In addition to daycare services, Oscar gets regular grooming and he always smells so good when he comes home! :) We've had him in for boarding twice, and it also went well. Mostly it gave me peace of mind knowing he'd be well taken care of by people who care about him. When the facility moved this spring, I wasn't sure we'd continue. But it's such a welcoming and familiar place for Oscar, it's been worth the drive so far. And the new building is huge and looks great. I can't wait until they allow us in to see the new digs!

HH willingly accepted him -- he cannot be in the general dog population, and they have a program just for that! Enrichment: He plays and trains with people all day. He can't wait to go when it's daycare time.He loves it and all the staff. Makes it so much easier to board him too knowing he is getting the best care and having a good time. HH sends you a report card during boarding with pics and how things are going. I can't thank HH enough for all they have done for us. They are the BEST.

It's 100% not convenient by any stretch of the imagination, but we do because we love you, Curry! One of our good friends in Denver recommended this pet boarding "ranch" to us. They also have an energetic boxer who needs to run around a lot. So, it just made sense for us to try out Rocky Hill Ranch. Turns out, our puppy loves it! She makes friends, runs around all day, and is completely exhausted when we pick her up. And that's the primary reason why we will probably continue to take her here. Boarding runs about $35 per night, which seems very reasonable to us. We paid much more back in Jacksonville. However, you get what you pay for. The facility itself is nothing to rave over, as it's bare bones as you can get. The selling factor of the ranch is the size of the land they own, where dogs can roam freely without worry. Haven't had any major concerns thus far, besides a pee-filled bed not being washed when I arrived to pick her up. Our former boarding place had the customer service locked down to a T, so it's hard for me not to compare. Though having a place like this specifically for active and enthusiastic dogs is pretty awesome!

No matter how many times you call they will not speak with you over the phone, they only text, which is very odd for a business. Any way I was fine texting them, I asked them if I can set up a meet and greet with them (WITHOUT my dogs) so I can talk to them about my dogs and make sure everything is the right fit before proceeding with submitting any paper work. They said that was fine. We set up a time. They reconfirmed my time 1.5-2 hours prior to the meet up. Then 30 mins before our time they asked if we could reschedule. Then they proceeded to give an excuse of a emergency of a broken water pipe and if I want to come that I have to fill out my dogs vaccination information EVEN though I DID NOT WANT TO BRING MY DOGS. I WANTED TO CHECK IT OUT FIRST AND MAKE SURE ITS THE RIGHT FIT FOR MY DOGS. If you really had an emergency, you wouldn't be taking the time to write such a long text. And you would actually talk to the person on the phone when you had a chance and not force them to provide information about your dog. Why would I have to provide information IF YOURE NOT THE RIGHT FIT AND I WOULDN'T WANT TO PROCEED? I should only have to provide information if I choose to proceed with the boarding process. I have been able to go to several boarding facilities without my dogs present and be taken on a tour and talk to the workers to find out if it was a right fit. But not this place, hence.....
