We were the first ones to arrive for dinner. Service was quick and friendly. Kept our drinks full and asked if we were okay few times during our visit. You get a good amount of food- we ordered the chicken pad Thai, chicken fried rice, and crispy rolls (egg rolls). Price was very reasonable.

The perfect place for lunch or dinner! While on spring break, my little family came here for dinner because we all love Thai food. The shumai (fried) were so delicious my kid ordered more. I ordered the Data curry & cashew cashew nut, both of which came with rice. The ambiance is very casual & full of Americana. I felt happy finally getting to try some Arizona local beer (Oak Creek Amber ale) I would recommend this cute family style restaurant to anyone hitting up the history Route 66 area of Williams!

It pays off having a unique food offering in a town that only has a couple types of restaurants. I definitely won't say it's the best Thai food I've ever had but it tasted good. Service also was fast and helpful.

Food was good, shared family style & tried lots of new things. I ordered orange chicken but I think that was our least favorite because it was in a soupy sauce. I would recommend everything else, spring rolls are yummy

I was greeted when I arrived, I had questions about the menu which was answered and I got my food quickly and it was delicious. More than I could eat so I ended up getting two meals out of it.

My first and probably last cocacola themed Thai restaurant. Vibes were so strange but in a good way! Spring Roll 6.9/10 (mixed vegetable ,rice noodle, chcken and shrimp wrapped in a rice paper roll) - I didn't mean to order these lol. I was going for more of a crispy fried spring roll. Still smacked for being majority veggies. My mom couldn't tell if it was tofu or chicken on the inside which was totally fair. Pad Thai 7.9/10 (Thai calssic noodles with egg, bean sprout ,green onion , sweet and sour tamarind sauce , topped with ground peanut) - wasn't your traditional Pad Thai, sauce was different but flavors were poppin. Huge portion, I split with my mom but we were so hungry we basically finished it

We were in Williams for the Grand Canyon Train. Our hotel was walking distance and this was the only international cuisine we found with good reviews. The interior is like a diner but definitely gives this place warmth and charm. It seems that it is run by a husband & wife. You can see her cooking everything from scratch in the back and he is ensuring the table service & front of house is all taken care of. Half of the dishes we ordered had alterations due to dietary restriction and they made sure everything was taken care of. I myself was a little nervous, but when the food came out I was blown away. Everything was delicious (you could taste the love). If I'm ever in the area again, I would go back in a heart beat!

Calamari pad thai

The food is still very good. We opted for pineapple fried rice, calamari pad Thai and our daughter, chicken. We all loved our food and we were waited on swiftly. The calamari was not super fresh, but what do you expect where we are in Arizona? Flavors are great, i ordered a 4 but they gave me extra pepper to enhance the flavor. My daughter got chocolate ice cream, they indulged her by adding extra whip cream. You could not make a child much happier.

Great food and great location. My mom likes the cashew beef and my daughter loves the tofu fried rice. We love it.

We dined here this evening and what a great find. The food was amazing, great wait staff and a quirky old 1950's diner vibe.

Great Thai food in Willams. Would recommend. Service was a little slow once we got our food but it was late around closing time.

Walk in, scan the QR code or grab a menu and find a seat. Plan your meal and visit the bar to order (better than being ignored across the street). Self-serve your drinks and before you know it you have food. My wife had Ceasar salad and was pleasantly surprised to find it contained halved cherry tomatoes. A salad is a salad, unless it's bad. You rarely notice if good, but this one was. A perfect salad lunch for her. My daughter had spaghetti and meatballs. She loved it. We're usually picky about Italian food and rarely order it from a non Italian place, but we've been on the road and she was starving. From the first bite she was hooked. Bursting with flavor, certainly part pork and full of herbs. Clearly made in house. My son and I split a margarita pizza and it hit hard. Paper thin. For dinner we'd need one each, but for lunch splitting it was perfect. Great flavor top to bottom. The paper thin crust, the tangy sauce, and good quality cheese topped with a generous amount of fresh basil. Bonus for the red hot sauce (green tasted artificial) which I grabbed a spoon to taste with as soon as we sat down, I love hot sauce. And for the classic rock playlist. Highly recommend for a quick meal.

I have been craving delicious Thai Food For the past two…read moreweeks, and found zero satisfaction... one had great food, but horrible customer service, and the other had both horrible food and customer service... so, I needed a win, and today, The Thai Palace delivered the most satisfying experience! I was greeted upon arrival, the staff engaged with me, even to the point Asking if I would like lemon for my water... The server followed up, shortly after the food was Dropped, and checked back ( in a timely manner) a couple of times ... I ordered the Shrimp Curry "Thai Hot" ... the level of hotness did not disappoint, and the dish maintained a very satisfying flavor profile... thought all of that heat! Magnificent!

Positives: Decorated well. Lovely nods to a beautiful culture and a water feature. They are open…read moreall day- no odd hours like some of the Local Thai restaurants which is very inconvenient therefore we don't frequent them. Negatives: Portion size is a bit small to average, and sadly a few of the featured dishes we have tried seem to focus on adding prolific amounts of red and green bell pepper as "filler" for the vegetable in the protein and rice/noodle dishes. A variety of vegetables that compliment the specific dish would add interest and subtle texture and flavor. Broccoli? Lemongrass? Everything is expensive now due to the trump administration- and people simply can't afford to eat out as much or at all. When a dish is presented miserly, it becomes an easy to decision not to eat out. Also, the dishes are a bit overly salted. Thai food has such an abundance of spice to make it unique, over salting is a rookie move. The staff we have encountered seem mostly professional and friendly, however, lately staff seem disinterested, bored and we were surprised and disappointed to see two staff members, eating at the front register while people came in for take-out orders. Surely a health code violation to be eating while handling customer food orders and money at the cashier station. Big turn-off for us. We really wanted to see them succeed- but eating at the register is gross. Ughh.
