Love me an Angie's Prime Grill. Where else can you go through a drive-thru and get a solid $4.99 salad? I recently got the Extra #!@$ Salad Meal, $6.99. For $7, you get a drink, your choice of salad, and a naan or quesadilla situation. It's a pretty great deal that I took advantage of on this visit. I got the cobb salad with falafel, had their cold brew, and got a quesadilla on the side. It was everything I wanted that evening so no complaints. Angie's Prime Grill is great eats. It's nice that you can get a healthy meal at a drive-thru for nights you don't want to cook but also don't want greasy fast food. read more

I ordered the lobster roll today, first off after I got up to the window, nobody is there to talk to. They just set your order out on a metal shelf, I was planning on adding a drink and side to my order. The lobster roll itself was little to be desired, tasted old and definitely was frozen lobster meat, hate to even call it meat. It was like little shredded pieces. Have not tried anything else at this place but don't think I will return If they would add some customer service, I might have at least come back to try something else. read more

I want to love this place for their efforts of keeping prices low and offering tons of options, but this last visit was pretty disappointing. Since it is a drive-through only place when I pulled into the drive-through cars pulled up behind me. I was then stuck... For the next 40 minutes. Once at the window I heard the car ahead of me be told that steak wasn't ready and to pull around BUT one minute later when I pulled up my steak was "ready". The food was on the ledge and as I drove and up they closed the window. Maybe that's the way they do business but no one spoke to me, made sure I had everything, nothing. I just took my undercooked steak and left. When I got home I saw that the "protein" bowl that I ordered did NOT in fact have 4 scoops of chicken, only one small scoop. But who would I even tell if I had noticed in the drive thru, since they didn't ever speak to me. So...disappointed for sure. read more

Chicken Caesar salad hit the spot. Everything was portioned just right and the chicken was delicious. Plus I loved the croutons, which I am usually not a fan of. As usual the line moved really easy and everyone was very helpful. Everything on the outside looks well maintained. You can't really see what the inside looks like since it's a drive-thru or pick up only. I am sure I will stop by next week before I pick up the kids from school. Thank you. read more

Over an hour wait in the drive through line is absolutely ridiculous. I started within the bounds of the two lane drive through so it wasn't even long. They simply served one car every 15 minutes or so. I have never seen anything so ridiculously slow in my life. I watched people get out of their car and walk up to see what's going on and come back to their cars looking flabbergasted. I'm sure we all have the same issue. We're sitting here stuck in a drive through that isn't moving while on what's supposed to be a work lunch break. Worst experience of my life. read more

I can not believe that I had not yet visited this place anytime sooner? Got lunch here on Saturday and we didn't know how the process worked as we thought we could dine here - but no, to go only. We parked, ordered on the app, and gave them a few minutes. We walked up to the window to pick up our order and there was a couple standing there waiting for their food. They advised us to just go through the drive thru as they had not yet been acknowledged and had been waiting a while. We got back in the car and went to the drive thru. The line was long but it moved fast. We ordered three bowls. This location is not my fav compared to others. Eggs were overcooked in breakfast bowl, tomatoes weren't cut in salad and salad was skimpier compared to other locations, and their lemonade was lacking flavor; very watered down and barely any sweetness. Definitely need some assistance from their other locations, thankfully i love the one close to my house. Hopefully they will get there. read more

Oh.....:myyyyyyy! I am the biggest chicken "snob" (picky about all things chicken - texture, taste, cooking methods, etc) and this chicken was SOOOOO good! I'm so grateful that the owners got another chance at opening a chain! Best $8 I've spent in a long time for some "fast food". If I had the time, I would come here everyday for lunch as my "meal prep"! The sweet potatoes were cooked to perfection, the avocado was at its peak with the perfect consistency and color...even the portion was on point! I heard a lot of great things about Angie's Prime Grill! Affordable 100%. I been twice I got the warm lobster roll the first time and the Cesar Salad the second time. The lobster roll I wasn't a fan. I want flavor and it didn't give that. I felt it had no taste/flavor at all. I poured the whole garlic butter over it and the sauce that came with it. The Salad on the other hand was a decent size and the price! $4.99. A little too salty but had all the flavor! When you get your order ready you move to a speaker box and order and pay right there. Once paid you pull forward and pick up your food. Now on the same counter is your napkins and forks etc. Do not forget them. I did the first time. lol. My protein bowl (chicken, mashed potatoes, broccoli, and corn) was cold. I had frozen corn, which I'd expect, but clearly no attempt made to warm them. The gravy saved it. Everything was unflavorful and I had at least four pieces of really bad chicken. The lids were open and we weren't given any forks or straws. The lobster rolls are pretty delicious for the price! I have been impressed on all of my visits. The food is high quality, and the staff is always pleasant. I would recommend a try. Only issue is with their sodas. I've ordered a soda each visit over the years and there is always a terrible after taste. My theory is to keep all drinks $1.29 they cheap out on the "sip from lid" style cup. read more

Food? Not sure this qualifies as food. Two plain butter lobster rolls and a coke. Lobster was watery and tough. Roll was okay. Served with two packs of butter sauce , one of which was ice cold, so try and pour that.... Fryers have been removed because of the electrical issues, so no fried foods. No cash excepted. No straws and no napkins available. No cash, credit cards only and you must pay outside. They have a walk up window but no place to set anywhere outside. My suggestion, do yourself a favor and drive on by. read more

$5 chicken or falafel salad promo! What a deal if you ask me especially when it's next to Salad and Go. I have tried their Mexican salad (a few times now) with falafel and chicken and the spicy honey chicken salad. I was happy to see the chicken portion was much bigger than their neighbor and it was also tasty. I do like that grilled taste. But overall happy with the portion sizes and taste. I also like that the dressing packet has a perforation for easy tear opening. The service timing is pretty fast for a drive through. It would be nicer to have a menu on both sides before getting to the self pay window. I love that they try to make it low costing for the customers. This place has went absolutely downhill in the last several months. It used to be my favorite place and I would go there every single week. The meat is overcooked. The vegetables are undercooked. The avocado is not even ripe enough to get my fork through. I feel like they are dumping salt on eveything in mass quantities. They need to figure it out cause this is super sad. Today was my first time trying Angie's Prime so here's my opinion... I liked the efficiency of their simple menu and their drive through process. With that being said, if you have a large truck you may want to skip the drive thru...park and walk up to the window to order. Lots of marks from hitting the structure as it's a challenging corner to turn when placing order and picking up. The wait time was very short to receive my food. Everything was very fresh. If you're familiar with Salad and Go, this is the same business model. My ONLY complaint is that on my Cobb Salad I had two whole pieces of bacon. I was eating in my car and had no cutting utensil so tore the two bacon slices into small pieces. Angie's Prime, why not cut up the bacon? The chicken was cut to eat. At any rate, I will be back but if I order the cobb salad, I know I'll have to tear the bacon up if I'm eating in the car. read more

A friend and I went thru to order two lobster rolls and fries. Apparently the place does not have fries on the menu anymore. We ordered two two lobster rolls and do not recall the price listed on the menu board. We got to the pick up window and the total for two lobster rolls came to $32.41! We asked the cashier in that is for two rolls and he said yes, and that the price increased. $32.41 is outrageous as this is more than what it cost before and that would have included fries and a drink. We got our food and both lobster rolls were in the same tray, the lobster rolls were small and greasy.. the bag our order came in was also greasy. The meal was disappointing with the quality and price of this place, and we will not be coming back. read more

Someone recommended Angie's Prime Grill so I was excited to swing by and try it. Angie's is a fast casual American restaurant limited to a drive through. The drive through takes a while, it took over 25 minutes for me, even though there was only 2 other cars. It pretty much defeats the purpose of a drive through to wait so long. The drive through is very narrow, our car barely fit. I ordered a Cobb Salad with Steak. Others ordered the and the Cobb Salad with Chicken, and the Seasonal Apple & Bacon Salad with Chicken. The salads were rather disappointing. They didn't taste very fresh and the portions were tiny. We did get a Berries & Cream Energy Drink and 2 Lemonades which were pretty refreshing. Overall, I don't think this place will last very long due to the long wait times and subpar at best food. read more

What a great addition to this area! Angie's Prime is a quick and easy, very reasonably priced, quick grab and go meal location! We go here at least once a week and you can't beat the price and quality! It's a drive through (no seating) but you pull up and place your order: pick your protein, type (salad, bowl or wrap), also comes with a drink, you pay and then pick up at the next window. The customer service here is fantastic, we ordered meals for a group of 10 and everything was correct. The Asian style warm bowl with steak was very flavorful. I would have preferred the steak to be sliced thinner or in smaller pieces, but overall for the price it was a good meal and very filling. The rest of our group enjoyed theirs bowls and lobster rolls. The cod sandwich was a favorite, fish seemed fresh and the breading wasn't too heavy. Heard a lot of good things about this place. Decided to try it and was highly disappointed and won't be back. The window clerk was very rude for no reason. The preparation of the food was a mess avocado all over the containers, making a mess all over clothes and car. The salads ordered did not even look close to what the menu shows, tomatoes whole, avocado brown, minimal lettuce not even enough to cover the bottom of the bowl. I heard good things so I was excited.....When I arrived the lady seemed like she loathed her job. Got my food and went back to work to eat. Got to work only to realize there was no chicken in my salad. The croutons were not even croutons, just chewy gross bread, the avocado was hard and still had pieces of the skin attached. Tried to call to obtain a refund but auto message tells you to file a complaint through the website..... just a terrible experience all around.... This place was actually pretty good when it first opened. You got fries, a drink and a lobster roll full of large pieces of lobster for a wonderful price. However, after closing and then opening back to prime grill it isn't the same. Was it ever east coast lobster rolls, absolutely not but it definitely was pretty good here in AZ and excellent for what you got for the price. Now, the lobster roll isn't full and is shredded pieces, like it went through a shredder. The prices also increased for the quality and amount to decrease. Thought it was a fluke and we retried 2 other times since that bad meal and all the same. So, I'm going to say this is pretty much the norm now or we just happen to be very unlucky. My husband and I were obsessed with this place when they opened. We used to go here weekly for the lobster roll combo meal. It was our cheat day meal and the highlight of our week. Then they got rid of Angie's Lobster and switched to Angie's Prime Grill, people complained, and they brought Angie's Lobster back. Since then, it has continued to go downhill in quality and taste and they stopped serving the fries, which was one of the best things they had. They also charge $2 more to warm up the lobster, which is insane to me. This was my "lobster roll" from tonight... needless to say... this may have been our last time getting food from here. read more
