Oh man...this location has cancers for employees, actually only 2, and the others are great...but the bigger white male that works the early a.m. shift is the one that constantly closes the store down for much longer than a bathroom break. Last night he shut down for at least 35 minutes, but when he came back I purchased something for $4.06, I gave him a $5 bill and said I was running to my car to get 0.06 cents, becuz I didn't want 94 cents of change, but the clearly annoyed employee decided to give me 100 cents instead of the 1 dollar bill I obviously preferred and went out of my way for. And just to be a jerk, he chose to be difficult and it just goes to show the horrible employee this guy is. I guess my next purchase with him, I'll be paying in small change...if he wants to be petty, I'll play. So 80% of the soda fountain are out of order. The food rollers had old items. Place is clean despite having only one employee. There systems at the register were down. They didn't have any XXL cups. It's a nice location but they should concentrate on the items they advertise drinks and snacks. They have a competition down the street with all drinks and roller items available. read more

while i try to appreciate the location and friendliness of some of the employees, other employees have ruined that experience for me. tonight i went to get gas and paid inside, and one (male) employee leaned on the register i was using. he told me to be safe outside (common for cashiers to say, and i appreciate that) and then repeated about 3-4x that he really liked me eyes, saying it louder when i walked away. as a young woman, i know that that could be a genuine compliment, but to me it didnt seem pure. not to mention that almost every time i come in, the entire half of the store by the soda machines are sticky and have cups laying all over, and usually not lids for at least one drink size. read more

This place doesn't even warrant a star. The cashiers working here are clueless or need to be trained on the lottery machine. My daughter told me that they told her, that power ball numbers had to be filled out on the form or they couldn't select their own numbers. That is completely false. I sold lottery tickets on the lottery machine daily, and even selected customers numbers for them on the machine if they didn't use the form. Why inconvenience your customers by telling them they have to use the form in order to select their numbers. That is pure and utter nonsense. Learn to use your lottery machine people!!! read more

The lady at the front today didn't even greet me when I walked in and then when I checked out didn't even say she could help me just looked at me. I went in to grab my 50 year old step dad a tobacco product when I asked for the specific product she looked me up and down and asked if it was for me. I had my ID already out and ready as I am 24 and she refused to sell me the product because it was for my 50 year old step dad. The question of is it for me shouldn't have even been asked considering I had my ID and was of age and it's only illegal to sell to minors not people of age. New location. Five stars. Closest Circle K to the college. I think they needed this.

This used to be a great clean store. But now it is a dump. Cups and lids are always empty, garbage all over the floor. Floor is sticky or wet all the time. If something is empty you have to wait in line to tell a clerk and then wait some more to see if they will fix it. The charter school across the street uses this store as a pick up spot, so after school hours the place is swarming with rude school age kids blocking the soors, running around in the parking lot. When in to fill up my car. When I requested for an air service, attendant gave me the look. He wants to charge me a dollar . Went to the next frys gas station next block. Attendant gladly helped me with the air service for free even without buying gas Never went back to circle K . Frys is now my favorite gas station. Me and my family spend about $150 a week for gas. read more

This place is awesome. I never have to wait to fill up the gas and there's a huge convenience store that has everything except decent air freshener. There's always a line at this store and the bathrooms are very clean. I always make it a point to stop by when I'm in town every year. read more

Cashiers are always so nice and friendly! But today the lady on the left cashier was so rude to everyone, I over heard her making a sarcastic rude remark loudly to another costumer as I walked in and all I could think was "wow! She must really hate her job". When I got up to the Cash Register I said "hi" with no response from her. Then she was extremely abrupt with me for absolutely no reason and when my transaction was completed I said "thank you" with a smile, she did not say anything in return. I will drive the extra mile to go to QuickTrip, at least I know they will acknowledge me with a Hello and Good Bye. read more

This has been my go-to gas station for 10 years, that is until recently. Usually I am greeted with a respectful, upbeat staff but my last few visits haven't been as pleasant. The night guy always has a bad, non approachable attitude and always gives me trouble with buying tobacco products. Yes I may look young but I assure you I am 21 years of age and always present my ID immediately and he has actually accused me of giving him a fake ID and proceeded to tell me I look 16... This used to be a good a circle k, especially the old night staff. Went in and went to counter and my fiancé asked for two packs of cigarettes and the rude gentleman rolled his eyes as he had to walk two feet away to grab them. When he came back he pointed at me and said I need to see her ID and that's that. I would have no issue furnishing my proof of 30! However he was down right arrogant, rude and disrespectful. If you hate your job get a new one. I politely responded you don't have to be so rude and told my fiancé we would take our business elsewhere. Both of the Circle K locations on Gilbert/Pecos and Val Vista/Pecos need a serious revamping of night time employees. It's worth driving farther to go to a gas station where the workers at least pretend to like there jobs. The guy was bigger, and had glasses, was working at 10:30pm on 11/22. I come in here often and usually have good service. But today I went with my friend to buy beer and the clerk was extremely rude. I'm 21 and only had my vertical ID so we were denied service. Wow is all I can say on how DIRTY this place is, bathrooms are totally just bad,trash on the floor,writing on the walls ,no paper towels,no soap and it stinks like it has never been cleaned. Then if you dare to go to the little foodcourt thing ( where you get you drinks ,hot dog etc.) that is not even clean. Its sticky there's trash on the counters the coke machines and the flow nozzles look like they have not been cleaned for a long time. And that's not even the crazy part about this CK, the crazy part is that there is about 4-5 employees just standing around kicking it. The line from the check out counter was so long that it reach the freezer where you get ice and still every one who works there is just chillin .
