As many…read moreof you may be aware, several streets of Windsor were shut down on November 2nd, which had a significant impact on many individuals. My stepdad was responsible for this incident. Due to this, Christine decided that she is no longer comfortable working with us. I understand that everyone is entitled to their own feelings, but I believe it's important to show more empathy. We've already received enough criticism. (Edit: if your not aware of that incident go ahead and check Town of Windsor Colorado's page on Facebook)

The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of their tub set up. Some suggestions: They don't have any mats on the floors of their tubs for older/arthritic pets. It's just straight stainless steel. On that's same note, the hose head is tiny and VERY hard to press. It resembles a side sprayer from a sink. It took a very long time to wet my large breed, long haired dog and I was getting thumb cramps constantly from having to hold down the lever on the "side sprayer" head. I'm sure this can get painful for anyone with arthritis. I feel like if they changed to a different hose head, pets would get bathed quicker since there would be more coverage than the current head they have on the hose. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this facility, if they make these small changes/adjustments I can only imagine how much more business they would get !

It took 6 people (not even exaggerating!) at PetSmart to finish trimming our English Bulldogs nails. At Hot Rod, they come out in front of the desk and trim nails at the dog's level right in front, instead of putting them on a table and/or tying them up, which I think really helps. $5 cash only, such a good deal!

She never offered an apology for any of it though, basically just said she wasn't responsible because she didn't talk to either of us and she doesn't know why the estimates were so wrong.
