I have been so, so happy leaving my 2 pups at destiny's club mutt. They are always updating me, sharing pictures of my babies, and great when I call just to check (for my own self) . They always carry through on my instructions and any details I leave when they board them. The dogs are always excited when we arrive and tired and happy when I pick them up. Special thanks to Kaylee, Cheyanne, Kali and whoever else I have left out. Kelly read more

We've been using this kennel for about three years now. We love it! Our dog, Poppy, was attacked by a pitbull as a puppy and is timid with other dogs. The people here are so kind and careful with her, and very patient. Every time she goes, our dog seems to get more comfortable and enjoys her stay. We also board our two cats here, and they are well cared for and happy. Our family boards their pets here, too. We recommend this place and while we tried a couple of other places, we like this one the best! read more

Our dog stayed here during our trip out of state. They have a lot of options to offer your pet, a private suite if you wish. you can let your pet have special treats everyday if you desire. There is a pond for them to play in during the summer with your approval and they get to hang out with other dogs. My dog came out very happy, it was obvious he had a good time. Every member of the staff I dealt with was very friendly and you can tell they really care about the animals. I will definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone looking for a fun kennel option for their pet. read more

This was our first experience with any boarding facility. After visiting one and walking out due to the noise, I feared every facility would be the same. We visited Destiny's Club Mutt and found a peaceful, rural setting that gave a completely different vibe. I also checked in with them while we were on vacation to make sure our puppy was doing okay and they emailed back with a positive status report. Thank you for taking good care of our beloved family member. Signed, Quill's Mom read more

Our 2 year old Lab, Baloo, has stayed at Destiny's Club Mutt since he was just a puppy. They take awesome care of him. His longest stay was 8 nights and we have never had any issues. Destiny's employees give lots of attention to the animals that they care for. Baloo gets so excited when we arrive, he runs to the kennel area when we walk in. I know he is well cared for and I always get a report card when I pick him up. I wouldn't think of taking Baloo anywhere else! read more

I have been taking my dogs here for nealy 20 years. My babies always come home happy and healthy. They do a fantastic job. We have had them take care of our diabetic dog, and later on our dog whom had knee surgery. I trust them 100% read more

I am extremely disappointed in this kennel since it changed ownership. I gave them an excuse the first time my dogs came home injured. The second time we went on a family trip and left six dogs between us all. it was glaringly obvious that not only did they not follow my directions pertaining to my dogs, but they also did not supervise them. Three of them came home with open wounds from a dog fight(s) and not one employee could tell me what happened. They did not even tell me about the injuries, they only mentioned one dog had one wound. The vet said she should have had stitches, and she had to go on antibiotics because it was infected. (Which was obvious. The day we picked her up it looked indeced and was oozing). She also had a huge gash in her paw that was also infected and should have had stitches. One of our other dogs was limping, another had an eye infection. That is all bad enough but eight months later I tried them one more time (yes, this was apparently stupid on my part) My 23- month old healthy, active dog came home after eight days and looked horrible! He had dropped at least five or six pounds, every bone in his body was sticking out, and he was so lethargic he could barely climb in the car. Three of his four paws had fresh cuts on them, as well as one on his leg, his lips were cut in two places and he had a cut under his eye. He drank two bowls of water and was starving. We went immediately to the vet because of his condition, who was shocked at the sight of him. The next day he was still so lethargic we went to another vet who was just as shocked. He had to receive fluids because he was so dehydrated. He perked up within minutes of receiving fluids, but was still not 100%. Both vets agreed that he was not properly cared for. A dog that loses that much weight that fast and is acting that lethargic should be noticed by people who call themselves professionals in dog care. I should have been called and told what was going on. I do not understand how a dog becomes that dehydrated unless he was just not given water. I was told he ate great and all was well except for some soft stool, which they said had improved by the end of his stay. I took pics of him the day I dropped him off, and to compare that to the day of pick up is very unsettling. This is a dog that is used to being boarded and does not normally stress out when boarded. This kennel does not properly supervise or adequately care for their boarding dogs, and they are not capable of handling high drive dogs by any means. They are not at all upfront with you either. I had to push to get any information from them about my dogs. I was appalled at how my dogs left their facility on multiple occasions and will certainly never submit my dogs to those people and conditions again! I honestly can't believe they are still in business. read more

I had never left my dog's in a kennel until I left them at Destiny's Club Mutt. The first time we took them there, they were really nervous upon entering the building when they heard all of the other dogs barking. Their second trip to the kennel was quite different. When they saw where we were, as soon as the cars on the door opened, they both jumped out and headed in the front door with tails wagging. The front desk lady greeted them by name, and they truly seemed excited to see her. They never looked back! I highly recommend this facility to anyone who wants their pet cared for as if they were at home. All of my neighbors use them too! read more

I am extremely disappointed in the services offered. We boarded our senior dog for only 2 nites. Because she is senior, she takes medication. We left strict instructions about how her medications should be taken. The medication was not given as instructed and she is now, not willing to take it. She takes bladder control meds and they handed me a wet dog bed as they washed it. Did she wet it? She can barely walk at this point and has lost trust. What have they done?? read more

I had a great experience with this kennel. I was so scared to leave my little poodle for the first time and the staff was very reassuring and gave me a tour of the facilities as well as where my dog would be staying. I called multiple times to check on him and the staff were very nice on the phone. The staff gave me details of my dog's stay and how well he did and loved cuddle time during playtime. It shows that the staff really cares about the dogs and their clients as well. I now feel better knowing I can leave my little guy with them to care for when I'm away. read more
