I have taken pictures of the horrible grooming as well as the cuts on my dog's face just to make a record of it. One time I even walked in on her as she was screaming at one of my small dogs for something. It was just disturbing. Not sure what that was all about but I dismissed it as I did not witness anything physical. I attempted to reach out to Sue for an explanation for her poor service this last time and she has never responded. As I explained to her, I wish Her no ill will and just hope she gets her act together and treats her clients with more respect. I even tipped her for her time because that's how I treat people. However, we have used her services for years and will go somewhere else. I'm not sure what happened but she needs to re evaluate her business model. I'm afraid it won't last much longer if she treats her clients with disrespect! Pictures of the last grooming as well as odd cuts to our dogs face have been saved. I have also saved my numerous texts asking for an explanation. It's unclear how the cuts happened but they were not there when they were dropped off.

I was taking my golden to Petsmart previously where she would sit for 5 hours in a kennel and get treated very poorly and rough. My dog became so frightened I almost had to start doing the grooming at my own home which wasn't feasible really. Lucky for me I found these guys and they have changed my goldens life. In and out in about and hour with wonderful personal care that has givens dog comfort and happiness during her grooming process. I highly recommend speaking with them. Alana greeted us at the door at 730AM, and was so attentive and friendly! I spoke on my dog's behalf, as she doesn't speak English.
