My pup had been labelled "fractious", even being kicked out of a vet practice for his feral ways (towards people, not other dogs- he's a dog's dog). No problem for Carman and the crew. He was boarded with love and socialized with the other pups. Slim also gets groomed here, and Carman does a lovely job.

Carmen said she would call my father to pick her up for me while I was at work, by the time I got off at 4:30 she still hadn't called my father. I got there around 4:45 and she wasn't even finished with my dog. I then waited about 15 minutes and she brought her out and handed her to me and she wasn't even fully finished. So my dog ended up being in a kennel for roughly 5-7 hours she wasn't fully finished when I picked her up and that was 6 hours after her supposed appointment at 10. I have found a new groomer and Will Not be going to bar car again.

The best part? She gets to play all day! Unlike other places where dogs are crated for long periods, K9cation ensures they get plenty of exercise, socialization, and fun throughout the day. Sadie absolutely loves it here--she comes home happy and tired (the best kind of tired!), which tells me she's had an amazing time. Whether it's daycare or an overnight stay, I know she's in the best hands with their caring and professional staff. We wouldn't trust anyone else with Sadie, and we're so grateful to have found a place that treats her like family. If you're looking for a place where your pup can play all day and be loved just as much as at home, K9cation is the one! Would highly recommend to any dog parent!

I've also found the reservation system, and the drop-off and pick-up, to be super easy. Mostly it gave me peace of mind knowing he'd be well taken care of by people who care about him. When the facility moved this spring, I wasn't sure we'd continue. But it's such a welcoming and familiar place for Oscar, it's been worth the drive so far. And the new building is huge and looks great. I can't wait until they allow us in to see the new digs!
