Unique coffee and tea place In which my wife tried. Great open, homey, and overall lovely place to hang out. My wife got one of the recommended specialty latte and I got the purple rain tea. Loved both of the flavors as it was unique and refreshing! Great place to study and love all the windows with natural light. Recommended! read more

Best Yemeni coffee. Good service. Spanish latte is amazing. Adeni tea is awesome too. Breakfast sandwiches are ok, could taste fresher.

The D-Stachio latte is really good if you like pistachio flavored things. It has tiny bits of pistachio in it, which I really liked. The chef at DeRa is so good. He puts out samples of new items he's testing out, and they're always really good. The hummus and pita is also incredible, and it's a good portion size for a group of four. read more

Coffee was 10/10 and the barista was great, when I asked that they reheat my drink to be extra hot they did it with no issues and were super friendly about it. read more

Love the coffee and the place always seems to have a lot of families and people hanging out! I will say they let their pastries sit for too long and have served them to me stale twice now. So I'd pass on those. read more

De ra is a cute and homey coffee shop. I love the ambiance and decoration. The adani chai is amazing. I really like the dera latte as well. While I'm not a huge pistachio person, the distachio latte is also good. The drinks and bakery items are amazing, but the staff stood out to me. They are so kind and helpful, and really make an effort to get to know you. This is definitely becoming a regular spot for me and would highly recommend it to anyone. read more

I ordered an iced lavender vanilla latte with breve and my bf ordered an iced salted caramel latte with breve. We both thought they were great but could've used a little more of the syrups bc we couldn't really taste mine and couldn't taste his at all. The service was ok. I think they could be more personable and have better customer connection but they were kind and did their jobs well. We went at 2:50 on a Sunday and there was no where to sit!! The place was packed! So maybe go at a different time. The man that made my coffee was kind when I asked if I could have a sample of their pistachio milk and it was delicious! I would definitely go again but it's not the place to go if you're looking for a low key coffeehouse quiet and simple vibe. read more

Dar Coffee - 16 oz Iced lavender vanilla latte - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Plano, Texas

Shock and Awe! This place was amazing. My husband and are sort of coffee snobs and I was intrigued by the pics from other reviewers of the Pistachio latte. We ordered a variety of items: My husband had a cappuccino, I had the pistachio latte and then we ordered the gyro, chicken quesadilla, pistachio cannoli and pistachio tres leches. The pistachio latte was the star for me. I was stunned that this drink has no syrups with that heavy chemical/artificial taste. It is 100% REAL pistachios. They blend and make this milk especially for this drink. I literally had little bits of pistachio in my mouth. Unbelievably delightful! I did add some sweetener of my own because I like things extra sweet. But it was so flavorful on its own! The cappuccino was very well made and the lunch food was delicious and flavorful. My husband almost demolished the pistachio tres leches. De Ra has a feel of cultural richness and I could tell the staff take pride in what they do. They were all very kind and helpful. We were told all good and baked goods (huge variety) were made in house. It's a cute spot and we had a wonderful experience. I'm picky when it comes to where I'll spend my calories... but suffice it to say, we will be back! read more

I came from california the place was very nice and welcoming and i loved their pistachio drink. definitely would recommend trying!!

Amazing customer service, hospitality and welcoming environment. I've been here twice, and the atmosphere here is excellent for studying, or even just a quick grab of coffee with friends, along with their freebies with the baked goods too. The people here are so welcoming, +1 for plenty of outlets and seatings, I will definitely coming here regularly. Solid price for 20 Oz of coffee btw! Dark coffee, not water down or anything, quality is with the price, along with the food. Fresh veggies in my gyro sandwich and crunchy fries. I look forward coming here to do my homework and for the new baked goods sample everyday as well! read more

I stopped by De Ra today and was really impressed by this cute new coffee shop. It's modern, spacious with plenty of light illuminating the coffee shop. The environment inside was so calm and inviting that I stayed for a full hour to read. The menu was very expansive with both the classic as well as unique coffee options. I was intrigued by the pistachio latte but ended up deciding to get a decaf cappuccino with oat milk and strawberry syrup. It was delicious; a little frothy, balanced between tart and sweet, and I could still taste the espresso. The staff was very patient and friendly too. I'll definitely be back! read more

Some of the best creative drinks I've had in a long time. I ordered a latte and it tasted amazing. They also offered me a complementary brand new hot chocolate. They're thinking of adding to the menu. I love how they're so creative and always want to add new things that customers like to their menu. I also tried a tea that they offered me for free. Everything tasted amazing and I absolutely love the atmosphere. Thank you so much. read more

Absolutely delicious! The cookies are yummy and the other food looks really good! The DeRa latte is incredibly tasty. They did a really good job remodeling the old Chinese restaurant, I remember when it used to be a convenience store and I used to buy candy here when I was a kid so this is a nice change for the community. read more

Took a side trip to try De Ra and walked away very happy. I'm a little hesitant to share, because I want this place to myself. The calm vibe of this place was exactly what I needed. We tried DeRa while in visiting from Austin. We ended up getting coffee/food three times during our stay. We tried multiple pistachio pastries, all wonderful. The DeRa, Spanish, and Pistachio lattes were all fantastic too. Perhaps a little too sweet but full of flavor! Their falafel is perfect, as well as the sauces they pair with it. The gyro is nicely tender and flavorful. Our little ones loved it too. The rice is delicious!! I mean truly, we're sad to go home and not have it as an option. read more

Great place to have a cup of coffee or pastry in a safe environment and support local business. It's very welcoming to know there are coffee shops you can support that have the community's best interest in mind and don't support entities that could be detrimental to other people! The Spanish latte is so good. It is rich but not too sweet. Loved it!! Sadly I had somewhere to be so I couldn't sit in the cute coffee shop to finish my coffee, but I am excited to go back sometime soon! This local business, De Ra Coffee, just opened up while I was away at college. I was so excited to come home and try it, and it couldn't have been a better experience. It is such a cute little place, well decorated and good lighting, perfect for studying or grabbing a coffee with friends or family. The staff was so friendly and happily explained their signature lattes to me after I asked what kind of latte I should get. I will be coming back and recommending this place to anyone who wants to try out a new coffee place! read more

I was looking for a new coffee spot near my work in Plano and came across this place; it was so yummy!! I got the D-Stachio Iced Latte and I thought it had great coffee flavor, sweetness, and a nice earthiness from the pistachio. I talked w the owner (I think?) for a bit and she said they've just opened 6 months ago:) The decor was intentional and comfy; I mean, look at the little tray my coffee was served on!! Will definitely come back for the ambience and the coffee. read more

Great place to grab coffee and a bite to eat! I got a dirty chai latte and a Texas halal plate and it only came out to about $14 which is amazing pricing. I used to pay $7 for the same coffee so it's very nice to have something reasonably priced close to me. Not to mention the inside is a wonderful place to get work done. read more

Unique teas and always take their suggestions. Can not go wrong with anything on the menu.

Good coffee and excellent service. Everyone was really nice and the interior is super cute.

Great coffee and atmosphere!! Be here when you need that caffeine fix or just got the people watching... it's all good

Ok, yum! The Arabic coffee was so good. I love how it creeps up on you with its aroma and leaves you feeling so good you had it. You have to experience it. My daughter had a Kashmiri Chai, so good. We left with to go cups of their signature DeRa latte & a sugar free vanilla latte. Did not really need the togo cups but wanted to sample more of their offerings. These did not disappoint. Service was warm too. Will definitely be back. read more

The reviews are so raving but sadly this did not live up to the hype I had expected. Visited on a Saturday around 1pm and wasn't sure what I should try. Asked the barista what a few of the specialties were as it just said Spanish latte or the de ra latte and I had no idea what was in it. She didn't seem pleasant answering me or telling me info to try to sell it. I decided to just settle on a vanilla cold brew. The barista proceeded to pour the coffee and then ask if I wanted cream after filling most of the way to the top. I did want cream and she handed me a pint of milk to pour it myself. I used all of what was left in the container (not much) but before I could ask for anything additional, the barista went to sit down with another patron in the front near the door. It was just an overall unpleasant experience and I will not waste my time to feel like an inconvenience again. This coffee lover will gladly go elsewhere! read more
