She's always ready for him, has a fresh crate in the appropriate size all set up. She's great at communicating for appointments and when our dog is all set. And best of all, he looks GREAT when we get him back. He's never been cut. Now I don't even need to tell her what we like, she just remembers and shapes up everything nicely. One time, his nails weren't as short as I like. I brought him back and she was super kind about cutting them a bit shorter. She is also reasonable for the size of dog we have. (I will mention, this is in a converted house across from TMHS that also does doggie daycare and boarding. You walk in and you can hear all these dogs start barking and the place doesn't smell super great. You will pause and think... is this ok?!? TRUST.) Definitely ask for Shana when making doggie haircut appointments here!

My one dog, a yorkie, despises having his legs touched and typically does not cooperate with nail trimmings. She was able to trim his nails without incident. The second time, I brought just my yorkie for another cut. She had him finished in a timely manner and he looks amazing. Both appointments were booked quickly. I am very satisfied with my experience here, and I want thank you for taking care of my little guy(s) :)

Trained with a show dog grooming background your pet will enjoy quality and personal service like no other. I was taking my golden to Petsmart previously where she would sit for 5 hours in a kennel and get treated very poorly and rough. My dog became so frightened I almost had to start doing the grooming at my own home which wasn't feasible really. Lucky for me I found these guys and they have changed my goldens life. In and out in about and hour with wonderful personal care that has givens dog comfort and happiness during her grooming process. I highly recommend speaking with them. Prices are excellent for such quality service. I won't be going back to a chain groomers ever again! Thanks for the great work guys!

I have taken pictures of the horrible grooming as well as the cuts on my dog's face just to make a record of it. One time I even walked in on her as she was screaming at one of my small dogs for something. It was just disturbing. Not sure what that was all about but I dismissed it as I did not witness anything physical. I attempted to reach out to Sue for an explanation for her poor service this last time and she has never responded. As I explained to her, I wish Her no ill will and just hope she gets her act together and treats her clients with more respect. I even tipped her for her time because that's how I treat people. However, we have used her services for years and will go somewhere else. I'm not sure what happened but she needs to re evaluate her business model. I'm afraid it won't last much longer if she treats her clients with disrespect! Pictures of the last grooming as well as odd cuts to our dogs face have been saved. I have also saved my numerous texts asking for an explanation. It's unclear how the cuts happened but they were not there when they were dropped off.
