I've also found the reservation system, and the drop-off and pick-up, to be super easy. In addition to daycare services, Oscar gets regular grooming and he always smells so good when he comes home! :) We've had him in for boarding twice, and it also went well. Mostly it gave me peace of mind knowing he'd be well taken care of by people who care about him. When the facility moved this spring, I wasn't sure we'd continue. But it's such a welcoming and familiar place for Oscar, it's been worth the drive so far. And the new building is huge and looks great. I can't wait until they allow us in to see the new digs!

The staff is wonderful, caring,loves dogs, diligent. My dog Peyton came to us as an adult rescue and had some issues. HH willingly accepted him -- he cannot be in the general dog population, and they have a program just for that! Enrichment: He plays and trains with people all day. He can't wait to go when it's daycare time.He loves it and all the staff. Makes it so much easier to board him too knowing he is getting the best care and having a good time. HH sends you a report card during boarding with pics and how things are going. I can't thank HH enough for all they have done for us. They are the BEST.

We moved here for a year and have been looking for a mobile groomer since my yorkies are a bit…read moreolder. We were taking them to the local vet we established care at but I'm not totally loving their cuts like I did when we were home in vegas. Contacted RegalRuff who refuses to groom my dogs who have veterinary documented notes for an anaphylactic vaccine reaction (high fever+seizure, hospitalized 3x after being vaccinated, had to see a vet neurologist for MRi etc to rule out other causes). As a human doctor myself I understand how rare adverse reactions are...but when they're something like having a seizure (which happens during anaphylaxis)? No, im not getting them vaccinated again. Vet neuro recommended this as we were safely able to put him under anesthesia for MRI. We do give them intranasal bordatella but no IM vaccines. My third dog is fully up to date so obviously I'm not against vaccination. If my dog were sick (which they're not, they're just old), then all of their other clients who are vaccinated should be protected from illness. If you're a facility that is unable to confidently appropriately clean/sterilize after each dog then that's an issue in itself. ‍

The groomers were so patient and made sure she felt safe and comfortable the entire time. She was quite matted and really needed a good groom, and they did an amazing job! She looks absolutely beautiful now--so clean, soft, and well-trimmed. Plus, she came home happy and tired from all the playtime! We truly appreciate the care and attention they gave her. We bring our ~6 yr old kitty Chloe to get groomed (blow dry and brushed out) maybe every 3-4 months; getting her sanitary area trimmed is critical too. After posting on Yelp, 17th and Pawlished was the only responsive groomer - and was able to get us scheduled within a week or so - on the next "cat (only) day." Although it was about a 30 min drive, it was totally worth it! Our kitty seemed comfortable and content when we got home. I loved how if we wanted to stay and watch the process we could watch the groomer in action, observe our cat from the parking lot, we could. Owner seems to love kitties and pets (and the job!) which is always a plus! Thanks y'all!
