Fix ur pumps for cards. Gas is .20 cents cheaper half a mile down the road anyway. Cards don't work at pumps and you have to go in.

I have been a customer at this location for the past 5 years! I own a business nearby. I would like to voice my concerns about one particular cashier name Jose. This is the first time that I have written a negative review on a company. Jose has black hair and sometimes wears it in a ponytail. My first encounter with Jose was about a month ago. He was servicing another customer prior to me while I was standing in line. He appeared to be very friendly and talkative towards the male customer. When it became my turn in line, Jose did not acknowledge me. He seemed agitated, almost angry to some degree. It was very off putting. I tried not to think too much about it, but I definitely felt discriminated against. I kept my concerns to myself and I paid for my item and left. Again, Jose never said one word to me. A couple of weeks went by and I walked into the store to purchase an item. I noticed Jose and another coworker were engaging with a female customer. It was VERY clear that they both found her attractive. Jose was ringing her out and his co- worker was standing to the side, behind the counter with Jose. They were both very friendly towards this customer and even told her to have a good day as she walked away. When it became my turn in line.........Once again, Jose never greeted me, no eye contact, or a simple gesture , NO acknowledgement whatsoever. Again, I sensed him being agitated as if he was angry with my presence. As a woman of color, Jose made me feel as though he was discriminating against me based off of the color of my skin. This is the second time he has displayed such disgusting behavior towards me. I remained calm. While Jose was ringing in my item, he began talking to his co-worker about the female customer they were both admiring (prior to me), as if I was not standing there. They were both having an inappropriate conversation surrounding her.... A conversation that could've waited until I left. While they were talking amongst each other , the credit card machine was not reading my debit card. I looked to Jose to inform him (because he was not paying attention while he was talking to his co-worker). I said calmly "the machine is not reading my card." He rolled his eyes and in a snarky tone told me to "take the credit card out of the machine" (as if I was a child). I calmly informed Jose " I already did and this is the 3rd time I had to do so. Maybe it's the chip reader?" Jose sighed...I looked at Jose and said, "is everything OK with you? He rolled his eyes again .....and before he could respond, I then said "You know what, I don't want to purchase this item" and I walked out of the store before loosing my cool. I then called the store to make a complaint to Jose's manager and of course, Jose answered the phone. Jose was very rude , he would not give me his name or his co-workers name, he yelled at me and hung up on me while I was trying to clarify the name of his manager that he had given me. Jose DEFINITELY seems mentally unstable, and should not be representing ANY company!!!! I called back, hoping another employee would answer so I could talk to a manager or at least someone who is emotionally mature. Jose's coworker answered the phone (the same one that I mentioned prior) and he too would not give me either of their names as a reference to my complaint. His coworker informed me that management would be there the following morning. At least Jose's co-worker wasn't AS rude as Jose. The next morning, I called to speak to the store manager to address my concerns about Jose and the store manager was kind enough to give me Jose's name :). The store manager was polite and listened to my concerns regarding Jose and apologized on Jose's behalf. I don't know whether the store manager genuinely cared but at least he pretended to. I could also tell that Jose gets away with his disgusting antics. He was too comfortable with the way he was acting towards me. It's sad that discrimination continues to rest its evil head upon society. Jose is one of many examples that discrimination UNFORTUNATELY still exist. read more

Fool me once, twice, third time, I'm done. This Chevron has a car wash that is often down or closed even when the sign says "open". So you drive in and the wash stops in the middle. Or you pay for a wash you can't get today because it's actually CLOSED. Or how about driving a wet car home because the dryer is malfunctioning? The proprietor doesn't care. Refunded my $3 but not even a "sorry." I guess I was inconveniencing her. Although this place is conveniently located near my home (the main reason I've been going back), I'll be driving a little further in the future. read more

Excellent Chevron gas station. I literally go out of my way to come to this specific station (and have been doing so for the past nine months) because of how good it is! It is always kept clean and is well-lit at night. Additionally, the staff has always been friendly for the rare times I go inside the store. Their pumps are always functioning properly and are kept in working order. The mini TVs built into the pumps can be a little annoying with the same repetitive advertising, but who honestly pays attention anyway? Overall, I will continue to fuel up at this location for the foreseeable future. Keep it up! :) read more

I've been there twice and probably won't go back. Both times I was there filling up my car their windshield guy came over to comment on the chips in my windshield and try and get me to use their service for replacement. Although he was courteous, I just don't agree with the tactic and would like to just get my gas and go without having to fend off some random dude trying to get me to give him my insurance information. Last time I was there I couldn't get the pump (16) to read my credit card. I tried 3 cards before giving up and moving to another pump. This pump accepted my card without issue. After I was done, I went inside to tell them about the card reader at the pump. The woman behind the counter replied "yeah, I know. We've been having problems with that one". I felt like asking why they didn't put up a sign...or perhaps, they get a kick out of watching people try over and over to get the reader to work. Either way, screw them. I'm out. So it was almost midnight and I rode into the gas station looking to put 30 bucks and off of my card and have a Bank of America Visa debit card and I had $153 in my account and first a chip reader didn't work inside so then I try using magnetic strip that didn't work and he told me that the car was decline not too friendly of a guy but I said okay whatever can we try it again so he didn't say yay or nay I just tried it again and it still came up declined, I was like so I need to check with my bank because it still looks like it took out even after the DECLINE, and I'm hoping it didn't but just in case I already told my bank to be in the lookout I think that's going to be the last time I ever go to that place read more

Used to be my favorite gas station to stop at but unfortunately I won't be coming here anymore. The last three times I've been here I've been bombarded by sales vendors for glass repair. I normal take there card and say thanks but I'm good. But today's visit I pulled in and saw two of them standing at different pumps and thought I should just pull back out to avoid them. But decided to get gas anyways as I started to pump my gas both guys approached my car and started looking it over not even saying a word to me first. As they began there sales speech I stopped them and said everytime I stop here I get harassed buy you guys. Their response was well I guess were doing our jobs then. Caused me a bit of panic when I checked my credit card and noticed a charge 2.1x what I paid for here during a roadtrip stopover. I immediately called and was told the manager is in from 6AM-12PM daily, but was also informed that cards from out of state/out of country will always get a hold of 24-48 hours before clearing. The person I talked to told me that I should just wait and monitor my account for the purchase to post, but also reassured me that I could call back if the amount was incorrect after the holding time. But...there is always a but when there is a 2 star rating. I have been there 3 times so far and EVERY time a sales guy from what looks like a third party vendor comes up to me and tries to get me to file a claim with my insurance to get a new windshield! I'm going to a gas station to get gas, not file a claim with my insurance to get a windshield. STOP HARASSING THE CUSTOMERS!! Came in chevron for a fill up and a wash, I always get a hand wash to cut down on the scratches in my paint. I ordered the hand wash, paid for it but when I look up I see my car going through the machine. I promptly informed the cashier and she looked very surprised. She got the manager and after a couple of min of investigation the manager comes back and apologizes and offers a free hand wash on my next visit. I understand that people make mistakes but when you take care of the customer once a mistake has been made is what keeps me as a customer. read more

The station was clean and well maintained. I parked on the wrong side of my gas cap, and unfortunately the gas hoses do not extend at all, so I had to move the car. As you are putting in your credit card info they are playing a constant, loud commercial on the color screen, which is very annoying! Since 95% of gas stations don't do that, I probably will not go here again (we normally go to CostCo anyway, it's 13¢/gallon cheaper). Also my wife said the store has a limited selection of snacks. Horrible car wash experience and worst customer service! I went to wash my car to Full Circle Auto Wash at 2755 W Chandler Blvd in Chandler, AZ. After the car wash I noticed there were a white stain and some scratches on the left side car of my car. I called to the manager and he said that those scratches and stain had not happened there increasing his voice at me, so I told him as soon as I noticed I came back again to let him know. Maybe was the car wash machine or the car wash guy, I am not sure. At the end he ordered to polish my car at the detailing place. The stain disappeared but not the scratches (the guy who works there couldn't take them out). So now I do not know what to do and I am very upset about this experience. Great location right off Loop-101 and Chandler Blvd. The only con about this location is that it took forever to fill up as the speed of the pump is very slow. But other than that, great price. You pay different prices for the lowest grade if you pay with cash instead of credit/debit. read more
