All pumps at "every station" had yellow bag tags that said "out of order" around the Diesel & Premium Unleaded. Our pump the REGULAR Unleaded line didn't even work- put in all our payment info and wouldn't pump gas?Had to cancel the transaction. Carwash was out of service, cashier said something broken & not in operation. With so many issues : won't be back to this location. Thank goodness I had enough gas to make it to the next gas station; that was in full functioning service! read more

Those big metal urns of coffee are cool. Seriously, no more waiting for a single pot of coffee to be brewed cuz they have 8 huge urns. And they have gotten it down so that it's a rare occurrence to have an urn empty. Yay! Two regular, a Cinnamon, probably one decaf and the rest of their usual flavors. They also have a hot beverage machine that pours Hot Chocolate plus three other type of hot beverages. Rewards gets you One free after you've purchased Ten. That's alright. Bring in your own cup and it costs ya just over a buck for a cup of coffee. That is a good deal, especially on those 32° mornings. read more

Compared to my other Circle K experiences in the past, this one was not as bad. I stopped by here in the morning to fill up my tank and grab some coffee before work, and I loved the many different options of creamers! Aside from this excitement due to the creamers, the attendants were super welcoming and friendly too. What wasn't a surprise is that the pumps were malfunctioning at yet again another Circle K in the area. I am not sure what is always wrong with them, but I suggest that they do something about it - they are not only losing money but also loyal customers. Hey, Circle K Corporate: shut this place down. Three times visited in a one-month span; three terrible experiences. First evening: doors locked. Customers hanging around entrance hoping to make purchases. Lights on, no one home. Waited 10 minutes, then left. Second: mid-morning. Ready to pay for coffee and danish. Waiting in line for 10 minutes behind two (!) people for the slowest cashier in creation. Other employee (manager?) wandered around store oblivious to the lengthening line of customers. Self-check machine apparently out-of-order. Third (last week): walked up to entrance doors and literally had them closed in my face and locked from the inside. Never again. read more

Just came into this location about 15 minutes ago. There was a guy with long curly hair that was working behind the counter but was refusing to help anybody and making everyone use the self checkout. When I got up there I had beer and a few other things to buy, and I asked him to come over and help because something wasn't scanning correctly. He wasn't answering so I let the person behind me go in front of me. While waiting for that gentleman to finish his transaction I kept asking for the guy with curly hair to help me. She turned around and looked me in the eyes and said "no, help yourself" Everyone in line at that point is confused at what was going on I asked him if he was serious and he laughed and kept working without even paying any attention to the customers that were in the store. So I just left my stuff on the counter and left the store, I'll never go back to this place again after this. read more

From the homeless pan handlers out front to the broken gas pumps this place fulfills circle K's mission of bringing a little bit if ghetto to middle class neighbors everywhere. I had to go to three pumps before I could find one that worked with a card. This place is a joke. I just wish it would close and reopen as a QT. read more

This place better get its act together. Almost every time I try to stop here to get gas there is an issue at the pump. You get a bunch of different stories about why it's not working but this gas station is anything but convenient. Today was the last straw when I complained to the attendant about the pumps not working correctly and I was told "to complain to corporate". It's sad when the employees can't even support the company. read more

TERRIBLE!!!! I always come here and get great service from most. But today a man had the audacity to YELL AT ME!!! I gave him $100 and he was pissed and said "that's going to take a while to make change" I said. "Is it going to be coins??" He then SLAMMED HIS HAND ON THE COUNTER AND STARED AT ME. Then he handed me $60 in $20's and I asked him "why do you have to be so aggressive?" Then he said very loudly "I'm not!, have a high five!!" And threw his hand toward me aggressively. I am absolutely disgusted at his behavior and especially yelling at me in front of my child. Worst customer service. And the woman who was there working with him did absolutely nothing which I was also ashamed of. She could be an amazing person just minding her own business. But overall very upset. Very clean Circle K compared to some of the ones I've been in however the customer service at this Circle K is the worst. I was trying to check out, I was waiting in line and they took three guests in front of me and then they opened up another cashier and took two more guests in front of me. There is no way to enter in your Circle K rewards number nor did anyone offer to assist. The young gal who waited on me was beyond rude. I will avoid this place, you should too read more

Living around the corner from this location we have been purchasing petrol and last minute items for many years. The location is always clean and stocked well with a variety of items. When my daughter rode the bus she stopped in several times a week to purchase her bus passes and became familiar with many of the people working there. They were very delightful, engaged her in conversation whenever she was in the store and always kept us up to date on current sale items. The coffee bar is clean, the coffee is kept fresh and delicious. This is a exemplary location. read more

Worst customer service. It's like I'm inconveniencing them just by walking in. I work nearby so I come in often. I've maybe had 1 person, out of the dozens of times I've been in, at the register who was kind. At this point, I'm willing to drive farther just so I don't have to deal with the rudeness. I'm in customer service too, it's not difficult to be nice to nice people. I would understand if I was an impolite customer but that's not the case. Please hire a friendlier staff. read more

I walked into your establishment. Where I walked in I was not greeted. And your employee was standing in front of me. I was the only one in the store. So not busy at all. I went to pay for my merchandise I was once again not greeted. When she rang it up she didn't mention the price until I was looking around for the price. I asked her how she was doing this morning?
