When picking…read moreup prescriptions I am never given all that are due to me and the pharmacist names DJ just flat out says there isn't any for me. I asked again and he pushed me to another person who found it. This happens frequently with this gentleman. Today's antics- I called to let them know my doctor didn't want one of the prescriptions filled- to save them work. Twice someone came on and immediately said ' hold please' and 3 times they put me through to on hold again without a person even answering! I hung up- 10 minutes on a hold status is ridiculous when I was trying to save them work of having to put the drug back. I'm mapping out other Walgreens nearby to change from this horribly unfriendly location and only use Walgreens because my company uses them. It just seems they are overworked and the pharmacist is just plain rude. If you hate your job so much - move on cause no one should have to deal with this type of behavior. Fingers crossed that other Walgreens are kind to their customers and also give them all of their prescriptions.

My prescriptions were sent in prior to 10 AM today. I followed up at 1:13 pm. The young lady at the drive up window said they were ready. I asked when they would be. She said come back around 2-2:30 as they were taking their lunch at 1:30. I gave notice that I had a different insurance. She asked if I wanted to update it then or when I come back. There were additional cars behind me, considering they were heading for lunch shortly I told her we could update when I came back as I was trying to be mindful of the additional customers as well as the staff. Fast forward to 3:20 this afternoon. My prescriptions STILL were not ready. I asked why and she said because my insurance denied it. Mind you, I previously told them I had new insurance. They did not call me to give notice that (the old) insurance denied my script(s). I asked how long it was going to take this time around. The same young lady said either later this evening or tomorrow morning. By this point, I am BEYOND UPSET. I proceed to ask for them to transfer my prescriptions to Walmart and explain that this is the exact reason I never fill my prescriptions at this Walgreens. There was a blonde pharmacy technician that then takes over the phone from the brunette and begins speaking over me. Telling me I'm going to have to call Walmart and have Walmart call Walgreens for the transfer. She then finishes with do you want your prescriptions or not. If you know ANYTHING about customer service, this is not it. I contacted my doctor and ha the scripts transferred. Guess who had them ready within 23 minutes of transfer. WALMART. Walgreens. Do. Better. Teach your techs better customer service. At the end of the day your customers are what make your paycheck possible. Don't forget that. Big or small businesses always start with one customer. A happy customer tells no one. An unhappy customer tells 10. Walgreens may be a large corporation. But it doesn't take much to extend an olive branch.

While I cannot speak to the full situation, I believe it's important for all workplaces to foster a respectful, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere for both employees and customers. Positive leadership and fair treatment can make a meaningful difference in the overall experience. Although some prices in the store felt higher than expected, I was able to find a great deal on a snack item during my visit, which I appreciated. I did not receive the $10 back and all she could say is i don't know so i returned everything. I went back to the isle which she came down to help another customer. I asked her again why i didn't get it and she checked the codes and they had miss labeled one as part of the special which it wasn't. So i grabbed 3 more but now it shows my coupons as used which i returned because of their miss labeling. She would not over ride it which i know she can do because this has happened at the store before. If CVS does not want to honor their coupons and it bothers their employees they should not have them.

The store its self is really dirty, really dirty, the soda area looks like 10 5yr old kids just ran through it like it was a free for all sugar rush. The hotdogs, ew. (Just to be clear the one on the corner of Price Rd and Queen Creek.) I grabbed 6 "tall boy" beers and went to the cash register. I saw no employees so I stood there and waited for at least a minute. Out of nowhere an employee just popped up from behind the counter. Almost like she was hiding, not working. It sounded like she was talking on her bluetooth earpiece. She walked up, scanned the beers, waited until the payment from my card went thru, ( which was painfully slow) and then even slower proceeded to grab the smallest plastic bag I've seen at Circle K. This entire time she did not say a single word to me. Looking back I wish she had kept it that way. At this point, yes I was slightly irritated while she slowly put the beers in the tiny bag. She finally got done and just stood there waiting for me to reach to her side of the counter and get the bag. I must have had a look on my face that was a mixture of annoyance and confusion that she thought that little bag was going to be able to hold that amount of weight. I said "Umm could you double bag that?" So even more slowly she starts and I heard her say, "Why you gotta look at me like that?" I said, "I'm sorry, what?" She replied, "Most people are happy with one bag or they just ask for a second one, so why you gotta look at me like that?" I said nothing until she finally got done, I grabbed the bags and as I started to leave I said, "Maybe it's because you've been incredibly rude this entire time." I could hear her audibly huffing as I walked out. I really wish I had taken the opportunity to read her name tag during the sloth like transaction but sadly I didn't. So all I can do now is warn others and hope that one day her boss realizes that this woman should NEVER be in a job where you have to deal with the public.
