I really wish this would let us give 0 stars. I had the displeasure of stopping by this Circle K on August 2nd 2026 and just a few minutes after 5:30. (Just to be clear the one on the corner of Price Rd and Queen Creek.) I grabbed 6 "tall boy" beers and went to the cash register. I saw no employees so I stood there and waited for at least a minute. Out of nowhere an employee just popped up from behind the counter. Almost like she was hiding, not working. It sounded like she was talking on her bluetooth earpiece. She walked up, scanned the beers, waited until the payment from my card went thru, ( which was painfully slow) and then even slower proceeded to grab the smallest plastic bag I've seen at Circle K. This entire time she did not say a single word to me. Looking back I wish she had kept it that way. At this point, yes I was slightly irritated while she slowly put the beers in the tiny bag. She finally got done and just stood there waiting for me to reach to her side of the counter and get the bag. I must have had a look on my face that was a mixture of annoyance and confusion that she thought that little bag was going to be able to hold that amount of weight. I said "Umm could you double bag that?" So even more slowly she starts and I heard her say, "Why you gotta look at me like that?" I said, "I'm sorry, what?" She replied, "Most people are happy with one bag or they just ask for a second one, so why you gotta look at me like that?" I said nothing until she finally got done, I grabbed the bags and as I started to leave I said, "Maybe it's because you've been incredibly rude this entire time." I could hear her audibly huffing as I walked out. I really wish I had taken the opportunity to read her name tag during the sloth like transaction but sadly I didn't. So all I can do now is warn others and hope that one day her boss realizes that this woman should NEVER be in a job where you have to deal with the public. read more

Listen you guys, you are the closest gas station and rest room to Intel. And not to mention all the work going on in general in the area. Either make both restrooms unisex OR PROVIDE A KEY TO THE LADIES RESTROOM. Currently standing in a line to piss and the dude in the ladies restroom is blowing it up whilst on the phone WHILST a man is also in the men's restroom. The man in the ladies room is now throwing up. Ok I hate this place. Fix this circle k. Before QT takes over this location. Hate you guys so much. read more

Try to come in to get a drink every afternoon because it's bloody hot outside and they have cheap drinks. Nope. They are closed 7/10 times during the busiest hours of the day no matter what location I go to. Absolutely despicable business practices. Pay your employees or close your doors for good. I come here frequently b/c I work nearby. Yesterday I stopped by after work and I may not return. I have seen a increase in homeless men there and yesterday one of them was clearly having a mental episode and he was yelling and pointing and motioning at me aggressively. I'm sorry but I shouldn't have to feel unsafe in this area nor when I am making a quick stop and being there a short amount of time and experience this. A few weeks ago, I stopped in and there was another homeless guy and he wasn't aggressive but he was just staring at me, not blinking, and when I moved his stare followed. It was very uncomfortable. I worked downtown pre-pandemic so I have experienced plenty of homeless people as I walked around down there but they stayed to themselves and I never felt scared. Circle K needs to call the non emergency police every time these guys return and get rid of them. I am sorry if that seems or sounds insensitive but myself or any one else shouldn't feel unsafe coming here. read more

This was not their fault but only to an extent. I paid for my gas and told them the wrong pump number due to a very crowded set of pumps at the station mid afternoon. because it was paid using card, my money was wasted and someone else pumped my gas. after I told them, they did not look at cameras or even try to help. One silly mistake costed me my money and I couldn't get a gift card or anything. Not great service. read more

It's a convenience store...you pretty much know what you're in for right from the start. This one is no different from any other. It has overpriced items because you are paying for the convenience. I've not found the staff to be rude but they aren't overly friendly either. They just want to ring up your purchase and let you leave without any drama. The store itself seems well stocked and clean. I visit weekday early mornings and the store is always clean, floors & counters & most importantly the coffee is ready to go and so good! I can't speak for how the store is maintained during the day or weekends but early mornings are great, even with the long lines the cashier gets through quickly. Gas prices are also decent compared to surrounding area. read more

Idk who pissed in everyone's cereal this morning, but Christine behind the counter treated me as though I just kicked her dog. Huffing and puffing, rolling her eyes, long sighs, when I said thank you she replied "okay"... should I apologize that you have to do your job? I don't understand. All the females who work here have a piss poor attitude.... The men on the other hand always seem cheerful, welcoming, kind, and approachable. Anytime a gentleman helps me I feel as though my business is appreciated... when I have a female helping me it's as though I'm a burden and I totally fucked up their day by coming in for cigarettes. A little smile goes a long way... even if it's forced and fake. You're in customer service, it's part of the job. And if you don't like it, there are PLENTY of businesses hiring now that the Covid shut down has been pretty much fully lifted. Went here for a hot chocolate. When I noticed the machine wasn't working and was mostly water the lady upfront got annoyed...went and got a girl from the back who argued over the machine, didn't offer to help and when I asked her if she minded if we could maybe shake the powder down (works every dang time in other circle ks. She got pissed, punched the machine, slammed the door hard and said "if this machine is broken now, you can leave your name at the front." Craziest crap I've ever seen. Holy crap. 2 Stars, that is for the gas, it's always at a great price. The staff is pretty nice, but slow, not really in a rush to help you unless there is more than 6 people in line. The store its self is really dirty, really dirty, the soda area looks like 10 5yr old kids just ran through it like it was a free for all sugar rush. The hotdogs, ew. Other than that, typical booze prices and a great place to see what your co-workers drinks of choice are, true because you will be in line long enough to see someone you know. read more

I'm so mad at this place, I put money on one of the pumps and when I got to it to fill my car, it timed out, so I went in and asked if they could refund it or switch the pump, they said there was nothing they can do... that is complete bs and I won't be coming here again, there is a chevron 5 minutes away that has never stolen from me. read more

One of the worst circle k's I've ever been too. It surprising for this area with all the big businesses. Seems more like a store you would see in bad parts of Mesa or Phoenix. Bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Oddball employees one singing some unintelligible song and the other mumbling with no social skills. I'll avoid this place in the future. read more

I accidentally dropped about 10 lids on the ground because they all fell out of the dispenser, and when I went to checkout, the worker put all the lids that were on the FLOOR back into the dispenser so that other people could grab them and use them. I am absolutely in shock this is the most traumatizing thing I have ever seen! read more

If I could give this place 0 star I would! It's the closest gas station near me. Every OTHER circle K I go to is great! So why can't this store get their crap together? For a year now myself & my fiancé have struggled with this place. Every single time I use my debit card at the pump it says "see the cashier inside". WHY DO I EVEN BOTHER TRYING TO PAY AT THE PUMP??? Each time I've gone in due to this their response is "oh yeah that pump isn't taking cards right now". Clearly if you know this then why not put up a sign??? Also, how is this possible every single time I go? I've gone in all hours of the day. From 7am to 11pm and literally the place is messy. The busy times I even see people just sitting & having 1 clerk help everyone! My fiancé has complained about this to the manager who felt no need to respond or care. When he wrote about not getting a response he got a generic response that probably was copied & pasted out of a "how to respond book". He has managed a gas station before so he is very sympathetic on the struggles & issues of a gas station. So how is it this place is so horrible even HE can't deal with it anymore. Also, I purchased a car wash inside and started to head towards the car wash to see a sign that says "closed temporarily". What the hell? I go in & they apologize and say they just haven't moved the sign yet. I went months later and still saw the sign. Clearly this place is being run by a lazy person!!!! I enjoy stopping In every morning I'm always greeted with "good morning" by cashier, it's always busy and they still manage to move the line quick. I will not stop in the afternoon the afternoon staff is definitely not as friendly as the morning staff and the place is not clean in the afternoons. read more

This was my favorite & most diverse Circle K to stop at daily until learning the Mgr. Niko had gotten transferred to a slower store down the road. Although they were always super busy & seemed frequently understaffed, the Mgr. Who was continuously visible & regularly made himself available, would at all times find a way to make the customers smile & frequently went out of his way to serve & please, regardless of some people's negativity & poor attitudes. There were occasions where the Mgr. Was seen outside giving someone a jump start, another time pulling $ out of his own pocket to help another in need who seemed short on gas. I swear Niko must've had a cot hidden somewhere, since he was seen daily at various times, even as early as 3AM & 8PM helping his customers & employees, yes even on weekends...you won't see that anywhere else! Throughout the numerous years I've seen Niko, I would think he'd have partial ownership in this company. I'll be sure to go out of my way to see this kindhearted professional man to be treated as a human being w/exceptional customer service that seems to be dissipating w/newer generations. I hope this wonderful man gets a great retirement for all he's given throughout God knows how many years with Circle K, he's definitely been a Godsend for his customers & staff...especially myself that truly appreciates Niko selflessness. read more
