the Magnum Dubai chocolate ice cream bars. They were fantastic! My experience here today was mostly amazing except I noticed there are more sales people on the end of aisles then there were before. I was hoping Sam's wouldn't become like their competitor who has sales people all over the place and when exiting. I hope it doesn't become that because it makes the experience more stressful IMO.

You walk in through the right door and you're met with an experience that was less grocery store feeling and more of a clothing/home goods store experience. While I couldn't find a couple of exclusive items I came in for, I did leave with the watermelon I was needing. The store was very well maintained and felt like a more elevated experience than regular Fry's stores in my area. The employees were also helpful and friendly as well which made the experience extra special.

I stopped in to grab some sparklers for a Fourth of July barbecue, and the employee who came over to check my ID was friendly and joked around enough to make me feel like I wasn't 40 years old, which gave me a laugh. One thing I really like about this location is that it feels like the opposite of Walmart. The focus is definitely on groceries, but they still have a great selection of other items. They had outdoor patio furniture, clothing, games, tons of candy and drinks, and plenty of home goods without taking away from the grocery selection. Overall, this is a great Fry's. It's clean, well organized, has just about everything you could need, and is an easy place to end up buying a few more things than you planned. I'd definitely come back.

I have lived in this town my entire life, back when it was mostly farmland, no streetlights, and…read morestop signs, and I have been shopping at this Fry's since it opened. For years, I've brought my elderly dog with me, who simply sits quietly in the cart. She does not bark, get up, bother customers, or cause any issues. She basically just lays there. Over the past 3-5 years, as the town has grown rapidly, this store has gone downhill fast. What used to feel like a normal, small town grocery trip now feels chaotic and stressful every single time. The store is always packed, customers are constantly cutting people off, not paying attention to where they're walking, and acting rude or disrespectful. Shopping here has become an awful experience. Today, after years of bringing my elderly dog in without a single issue, I was stopped immediately upon entrance and told to leave. I understand stores have policies they have to follow, but the way it happened felt cold and frustrating, especially after being a loyal customer for so long. This town used to have a more rural, neighborly feel, and this Fry's used to reflect that. Unfortunately, it no longer does. I'm extremely disappointed with how much this location has changed and how unpleasant shopping here has become.
