Eating here feels a bit like dining inside a piece of Utah history. The service is usually excellent, and you can tell they take the motto behind their name seriously: "True service is true religion." This visit, our waitress did seem in a rush to turn the table, but the quality of the food made it easy to overlook. I will be filing a complaint with the department of justice, if this happens to you, I highly recommend you do the same.

When I first visited with my friend, we had her dog with us and we were told dogs were only welcome on the patio because they had an open kitchen.
