The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of their tub set up. Some suggestions: They don't have any mats on the floors of their tubs for older/arthritic pets. It's just straight stainless steel. On that's same note, the hose head is tiny and VERY hard to press. It resembles a side sprayer from a sink. It took a very long time to wet my large breed, long haired dog and I was getting thumb cramps constantly from having to hold down the lever on the "side sprayer" head. I'm sure this can get painful for anyone with arthritis. I feel like if they changed to a different hose head, pets would get bathed quicker since there would be more coverage than the current head they have on the hose. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this facility, if they make these small changes/adjustments I can only imagine how much more business they would get !

The groomers were so patient and made sure she felt safe and comfortable the entire time. She was quite matted and really needed a good groom, and they did an amazing job! We bring our ~6 yr old kitty Chloe to get groomed (blow dry and brushed out) maybe every 3-4 months; getting her sanitary area trimmed is critical too. After posting on Yelp, 17th and Pawlished was the only responsive groomer - and was able to get us scheduled within a week or so - on the next "cat (only) day." Although it was about a 30 min drive, it was totally worth it! Our kitty seemed comfortable and content when we got home. I loved how if we wanted to stay and watch the process we could watch the groomer in action, observe our cat from the parking lot, we could. Owner seems to love kitties and pets (and the job!) which is always a plus! Thanks y'all!
