once again I want to rave about Gone Wild Pet & Supply! I ended up falling and breaking my hip. After being rushed to the hospital and having surgery, I was transported to a short term rehab. I was frantic because I live alone. I didn't know what I was going to do with my dog. My children were not able to take her full-time I called Gone wild as they do her grooming and I knew that they had some boarding and daycare. They stepped right up to the plate and took her. She will be there for a while and I've just been absolutely out of my mind worrying about her until I talked to the owners. She's an old girl and she's my baby. She's having a wonderful time and I feel that she is safe and I don't have to worry about her as I work on my way to get back home thank you so much. The staff is so friendly and they always remember our pup :) We receive a warm welcome and they do a great job with grooming and nail trimming (our chihuahua mix does not like this process, but they are patient and are able to calm her and trim her nails without any chipping). I'd recommend Gone Wild for grooming. Making an appointment was very easy (set up via Yelp), and I found the cost reasonable. The staff was very happy to greet Dexter who hadn't been groomed in a while. I felt like they really listened to what I was looking for, and understood that Dexter wouldnt like the dryer so to plan accordingly and take their time. He came out looking fresh and clean! Tail wagging. They did disclose that he needed to be muzzled during the dryer, which I would want to know. I'll definitely bring him back for a clean up when he needs it! read more

Warning - if you take your dog here for grooming be aware they may get an infection from them and they will not make things right if you are unhappy with their services. Our dog has been to this establishment twice for grooming services. The first time was fantastic! Based on our initial experience we decided to utilize their services again for grooming of our pup. It was a DISASTER. Our dog had slight matting on her face due to having a long beard and sticking her entire face in her water bowl so her face had to be shaved, totally understandable. She came home looking absolutely ridiculous, but understandable. The day following her grooming we were contacted by her doggy daycare stating she had a rash on her belly near her sanitary area and they wanted to have their vet test it to make sure there was no infection. Needless to say, there was and the vet communicated to us the rash was likely the result of dirty clippers used during her grooming the day prior. I contacted the business with this information and they asked for permission to speak to our vet, which we allowed. They took days to contact me back and ultimately said they received different information from the vet and would not be refunding us for the grooming. I have zero confidence they were telling the truth to us as the vet was clear with us as to the issue and the cause. So, they gave our dog an infection that resulted in $123 in vet bill and then denied any fault. We did not ask for any of the vet costs to be covered, simply a refund of the grooming which they refused to do. The owners of this establishment deny wrongdoing and will likely respond to this review with misinformation defending themselves. Their response to this situation has been unacceptable. Update- as predicted their response is a big fat lie which is just salt in the wound! The vet did NOT tell this establishment our dog didn't have a skin infection. They continue to lie instead of taking responsibility for the harm they caused my dog. Again, $123 vet bill, antibiotic pills, and antibiotic shampoo due to their negligence. Denying it doesn't change the truth. Be sure this doesn't happen to your dog! read more

We had a hairy, matted mess of a dog and Gone Wild worked magic and made her coat soft and beautiful again! She had her groom on 06/25 and she is STILL soft today! What I really appreciated was that I asked for her groom to be outside of standard and to really make it tight and close cut. She not only has that close cut I had wanted but still looked natural and gorgeous. Everyone we spoke with was super friendly and extremely helpful. They have a genuine love for dogs and we will 100% be taking our Adeline Mae there again! Reached out during quarantine to see if they had any services available and they talked me through all that they would be able to do given the restrictions at a very reasonable price. They were so thoughtful as they listened to my gazillion concerns. A week later I received a phone call from them as they knew my dog was in dire need of a full groom and got us an appointment as soon as possible when the stay at home order lifted. They let me send them pictures of what I wanted and I got exactly that!!!! So many times I'll take my dog in at the length she was at and other groomers just shave her which is NOT what I wanted but here they truly do their best to get you what you want. Took our Golden Retriever pup (age 1.5 yrs old) in for grooming. Oh my! I'm almost reluctant to write this review for fear that Gone Wild will become so popular that I won't be able to get another appointment. We've been taking both Goldens to another place with pretty good luck but just had to find out what all the amazing positive comments were about with Gone Wild. Plus it is close to my home. Wow! First experience was 6 on a scale of 1-5 but I'm limited to giving it only a 5. Our pup clearly loved the gentle care and attention and looks fabulous. I highly do not recommend getting advice from the employees here on what to buy for your puppy. Went in and asked some advice on what I should give my 15 week old puppy to keep him busy. They told me that a bone with marrow in it would be great and I asked with hesitance if this was safe and if it would it cause any problems such as splintering etc. Little did I know one day after giving my puppy the bone (only while I was supervising him in his play pen) that this would cause him to have diarrhea for days and every two hours. The next day after experiencing my puppy having diarrhea the second time at night I called the emergency vet worried that something was seriously wrong. She asked me if any changes to his diet occurred and the only thing was the bone that a woman at gone wild had recommended to me. The vet laughed saying "that's definitely the problem and you should never give your puppy a bone of this kind as their stomachs are sensitive and will cause these issues" I am on day 3 of my puppy having diarrhea with small changes happening with a chicken and rice diet. If you go here stay clear of any advice unless you want this experience. read more
