shelly is a wonderful groomer and the best my little dogs have ever met in greeley CO! I am impressed by shelly's obvious years of experience and sophisticated techniques--shelly has groomed many show dogs of various breeds and it shows, because her work is beautiful--in addition, shelly is careful and loving with my dogs and therefore they are always happy to see her--the facility is spacious and clean--shelly is accommodating and friendly and listens carefully to what I want each time, cut here, leave this long, etc, --shelly does not simply shave what is difficult to groom, she takes the trouble to carefully get out the matts without causing pain to my dogs--shelly is reasonably priced and available when I need her, she is open seven days and quickly responds to text messages, shelly provides wonderful photos of my dogs when they are ready and cute scarves and bows, shelly loves dogs and loves doing the work--I strongly recommend shells pet grooming to anyone---of course my dogs always receive a bath with their grooming, that is how it is done in the grooming business, and of course I leave them at shelly's facility and go away and then I come back when shelly texts me to advise my dogs are ready, that is how any groomer wants the process to be, for the last twenty years I have taken dogs to groomers every month and they always get a bath and I always leave them alone with the groomer during the grooming, that is protocol --and I would never, never stay and harass or bully a groomer while my dogs are being worked on, that would be inappropriate, I would never do that to shelly or to any other groomer, but it appears to me that someone else apparently didnt understand the process and acted inappropriately and treated shelly wrong per their description in a prior post--shelly is fantastic and works very diligently to take excellent care of her customers and their pets-- my yelp profile says san francisco but I am actually in greeley CO read more

We are always very impressed and pleased with how well our boys are taken care of. We have struggled in the past with finding someone who will give them the traditional Miniature Schnauzer cut and feel so blessed to have not only found a place that will, but also a place that does such an amazing job! This establishment has always done a wonderful job grooming my roommates dog. I brought him in for a touch up today. The owner trimmed him up within a couple of minutes and engaged in conversation the whole time. She was understanding when I told her that I struggled with wearing masks due to my asthma, but everyone maintained a proper distance. read more

She is so gentle when grooming my dog Kobe. She'll takes time to answer any and all questions. She did my sisters and a friend of mine cats. Shelly is amazing! We have been taking our Krissy there for years! She's so good with the animals she works with! My dog is very high anxiety and hates being groomed.
