Came in for a quick drink and snack after filling up my car. Ended up grabbing more snacks than I planned but that's never a bad thing right? I appreciated the fully stocked shelves which made finding all my assortment of goodies so much easier. Took my 4 young kids in for Saturday slushies. When I got in there (not surprisingly) they didn't have any small cups or lids. I grabbed 4 plastic cups and lids from the coffee area. We filled them with the 1 of the 8 flavors, as only one flavor was actually working. We proceeded to the self checkout. That didn't seem to be working so we jumped in line. When we got up front the 4 slushies totaled $18. I shook my head and said "that can't be right". They rang them up and said it would be $9. I still said "that can't be right". They told me since they were coffee cups they were $2 each. I asked if they'd just charge the price for slushies and they refused. Their solution? Throw away our slushies, grab medium foam cups and go get medium slushies. Then it would be around $4.50. My head almost exploded. They'd rather throw those cups away and the product (lose out on the cost of the cups) than just charge me the right price. WOW!!! I walked over to get lottery tickets this morning. Didn't bring my drivers license. I'm obviously over 60 and they wouldn't let me buy them. I've never had to give ID ever! The kiosk at grocery stores don't ask for ID. You need an ID to cash them obviously. They don't even ask for my ID for alcohol any more. I know it's not the clerks fault but people don't use common sense anymore! read more

This location has extremely rude customer service their equipment declined all transactions and they are only excepting cash refusing all other forms of payments which is against the law employees are very disrespectful not telling anyone that the machines are down while there is a huge line going out the door and don't have any signs up thanks for wasting time!!! read more

Rude employees and one of the employees raised her voice for me to leave even after I told her I was paying for a drink. All the drinks are watered down and taste not like soda. Instead of asking what the issue was she assumed I was wasting soda and not paying but I still payed for a drink I didn't want and insisted I would pay for two but she just got angry. 4 years ago this was your typical Circle K and was well kept up. Now, ICK. Dirty and gross. Parking lot is always full of trash. It's not being kept up at all. Employees are incredibly rude and impatient. No drinks or ice because of COVID....INSANE. read more

Always dirty, don't usually have all cups sizes, slushy machines are always broken, not all ice machines are working. I still went there for gas but never will again because we went in the store to grab a snack and forgot a mask. An employee was already on the phone, calling the cops on two other people that were in the store without face masks and wanted them removed from her store...REALLY!! There's a Safeway or QT gas station within a couple of miles. Avoid this Circle K and go to QT or Safeway close by. If Covid-19 scares you that much, then stay home... read more

I have been shopping at this location since it was built because I live close by and near my commercial location we buy all of fuel for company trucks at this location. Now everybody is forced to use self check out which sometime to buy items that only a couple of dollars I do not want to use my debt card for small transactions I use cash and the self checkout has no cash. I have informed all of my employees to fill up company trucks at the qt up the street just spent my last $7.50 at circle k. At least at qt the are friendly at the counter and they take cash! Visited and saw they had a variety of rolling tobacco. "Hey, that stuff kills people! Give me 4 of the cheapest ones, please." He didn't laugh but he did check my ID and sell them to me. It would have been nice, or even courteous, of him to laugh. Maybe the last customer had a better joke for him so mine wasn't funny by comparison? But come on, laughing is free. Tobacco isn't, though. I had to pay for it. I bought it here. I used cash, a $5 and a $1. I got some change. Would shop here again after working on my jokes at other shops first. read more

Pump printer didn't work so after I paid for gas and car wash, I had to wake up my sleeping baby to go inside to wait in line to get code for wash I already paid for. Probably should have just wasted the money. Especially irritating bc the cashier told the owner earlier that it was broken. Need to warn customers if the printer doesn't work and there is no option to get code on screen..you HAVE to go inside and get in line. I realize not everyone has a sleeping baby, but many people are in a hurry. If they can't warn you before when the printer is not working, they need to give you the option to get the code on the screen. read more

Place was very clean however the cashier wasn't very pleasant. The moment me and a friend enter the building she gave a very deep sigh was not very excited to see the us. I shrugged it off, maybe she was having a rough night, and then got our sodas. Once we left I forgot to get some gas, I walked back in apologized. Friendly staff, all around good service. Unlike a lot of gas stations that sell fountain sodas, this one is actually kept clean. Only down side of this location is that it gets busy and there aren't enough employees on at one time, so you end up waiting awhile to check out. read more
