I waited over 20 minutes and watched probably over 10 cars go through the drive-through and got their food before I got mine. Not sure if they had us wait to hide their wait times. But when having screaming kids in the car, that's the reason why I ordered ahead of time. When I went through the drive-thru, I asked for Arby's sauce and when the food finally came out, I got none. The employee had to go back in and get some. I double-checked my order and realized they missed several items. I was missing my apple turnover and one of my peach cobbler rolls. I ended up having to get out of my car anyways to go back inside to get my missing items. When I was finally able to sit down and eat dinner the Frys were cold and felt like they'd been sitting. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Having to wait a long time. Getting sent to the front to park for 20 minutes. Watching cars bypass me while I've been waiting. Forgetting several items. Me having to get out of my vehicle anyways for their mistakes of missing items. And then cold food.
